Definitely will be coming back to get more lash extensions. I found this on Groupon and I couldn't be more happier. Hannah was the one to put my lashes on, she was quick and gentle! She gave me a choice of cashmere (+$10) or mink lashes. This was my second time getting lash extensions in general and I wanted to try the mink lashes before going more luxurious with cashmere lashes. I'm really happy with the mink lashes so far. They're perfect, not too much and not too less, just right. They also clear my glasses. The lashes were applied in a clean private room. I laid comfortable on the table and I actually fell asleep twice during the application of my lashes. Really relaxing music was playing. I highly recommend this place and I recommend hannah for eyelash application ! read more

I've attended this location for eye lash extensions. Each time I've arrived I was happily greeted by the owner. Her hospitality makes this place a big more welcoming. During my evening hours of arriving, I've been fortunate to find parking on the street. There is a also a back lot that you can park in. The inside of this salon is clean and pretty. The back rooms when getting my lashes done are just as nice and relaxing. Moving along to Jenny today who did my refill: she was superb! She had such a light hand doing my lashes I couldn't even feel her putting them on. I even caught myself relaxing so well I nodded off. Once she was done I noticed how well she observed her work and confirmed with me to my satisfaction. Love that there is evening hours available. Glad I found this place! read more

I got three services done here. My lashes, manicure and pedicure. My lashes came out great, very natural looking and lasted a good 3 weeks. I got a Groupon for the lashes but had to pay $10 dollars extra for mink. They looked natural and the lash tech did them fast and clean. My pedicure girl was awesome too, I loved the hot wrap around the foot. My manicure was okay, I didn't love it because the color didn't look right on some fingers (see pic) I would come back for my lashes, but the mani and pedi was a little pricier than what I'm used too. read more

What a great experience I just had! I got out of work early and was in desperate need for a mani and pedi. They got me right in. They took their time and paid great attention to detail! I left feeling relaxed and taking care of! Too many times you get manicures and pedicures that feel rushed through and have done. Not here! I will def be back!! Loved the experience! I first went to this salon about 6 months ago and really liked it when one girl did my gel manicure. She has since left and everyone else I have had have messed up my nails. I had to sit there once when they re-did it twice and they still charged me the same price. The pedicure is also not great, mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Young, the person who does my eyelash extensions is phenomenal! She is considerate and gentle -- she is attentive -- plus she does the absolute best job ever. The salon is clean and the eyelash room is calming with lovely soft music in the background! I highly recommend this salon. I went there the first time because I had a Groupon, but the service is so great I will continue to have Young do my eyelashes! I have to say that almost all the lashes stayed on the entire time between fills. I get the cashmere lashes and am happy to pay the upcharge because they are soft and luxurious. I would not recommend this salon for eyelash extensions. I get my lashes done quite frequently and they usually last at least 4 weeks. It has been a week and my lashes are falling off. Also my technician was not very gentle and a few times the glue stuck in the wrong place and she had to pull my lashes. When I told her it hurts she didn't apologize and just caries on. Getting lashes done usually is not un uncomfortable or painful experience. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

This salon is my favorite in the Montclair, Verona, Caldwell area, and I've tried them all. I get my nails done weekly. Bella nails has the best manicure and pedicure techs I've found. The salon isn't fancy but the equipment is clean, the pedicure chairs are nice and relatively new and the girls do a really good job. Compared to Soho nails, jeyeunne nails, the new nail salon in Montclair and many, many others. This salon far surpasses the quality of service you'll get anywhere else for a manicure and pedicure. Helen is my favorite. Whenever possible I try to go to her. I highly recommend trying Bella nails if you're looking for a great nail salon. read more

Love it here! They are very fair. The same amount of respect you have for them, they will give towards you. I saw some rude costumers and I was not pleased. If you do not respect them, and expect the same service thats just cruel. I had a broken nail and she fixed it up right away. If your nails are not use to the nail tech stuff, you should expect it to feel painful. After the first time, your nails will be use too it. I love this store because of its great service. read more

Ouch, literally. I have been here twice but I will never go back. The first time I got just a pedicure, it was mediocre and very expensive $40, when a mani and pedi is $25? Fine, well I went back and got my refills done on acrylic nails. My nail tech burned the $h*t out of my nail, it was so painful. And refills were a bit expensive $50!? Got my eyelash extensions done not even a week ago and most of the eyelashes came off. While getting the lashes glued on I'm sure some of the glue got in my eye because of the burning sensation I experienced for a half hour. I purchased the voucher for this service on Groupon but regardless I don't think I'll be getting a refund. read more

I had a groupon for this place, This is such a pretty storefront right on the main road of Bloomfield. Had no trouble finding it and the parking was not too bad. I was greeted a friendly hello and a smile by the owner. I had an appt for my lashes, didn't wait too long prob five mins for the lady named Yung to finish up. The room was so cozy and relaxing and very clean. Yung greeted me with a smile and hello when she came in with her crutches I had to commend her. She was informative and talked to me about my lashes and how to take care of them. I was so excited to see the end result and I was in awe! Honestly, I have visited every nail salon on Bloomfield Avenue between Bloomfield and West Caldwell, and Bella Salon & Spa is far superior to the rest. So much so that I have been a frequent customer for the past five years. Unlike many other salons in the area Bella is immaculate! Not just clean but super clean, which is a BIG pet peeve of mine! Everything they use is highly sanitized and you can tell the extra effort goes into cleaning the salon! Now, as far as services go, I have never in my life received a manicure and/or pedicure better than the ones I get at BELLA! The girls are amazing, and really spend their time making sure your nails look perfect! The owner (KIM) is always so friendly and helpful, which is great in this day in age where most salons are lacking that personal touch feel. The polish selection is great, they carry ESSIE and OPI colors(and all of the new ones) which is awesome! Went here every 2 weeks for a total of 4 visits. The pedicure was average. Each time I went was for fill in for my nails. I had the owner do it. Done VERY sloppy. She burned my nails with the machine, she left a lot of residue under my nails and the reason for not going anymore was because I developed a fungus under one of my nails. I am so disapoointed i paid 70 for the set and 30 dollars for each fill in.. I got the fill in on Monday and on Friday 2 nails cracked in half and one chipped.. I am new to the area and my daughter gave me a gift certificate for the salon. She had gone a couple of times with her daughter (age 7) and said they seem OK. I just went the other day and took my Granddaughter with me, I was getting a manicure and she was getting a mani/pedi. The girls are nice but the owner is nasty and rushes you the minute you walk in to pick your polish, when I had one in my hand, but not sure I would use that one, she actually started pushing me towards the chair and my 7 yr old Granddaughter too. I still had my jacket on, so I told her wait a minute calm down. They do an OK job, not as good as others I have had, also I asked the girl who was doing my Granddaughter's mani to put a little bunny on her one nail, which she did not, when I saw she didn't do it I asked my Granddaughter do you want the bunny and she said no. While I in there I heard a customer discussing the price she was charged was more than the last time she was there. This threw up a red flag for me, and as some prices are not posted I did not know if what they charged me was right. I told my Daughter how much she charged and she told me that a month ago when she went it was $5.00 less for the same services. The next day I called, and did not say who I was, and asked the prices for a manicure and a child's mani/pedi and she quoted me $5.00 less than I paid. I then asked her how come I was charged $40 and she said "yes, I remember you I will give you credit for the balance". I will use my credit but never go back there again. read more
