Best decision i made in life was to marry the love of my life. 2nd best decision was to marry him at this Weddingwire award winning estate! The venue has a rustic historic southern Italian feel. As u walk in, u immediately get a sense of a certain mystical natural wonder from the lush greenery & i was a goner. Bella Rose had me hooked! Our wedding coordinators were super friendly and did a wonderful job to make sure our wedding went according to plan & that it would be one of THE absolute BEST day of our lives!! We chose the ceremony paradise package, which was $2000 for a 2 hour rental. See pic below of everything this package includes & visit their website for more info. We added gazebo curtains and awning drapings over our ceremony site, which cost roughly $200, but all other decorations, we did on our own & it saved us a lot of moolah!!! We couldn't thank our coordinators enough for helping to ease the stress of wedding planning during this difficult time of covid and social unrest. They allowed us to bring in food and cake from a restaurant/baker, and they were kind enough to let us use their indoor space without any added fees!! I'm also very thankful that Bella Rose allowed us to have a responsible mask-free wedding without any negative outcomes to our beloved family!!! Our officiant Gary was OUTSTANDING!! So if u have a choice, Gary is ur guy!! He had all the right words & swagger!! And...a big shout out to Sarah, our DJ, for making our wedding such a hit even during a pandemic!! Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect, but I must admit that I was annoyed by our coordinator repeatedly telling us that we MUST clean up at a specific time so that we can be off the premises by the time our 2 hour rental is up. As a paying customer, I don't think that i should be told what to do like a little child, and it made me feel very unwelcomed and unimportant. I'm well aware of my rental time and a gentle reminder would have been sufficient. Also, i think this package should include 2.5 hour rental instead of a 2 hour rental. So if u choose this wedding package, it doesn't hurt to ask for a 2.5 hour rental!! I was pleasantly surprised that everything was perfect. The heavy rain moved everything inside but it was still a beautiful ceremony. Bella Rose Estate was well manicured, the seats were comfortable, the facility was full of good energy. The servers kept the hors d'oeuvre coming the little wonton wraps were yummy and so cute. We were able to enjoy an open bar. The food was prepared with seasoning and soul. The mc was eventful, he incorporated fire, smoke and colored lights into the reception all while playing a variety of tunes that I was able to sing along to. read more

Amazing Wedding Celebration for my cousins this weekend! The grounds are maintained very well. The bar service and dining service was excellent. Great team were very personal and welcoming. Chris the DJ/organizer.. did an amazing job with music choice and making all of the typical reception events move at a nice quick pace with tons of energy! Our party arrived to the property early as we flew in from Cali and one of the owners was very welcoming to us. He even allowed us to store our luggage while we grabbed a bite to eat and waited for our hotel room. Customer service here gets an A+++ from us! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and the venue was absolutely gorgeous, with flowers in full bloom. We had a somewhat unorthodox plan for how to use the space, but once we presented it, Aubrey fully supported making our dream a reality. We really appreciated the transparency on pricing, which as everyone who's planned a wedding knows can be a real headache. No questions whatsoever when working with the BR team. Bella rose is a beautiful venue with wonderful package options. Their decor options are amazing and the vendors are phenomenal. We highly recommend Sue Jacob's for cake and Fresh From The Kitchen for entrees. All around this was a great venue for our wedding and the outdoor setup was perfect. If I had to give any obstructive feedback I will say that our Day of Coordinator wasn't all the present on the day of our wedding. She said she'd help with decorating tables, but she went missing and I never heard why so I had to do them myself (which was fine but I had planned to have her support). She also said she would help since my wife's dress before the reception but she was also missing then so the bridesmaids had to figure it out. When it was time to eat there was no one there to serve the food, but when I looked for our coordinator to grab the vendor staff I couldn't find her and had to look for the staff myself during the reception. On two occasions I saw her in the building just standing and talking with another employee instead of being available to support my wife, myself, and our guests. I will say that she did still help a lot and she was very kind, but there were multiples occasions where we couldn't find her - many of which she said she'd be available for beforehand. But all around we would recommend this venue. It was amazing. read more

If I could give this venue zero stars, I would. Not only did I drive here from Scottsdale on a Sunday for a scheduled appointment with a prearranged confirmation that my sister's date was available, but I flew in from Orange County, California, to view this venue. I suppose this is how I weed out venues where "you get where you pay for." I was married at the Ritz-Carlton of Laguna Niguel, where they would never allow something like this to happen. The atrocious service, lack of communication amongst representatives, and just general disorientation likely saved my sister from an event that would have had numerous shortcomings if this venue's support staff can't even manage to hold a date that family members from Florida, California, and Ohio were all flying in to view. Someone should seriously speak with "Chad" regarding his incompetence. As an attorney, I will be reviewing all email communications between him and my sister to evaluate where this went wrong and if an agreement was breached. I could not feel comfortable recommending this venue to anyone who needs a remote sense of peace of mind when planning an important event. To add insult to injury, the unprofessional women in attendance today who gave us the "news" that they had given away my sister's date were less than impressive and also hardly apologetic. They are in the hospitality industry and it is their job to serve with grace, empathy, and also get to the bottom of where the mistake occurred, all while taking sole responsibility. I'll pass on this place -- and you'll thank me for doing so as well. read more

It had the Perfect outdoor romantic garden vibe that I had been looking for, it fit perfectly with our boho chic theme. The sting lights at night really set the whole mood. They throw vendor nights to help choose your vendors, which are included in the wedding package they offer, which made it super helpful to narrow down our vendors which were all absolutely wonderful. My daughter had her wedding at Bella Rose this past weekend. The setup is pretty nice as you walk into the estate. It's a nice garden setup for an outdoor wedding. The bridal room and grooms room is setup really nicely. Big roomie and they basically provide everything you need for a wedding. They provide the wedding planner which we had Gabriela, they have specific vendors for food, DJ, florists, photography, and cakes. You can even bring your own liquor. The whole wedding ran very smoothly. There was also about 3 others girls from Bella Rosa helping out too. Nice wedding, reception, and banquet. Only problem I had was the the banquet. Don't get me wrong. The decorations were great, table setup was great, flowers, and DJ outstanding, but the food they pick was for a plated meal. The salad was okay. There was either chicken or beef. They said chicken was pretty good, but the beef. Not good at all. They served us almost a hamburger patty over gravy. It was dry and not very good. Just remember the wedding couple gets to chose the menu. Service was slow because they didn't have enough servers. So other than the dinner service and the food, it was great. I loved the friendliness of the Bella Rosa staff. Very accommodating. I thought it was great. We had around 165 and it seemed that was perfect for this site. Anything over might be stretching it for the ceremony. The banquet facilities can hold much more Anyways, great wedding venue. My daughter and now Son-In-Law, really did enjoy themselves. I attended a wedding here. The estate is stunning and such a scenic, peaceful place to get married. There are several vined arches, a lot of greenery, flowing fountains, and lovely paved walkways. The reception area was quite spacious and the interior was beautiful. The only slight negative was that the dance floor for events was a little small for the wedding even though there were less than 50 people there so we sometimes accidentally bumped into other people as we were dancing. read more

After months of searching for the perfect venue in AZ I was becoming frustrated. At each place there was something missing and the prices were all way out of my budget. Then we finally stumbled upon this incredible place. It was love at first sight. Bella Rose Estate literally had EVERYTHING I was looking for on my long list of hopes for our big day. (As well as a package pricing option that made it easy for us to afford!) A huge property with plenty of space for all our guests. A gorgeous outdoor ceremony area. Beautiful garden & fountain settings which made for the perfect background in photos. The PERFECT cocktail area with outdoor bar, fountain & fireplace! (We had a cigar bar and corn hole boards so we needed it to be outdoors with plenty of space.) The Bridal suite was stunning and really made getting ready with all my girls feel extra special. But really the show stopper for me was the ballroom. Incredibly high ceilings with the most gorgeous chandeliers! PLUS the wall colors matched our palette! FATE! All of the aspects of the venue were absolutely wonderful but what really made our day so perfect were the owners Leslie & Chad. I can't thank them enough for the work they put in to make sure everything went smoothly and beautifully. Even when the weather was looking a little questionable, Leslie's calming demeanor made me so relaxed as I knew she had everything under control. We had our wedding at Bella Rose on 10.24.2020 and it was the most incredible day. The whole experience was amazing. All the staff was super friendly and supportive along the way, answered all my questions and willing to help during the planning process. Since our wedding was during covid, it looked a little different than planned but still turned out great while being safe. All the staff wore masks, the food line had shields, sanitizer stations posted around the property. I am so glad we were still able to have our wedding in a safe manner with amazing staff. The weather ended up being unseasonably cold, and they helped change the reception from outdoor to indoor on short notice. I was disappointed, but Bella Rose made everything work out. I absolutely LOVE Bella Rose. I heard about this venue at the Arizona Bridal Show. I received a flyer for their huge Open House event. My fiance and I had barely started venue shopping and we decided, why not? We went and were just blown away with how beautiful the venue is. The venue is right off of a main road but once you step onto the property and pass the front gates, it's like you've entered a completely different world. To be honest, I felt like Alice in Wonderland walking from a loud, busy world into a quiet, serene and beautiful garden. There are tons of different places you can take pictures at, there is so much greenery and flowers that you wouldn't think you were right in the middle of the desert and the water fountains/falls are so dreamy. I remember going to different venues' open house events and nothing compared to Bella Rose. The BRE staff is phenomenal! They have been so helpful and accommodating the moment my fiance and I met them. I remember making my first phone call to see if certain dates were available and speaking with Chad. His professionalism and happiness carried through his voice and over the phone. When my fiance and I were unsure if we were gonna book, we decided to set up a meeting so we could further discuss questions we had regarding pricing, vendor use and several other questions. We worked with Leslie and she walked us through the contract and answered ALL the questions we had. She didn't pressure us into booking the venue and was very gracious about giving us time to decide/discuss if it was the right fit (while we were still there). We went into the meeting saying we weren't going to book it but we left with a signed contract and we didn't regret it at all. We also left with a bunch of information and guidance to helping us plan our wedding which was super helpful. Now, we had no idea where to start with wedding planning. We just knew we booked our venue and we had a date. What's nice is that Bella Rose gives a list of preferred vendors they use. The package we got included our DJ, Caterer, Wedding Cake and Floral. We went down the list of their vendors and just scheduled meetings. The Bella Rose staff did everything else for us as far as letting each vendor know if they were selected, who wasn't and disbursing the proper funds to each. (Did I mention I didn't have to do anything except personally meet these vendors?!) Another added bonus is that we had a dedicated wedding coordinator assigned to us! Our coordinator, Aubrey, reached out to us a few months prior to our wedding (which we were advised of when we signed our contract). Aubrey answered all our questions along the way and helped to keep us in the loop with our vendors and on track with planning. I can't tell you how many times emailed her just to ask her "one more question"... It didn't matter what day/time of day; she was so graceful and super helpful each time. The day before our wedding was our wedding rehearsal and we were advised Aubrey fell ill a few days before. Totally understandable but who was going to help us who knew all of the details of our wedding?! I was a little worried because my fiance and I had already built a rapport with Aubrey and she knew EVERYTHING. Well, here is where Whitney and Samantha step in. I met them at our wedding rehearsal and they both were so pleasant. I honestly felt like I had been friends with Whitney for years. She knew every detail and didn't miss a beat. The day of my wedding, I walked onto the BRE property and I saw some of the staff setting up minor details that my bridal party and I had missed! Whitney and Samantha had snacks and beverages set up in the bridal suite. They both kept checking in to make sure things were going great and they were. They guided us throughout the whole day as far as what was happening and what was going to happen next. One huge detail is that although I knew there were BRE staff on-site, I didn't even notice them. They didn't stand out from our guests and more like blended in which I appreciated a lot. Needless to say, Bella Rose and the lovely staff at Bella Rose helped to create the wedding of my dreams. The garden setting, the beautiful ballroom, THE STAFF... I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. I'm seriously hoping for someone I know to get married there just so I have a reason to walk around and enjoy the venue as a guest. =) read more

Bella Rose was nothing but amazing from the beginning. Honestly, this was mostly in thanks to our day-of coordinator, Aubrey. She was organized, professional, and extremely helpful from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Our wedding photos were also all taken on site because it really is that beautiful. The greatest part of the venue is that they contract their own vendors, giving you a smaller option list to pick from which eliminates SO MUCH time having to research vendors. You get to meet with and trial all of the vendors before picking, which is great. The venue contracts with and communicates with all of these vendors, which again, saves SO MUCH time and hassle. You get to do the fun part- sample/try/and meet- and they take care of legitimately all of the rest. We hosted my daughter's wedding at Bella Rose Estate last weekend. I can't say enough about the property or the wonderful vendors associated with the property. Everything went off without a hitch. The property is a gem - tucked in where you would never expect it. You walk through the gate and you are transported to another world - exactly what we wanted. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Aubrey, our wedding planner, was phenomenal - knowledgeable, fun, creative, steady, detailed and thorough. The venue is very flexible and accessible, and we had a really nice experience as they guided us through the process and bringing my daughter's vision to life. The guests were blown away by this garden oasis. We used Chris Birkett as our DJ - fabulous! He brings so much more to the table than you are expecting. We used Luxe flowers for the most beautiful arch, bouquets and king's table. They are so great at bringing a vision to life. Fresh From The Kitchen provided delicious entrees; tender, juicy chicken and perfectly cooked steak, and yummy side dishes for 150 people - and so easy to work with. Susan Jacobs provided a lavish and delicious dessert table enjoyed by all and we continue to enjoy the extras. What a tragedy. I'm getting married. To all my fellow bride-to-be's, may God not put you through what I just went through with Bella Rose Estate. Let me start off by saying, this was my dream wedding location. Everything was perfect; I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I called right away and had a lovely one hour discussion with Chad, one of the owners. I explained this would be a unique type of wedding, as we are Middle Eastern and have different customs and traditions in our events. He was very excited to work with me, and I was even more excited by how smooth this was all turning out to be. We talked cost over the phone. He explained the two different packages - one is an all-inclusive package and one is a DIY package for brides who have to alter certain parts of their wedding due to culture, cost, whatever the reason. You basically rent out the venue, and the rest is yours to play with. I knew I would most likely have to go with the DIY package due to our differences in culture (cuisine, decor, entertainment, etc.) and this didn't seem to be a problem. I explained the wedding would be 300+ and he mentioned the max capacity would be 300 guests, for $xyz. Perfect, I thought. I made an appointment to see the venue the very same day. I arrived and he was there to greet me, and showed me a grand tour of the establishment. I was even more in love. My heart was set - this is where I'm going to get married. After viewing everything, we sat down to discuss the terms. After bringing the cost sheet and other material, I saw the same price he had given me earlier for a guest count of 150 guests. Curious, I asked him how it can be the same price for 150 and 300... to which he explained, "no, for each additional guest above 150, there is a charge of $x per person." Calmly (but panicking on the inside), and without accusing him of misleading me, I asked if the $x per person can be waived. He said he would go inside and discuss with his wife, and would be back shortly. Mind you, the cost difference was HUGE. It all went downhill from there. After discussing with his wife, they would not waive the $x fee per person. So, I had to remind him that the cost he gave me over the phone is the cost he is showing me for 150 people... even though he was giving me that same cost for 300 people. In what seemed like a horribly scripted part of a movie... he replied, "I know. I forgot about the extra charge." At that point, I found myself pleading with him. I told him I was 1.)in love with the venue, 2.) drove an hour to meet with him, 3.) had my heart set on this place, 4.) told that 300 people would be $x cost, and 5.) this was not good business ethics. If you tell a bride a price - that's the price you stick to. No excuses... especially not, "I forgot." Even though he was in the wrong for misleading me and giving me false information, he would not correct it. They dismissed me without any apology and I left heartbroken. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Some people might say... well, just pay the difference if you really love it. But, it's a matter of principle. If you tell a bride-to-be a certain price for the number of guests at her wedding, you can't come back and say "I forgot to tell you..." without correcting YOUR mistake. I'm back on the hunt for another venue and I honestly wish I never saw this place to begin with. read more

I am a wedding planner and have passed by Bella Rose Estates a zillion times so I decided to attend the Open House tour yesterday. I was astonished from the moment I walked through the gates feeling as though I had stepped into another world. Chad was my tour guide and was very friendly, and chock-full of ideas and suggestions. The lovely waterfall, foliage, arches, giant birdcage (for the creative, fun couple!) and 2 acres of space are spectacular. There are so many special touches in this place, such as a walkway to do your unity candle, communion, sand ceremony, etc. in front of yet another waterfall. When he opened up the grand ballroom I thought tada! It is so spacious and elegant. I loved the coffered ceilings, chandeliers and the serenity I immediately felt due to the pallet of colors and design. Also, the chair seat covers can be changed to any color - fabulous touch! Inside, the Manor keeps the flow of the grounds in elegance, warmth and style. It's a great place for the immediate family members to take a breath and relax before the exciting marital journey begins. They even have a large kitchen area if you want to bring munchies etc. to nibble on before the ceremony. The well-designed bridal suite is one of the largest I have ever seen with lots of ceiling to floor mirrors, comfy velvety sofas and a fireplace. My wife and I recently attended a good friend's wedding at Bella Rose. I personally had never heard of it before, but it sounded like a really cool venue. My wife and I, also newly weds, got married at a different venue in Scottsdale and never considered this location since A. I had never heard of it...maybe my wife did but who knows, and B. We were looking for venues in Scottsdale for better geographic's for us and our family/friends. If I would have known about this place before we got married, it would have been a serious contender. We were looking for an outdoor ceremony and this place had an amazing setting. We were extremely pleased with the venue we went with but I had one of the best times at this wedding at Bella Rose that I've had at any of my friend's recent weddings. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful, not just because of the bride and groom but the setting was awesome with all the greenery and the large gazebo/outdoor covered patio type thing they got married under. The "cocktail hour" was also outside with a large patio area and more grass greenery and an outdoor fountain with a great area for socialization and of course...a bar to serve! The reception/dinner was indoors with access to the outdoors to refresh our drinks. There were also sitting areas outside to enjoy the evening. The table decorations inside were great, nice set up with DJ booth, dance floor, etc. and plenty of room for customization. The food was great (we enjoyed buffet style), the restrooms were clean, and everything seemed to go off without a hitch. I got a chance to talk to Chad (the owner?) for a little bit at the end of the wedding while all the guests were leaving and he was cleaning up. He seemed like a great guy to work with and passionate about the job/business, and although I didn't have my wedding here (because I didn't know about the place and it was outside our search radius), I would highly recommend at least stopping by to anyone searching for a venue! read more

The one positive is the facilities are top notch. The management and employees are not. I was a guest at a wedding here and the staff was unorganized, pushy and rude and clearly not prepared for the weather. They provided only three propane heaters for a crowd that was probably close to 200 people and served the food cold. People we're leaving before the bride and groom could even cut the cake because they were freezing. read more

I got married here and truly loved the experience that I had. This venue isn't just a place - although it is that - but a whole package. The grounds are beautiful. It comes with a coordinator. They provide you with a top notch list of vendors. The negative reviews I'm reading are mostly regarding what other vendors are responsible. Food and service is the caterers. The review about the heaters - the venue sets those up if you pay for them, so I'm guessing the couple chose to only have 3, not the venue. We were pretty laid back and appreciated the package that they offered, but our coordinator responded to every email and worked with everything that we wanted to do. When your wedding is all over, the bar is closed, the must has stopped, and the sparklers are all burned out - you're going to remember this place for the rest of your lives.
