This is just the lash extensions that came out when she started to remove her make up

Ladies if you are looking to book wedding make up services through this salon- do yourself and your bridesmaids a favor & just DONT!! When I tell you this entire experience was stressful, I mean it. ***SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS FOR REST OF REVIEW. Awful customer service from owner! **** First trial run (yes there was more than one) I had, the make up artist insulted my looks, then did a horrible job on my maid of honor's and I's make up. Did not even do what was requested per the inspiration pictures we provided (far in advance) prior to our appointment. She did not color match us and the make up she used was entirely too fair for our complexions. None of the make up was blended. She gave me chunky eyebrows that were not natural looking at all. She also used her fingers constantly to apply the make up on me and my maid of honors face which is extremely unsanitary. We were charged full price for the services for this appointment. $210 for me and $190 for my maid of honor. After my first trial run I reached out to the wedding coordinator who was also doing our hair. She was always super easy to talk with and did a fantastic job with the hair. I expressed my concerns to her and she offered to re-do the trial run at no additional charge with a different make up artist. There was only a two week wait to get rescheduled for a second trial run. During the second trial run everything was going well. Myself and my maid of honor made sure to voice any concerns we had with the make up and little tweaks that needed to be made. This new make up artist was great, had a good vibe, was patient and open to requests for changing things. After we left and our make up started to settle I texted the wedding coordinator and made her aware of a few things that we needed to make sure were covered for the wedding day. Because the look needed to last throughout the entire day. Like more natural looking false lash application(closer to lash line) which could be fixed with a darker eyeliner. Also had an issue with the make up not looking full coverage and being able to see skin imperfections through the foundation. All things that should be able to be fixed on the spot. Fast forward to my wedding day... I was nervous about how the day was going to go given the issues I had during my trial runs. (Again, the hair was fantastic no issues or complaints there. It even rained and our hair didn't fall out). As the morning went on and my girls were getting their make up done I started to get little whispers of complaints about the make up and my bridesmaids were disappearing into their rooms to touch up/fix their make up. There were multiple times that we had to request that something be changed while we were in the make up chair - From eyeliner, to make up coverage, to blush/bronzer/contour application etc. In addition to all of that my foundation had to be taken off twice and applied 3 times due to it looking blotchy and my skin not taking whatever primer/moisturizer combo that was used. The last two times using my own foundation that I brought due to being nervous about this exact situation happening. I had to request that my foundation be redone even though it was very visible how bad it looked. When it was suggested that it be taken off the second time, not just by me but by the hair stylist as well, the make up artist got a little bit of an attitude. So I offered to do my own f*cking make up and told the make up artist I don't appreciate her attitude and making me feel as if I am inconvenience on my wedding day. I also brought up the fact that someone watched her roll her eyes at my maid of honor as she got up from the make up chair. After we all took a beat to gather ourselves and calm down I went back to the make up chair and finished getting my make up done. After all of that I still had to touch up my own make up before I had even left the bridal suite. *** See attached screen shots for the rest of the review as well as a picture of my bridesmaids lash extensions falling out due to make up that was applied****
