I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.

My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you.
