We use Bella Roma for delivery and are always pleased. Never had bad pizza from these guys.

So I'm definitely not one to give bad reviews. As a matter of fact, I created a Yelp account just now and this will be my first review. Ironically when I typed in Bella Roma the first previous review listed was a 5 star from 2012....from my husband. Back then I remember feeling like he did but lately? The attention to detail has been nothing short of down hill and sliding. We have had some problems in the past such as forgotten items, extremely late delivery and even wrong items. Now being that we order from here several times (5 or 6) a month, the few and far between mistakes could be overlooked and for lack of a better word "forgiven ". Lately however I am beginning to lose my patience and find myself considering other options. In the last week we have ordered twice and both times were ruined with mistakes. On the first order we ordered a special (one that we usually get) that included wings and a 2 liter. When I phoned it in I made a big deal about their delicious blue cheese (it's homeade and fabulous! ) and laughed with the young lady about being addicted to it and can we please have 2 sides of it. Needless to say when delivered, there was no blue cheese and no 2 liter. The driver seemed mad that he would have to go back and that put me off a bit. We hadn't noticed the missing blue cheese until after he left so I decided to phone them about this so that they could let him know to bring some with the soda. She assured me that she would let him know and of course apologized. The driver was back in under 10 minutes (impossible that he went all the way back to the restaurant for the 2 liter)...we summized that he went across the street to the gas station which was a good idea except for the room temperature soda and still no blue cheese. When my husband mentioned it to him he really got unfriendly and skulked off mumbling that he'd be back. I again called because by this time our wings had gotten cold and I had spent the meal on the phone and trying to rectify mistakes. I was not happy. She assured me that she would make us fresh wings, which she did and by the time the driver got back with everything I was over it. Now fast forward to tonight....we ordered the exact same special and we ALWAYS get hot teriyaki wings...always. Apparently she heard "hot" and gave us regular hot wings....I'm just getting tired of spending 30-40$ only to have to call them out on their screw ups....seriously, the food is usually good but the hassles are going to chase us away. read more

Pizza is amazing. Best I have found in Osceola county, especially since the amazing Pizza City was sold. Sandwiches are only okay though. The bread is terrible even though they have signs all over the place talking about how they make their own bread. If it's not good don't brag about it guys. Also I tried to stop there one day at around 1pm and the door was locked?!? Could be 5 stars if not for the bragging about mediocre bread and the mysterious closer. read more

This pizzeria never disappoints! I have been coming here for many years and never thought about giving them a review until now. As a person who can actually say that pizza is my favorite food and coming from NY I know about pizza! Their pizza's are perfection! It's all about the sauce and crust and trust me it doesn't get any better than this! Their staff is super friendly and welcoming. The menu has great deals that are easy on the wallet and very satisfying to the belly. Try their Sunday or Monday deal as well as the eggplant rollatini with spaghetti or the classic spaghetti and meatballs. For the sweet tooth in you try the tiramisu it's the best! I never have had a complaint about the food or service. They get very busy on the weekends but not only is it worth the wait, I drive 25 mins from home to pick up my order, so it's very well worth the drive! I can't say enough good things about Bella Roma you're going to have to trust me and go try it for yourself. You won't regret it, you'll become a regular too. read more

Had this pizza delivered. The service was really fast and the delivery guy was very nice and very friendly. The pizza was really good too. I got the potato and bacon pizza which j thought was good. It had a very strong bacon taste which was good for me. All in all it was good. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Despite the poor appearance of the store it's pizza is quite good. Unfortunately, you can't have pizza for lunch because the place doesn't open until 4:00pm and doesn't make pizza after 7:00pm. We Come from New Jersey and We never encountered such a schedule. Hope this is not the case with other pizza places. read more

Authentic Chicago / New York Pizza with a twist. The twist is the service. It comes without the attitude. This pizza is made just the way you ask them to make it. It is soooooo good. I highly recommend the whole plum tomatoes. If you haven't tried Bella Roma, you haven't tried pizza. Enjoy and go back for more. read more

Stopped in here after a round of golf with some friends. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is only one-4 person table in the joint, but they had no problems with us siting there while we waited for our food. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, they were very tasty, as well as a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pizza was fantastic. I would highly recommend this pizza parlor. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The last 2 pizza sucked!!! The first time I asked for light cooked crust and when it arrived at my house it was burnt. The second I ask for sicilian which is a thicker crust lightly bake and the crust was thinner than a regular hand tossed pizza and again it was burnt!!! The last thing I ordered the sicilian and they charged me 10.00 more than what it cost which is 13.65. Yes, this is the first time they over charged,but if they did it the first time there will be a 2nd. That is there track record. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Charged me for all the toppings I ordered for a delivery stuffed pizza and then proceeded not to put any of the toppings I had requested and just had a plain pizza. Not the first time they've messed up my delivery. I'd recommend a touch of basil if you're looking for a good pizza. Heard great things about this place, tried it this evening with my family. Mozzarella sticks were average. Order chicken parmesan with fettuccini noodles, chicken was burnt, thin, and dry with no "parmesan", and they gave penne noodles not fettuccini. At this point I wasn't even sure if I picked up someone else's order. Order two caesar salads and one regular, ended up with three caesars. Garlic bread was cold and hard. If you enjoy spaghetti and meatballs I would encourage you to make your own, meatballs were spongy, dry, and dense, mostly filler. I called the restaurant and they offered to re-make the entire order and delivery it, I declined. read more
