After several visits to different places I decided to give this place a try. Isa managed to fit me in that same day and did a superb job with my nails. As a very detailed person myself, I saw the care she took with making sure the coats were even, the nail shape was to my expectation and that I liked the color I picked out on my nail. I have been here three times. The first time I got a wonderful pedicure. The second time, I booked an appointment for a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure the day before my wedding. When I arrived, they confirmed the services I booked. I had a photo of what I wanted and selected a color close to show the tech. When I sat down for my pedicure, I indicated wanting a color close to what I selected in gel, hoping to get help finding the color. The tech confirmed gel pedicure. After about a half hour, she asked for the polish and I reminded her I wanted help looking for a similar color in gel. She loudly exclaimed, "you need a GEL pedicure???!" And after I said yes, she slammed down the instruments and got up. Had it not been the day before my wedding, I would have left. Once I told her it was for my wedding, so I wanted to try to match my color for the gel pedicure and dip, she was nicer, and she did a great job on both services. Maybe she was just having a bad day. My nails lasted through my wedding and full honeymoon until many weeks later. I made the mistake of going back for a third time to get a dip powder manicure. It was completely rushed, and multiple nails look like the photos I uploaded here. I'm so disappointed. I don't think any manicure should look this poor. I won't be going back. read more

Do not go here. The nail technicians are not licensed and they do not know what they are doing. They ask each other in Spanish how to proceed and when you try to speak with them in English they have no idea what you are asking. The toenail holders and pedicure shoes are reused person to person and no sterilization is done on any of the tools. They are simply rinsed with water in the sink. I arrived on time ready for my peaceful relaxation to begin... I quickly confirmed the appointment with a young lady [I omitted names to be kind..] who greeted me confirming it was the "10-year expert" and licensed manicurist I'd selected when scheduling. When the lady began removing my nail polish, she was leaving some behind and not cleaning it thoroughly. I allowed her to continue to see if she would go back and address the residual polish. Not! She proceeded to cut my cuticles in her mind, although she had a cuticle cutter in hand, she certainly wasn't touching me with it. She was either afraid she would cut me - and to keep me safe, she avoid it touching me or she simply doesn't know how to use the tool. In less than 5 mins, from when I walked in the door - she moved on to the next foot. "Not so fast!" I said. Please kindly take this $$ gift, and have a great day - everyone deserves to eat, I thought to myself. However, I will not subject myself to be prayed upon by unlicensed, clearly inexperienced worker to perform poor work at professional prices! If I wanted an amateur I would have gone to my 12 yo niece and gotten a better job -FREE or at least $10!!! Don't get ripped off people! You are paying high prices for the credentials, experience, and professional skills. Make sure you receive what you pay for! Needless to say, I would not recommend this salon. I have been limiting my mani/pedicure visits due to the pandemic and wasn't overly impressed with the salon I had been going to for years so I decided to give Nail Bar By Isa a chance. The place is clean and so cute! I was immediately greeted by Isa and Virginia. (I'm so bad with names so I hope that is correct) They wore masks, took my temperature, and asked me to wash my hands for safety reasons. I was already impressed. My incredibly relaxing pedicure was included a leg mask, massage, and gorgeous nails! My French manicure came out perfect. Time and effort was put into my service. I wasn't rushed out the door like most places. I couldn't be any more happy. I will be getting my nails done here from now on. No doubt the best place in Verona!! Be sure to make an appointment!
