It is very relaxing, soft zen music, the service was excellent and I felt like they really cared about me as a customer. A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.

Nina is a perfectionist. and she won't stop until both you and she are satisfied. I have had many manicures in my life, and I can say with great sincerity that this may be the best I have ever received. Nina's prices are about the same as everyone else in Mechanicsburg. I found a few more expensive. But I guarantee that no one will do a better job or be more committed to giving you exactly what you want. And the hours are great.
