Once I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and had to fill out new patient paperwork and give my insurance your typical standards. After I completed everything I was called back very quickly. The doctor had came back and answered the questions I had and pointed out things before I got to it. He was very informative and explained things to me to where I could understand it. I love that I did not spend a long time in the office. The customer service was great and I did not have any issues. The office is nice and clean and easy to find. If you are looking for a dermatologist who cares and will explain things to you then for sure check him out.

Then she told me the website needed to be updated and that it was wrong. When I questioned her again, she said she had asked a medical assistant but now she would ask a nurse. Evidently, the nurse said they did do peels. When I asked her why she did not know what services the doctor provided, she told me she only works at the front desk. I asked to be connected to the nurse--and then I was placed on indefinte hold. What doctor has staff who work in their office yet has no idea what services the doctor provides?
