I had the best massage ever. I had lower back pain and she sure did loosen it after one session. Prior to massage, Nara made sure how I want my massage to be and she did it exactly as I asked. I have been to quite a lot massage places but this one is the one that i will keep coming back. The facility was clean and has a shower that you can take to after massage. Nara is the best massage therapist I have ever had! Her talent in many techniques provides an experience like no other. Scheduling the appointment was easy to high as a busy working mom is a huge plus! The business is a small home on a busy street but when you walk in your transported to a cozy quiet retreat. The 180 min massage was in a private treatment room. The room was a bit cold, but Nara provided me a warm blanket and hot red light therapy! I had a very good masage from Nara (I got the 90 minute combination one). The Yumeiho massage was why I went and it was well worth the trip. I've had several massages but nothing like that before. I could really feel it helping while it was happening. Overall I'm very happy with everything that happened there. The premises is somewhat unassuming however, and looks like a regular house. Nara is fantastic! I went to her for a 1.5 hour massage and it was one of the best I've ever had. I had never had the Yumeiho massage, so we did half of our time with that and half with traditional Swedish/deep tissue. I realized just how strong Nara is when she did the Yumeiho on me! It's a very active-type of massage, lots of stretching and moving your body about and it gets out all of the kinks. Nara is a skilled practioner. Then we moved on to the traditional massage and Nara is wonderful at this, too. She used deep tissue where my body needed it and a more lighter touch where necessary. I found Nara through a complimentary massage offer. She donated her time to massage women in the community at a Jewish women's event. They all loved the massage. I decided to ask for a demo chair massage and they were supposed to be there for a short time, but Nara took me anyways even though she was an hour over her committed time. She listened to my issues I had and she just made me feel amazing in 5 mins! So I decided to give the full experience a try at her Massage Spa. Which is a nice quiet room with easy listening tunes (massage style music) and a weather sound maker. The room is large so you can move around in it and she has room for a couples massage too. All I can say is I feel like a million bucks wen I'm done. I have been in 9 car accidents and I need someone to help the pain go away and work our my tight whip lash shoulders and neck. I don't know how she does it but she knows how to massage every piece of your body even your tummy and have it feel comfortable and useful. Nara does offer a stretch/active technique if you desire. She does many techniques I prefer getting the active stuff first to loosen up the body, stretch it out, and work the knots out, then after doing the Swedish or other massage. It will feel like you worked for the relaxation part and did your "work" so you can deeply enjoy the second segment. Her prices are so reasonable you have no reason not to try her out! read more

I have had many different massages in various places around the world, but the three times I have been to Bella have been some of the absolute best...Nara is strong, knowledgable, and very talented. Each time has been a different experience where she has paid special attention to my needs. Nara is without a doubt the most talented masseuse I have ever experienced. She's the only person I'd ever go back to. Her technique is amazing, and she's always able to apply enough pressure to release my sore/tight muscles... even after I've pulled or strained something that I expect will take weeks to recover.(Of course, when you ask for that much pressure the experience itself is pretty intense, but totally worth it to feel better.) Her location is definitely a bit hard to find, and she only accepts cash or check (which is a minor inconvenience), but her prices are totally reasonable, and again her talents and the results are out of this world. A nice quiet place tucked away by Bella Spa. A great way to recharge and rejuvenate.  No bells and whistles just a beautiful space to enjoy pampering yourself.  Nara focus on deep tissue and full body, and leave feeling highly fulfilled and at peace. I also feel great the next day.  For me, finding the right therapist feels like a science at times and finding Nara was like finding the holy grail. I'm one of those people that prefers getting to the point of almost wincing in pain from a deep tissue massage, and Nara has the strength and precision that us true deep tissue lovers crave, while somehow still being gentle and relaxing enough to allow you to melt away.  I travel quite a bit for work (when things are normal) and generally put my body through the ringer. I can honestly say, 2 hours on her table is the highlight of my week. If I just need to turn my brain off and let me body relax after a long week, she's been able to get me to a point where I'm so relaxed . Now that her hands have had time to understand my body and problem areas, she's been able to really get in there and work out the most stubborn knots, tension headaches, and stretch me out after a hard workout with ease. Seriously, Nara has the equivalent of "The Force" in her hands. Don't be deceived by the exterior facade of the building; her massage services are top notch! Her rooms are clean, soothing and spacious. I booked online through her website, and when I showed up I rang the bell twice and waited around, but nobody was home. Not great that I had to drive a ways in traffic with no AC to get there, either, but that's not her fault--but not using/tracking a booking system that you link to is rude and disrespectful of your clients' time. This is the best experience I've had in a long time. I have always put off getting a massage since I don't like to sit still for a long period of time. I bought the 60 minute session and loved it! Nara location is a quite, private house. I really enjoyed the privacy as she is the only one who works there I do believe. I am a hairstylist so I spend all day bent over a shampoo bowl, drying hair, and twisting my body. Needless to say I have some serious shoulder and back aches and pains. I had a customized 60 minute session where after a consultation with me she used a few different techniques to eleviate the issues I was experiencing in my back, shoulders, and neck! It was pretty intense but I loved it. I was feeling so tight and stiff that it hurt before my session, and after I have motion without pain. I feel so much better, and am so excited to see her next month. I really love the fact that I can afford this monthly or every other month and really look forward to relieving some of these knots in my back and shoulders. read more
