This place was horrible, I got a mani/pedi. For my pedicure the lady filled the bowl with only hot water, when I said it was to hot she told me it was fine and that it needed to be warm. It was so painful to get my toes done after that. when I went for my mani they charged me $40 to cut my fingernails, file them and cut cuticles. read more

Everyone in this place is super friendly and professional. I went in here with my cousin and chatted the whole time since we were catching up. The girls and guys helping us out were super sweet and had some funny interjections throughout our gab fest. My only gripe is that this place is sorta expensive. Coming from San Diego a regular mani/pedi is about $30 in a package. I got the same great service but for $50. I would be back but probably only for the pedicure. You can skip the $20 mani. read more

Not really one to leave reviews, but I feel I should warn anyone looking to get their nails done here. I will start by saying that whoever waxes there does a great job, but unfortunately the bad experiences overall outweighed the good. It started as soon as I tried to book the appointment. My friend was getting married in Dublin and we needed to make sure she was feeling her best before the big day. I called about 2-4 hours in advance and began to describe all the services we would need. The receptionist immediately had an attitude and told me she only needed to know how many people would be coming. Okay sure. When we get there I give them my name and the same receptionist has no idea what services were getting. I had to remind her multiple times who was getting what. Again. Not a big deal. My friends go get a mani pedi and I sit down to get my nails done- a full set of acrylics, because I had a few break off the night before. I had to tell about 3 nail techs what I wanted before finally the first one I spoke to decides he can do my nails. He starts by telling me my previous nail job was bad which is ironic because I walked out with WAY worse than what I came in with. At this point I'm pretty annoyed but I'm not gonna make a big deal about it because it's not my wedding weekend, so I grin and bear it all while just hoping my friend was having a better experience than me. Not the case. The bride to be and the maid of honor finished their services- about 20 minutes before my one service is finished and come tell me that not only did the brides nails look nothing like what she asked for, but also cut her cuticles way too short to the point that she started bleeding. I felt so bad for her but just tried to keep smiling through it because I didn't want to stress her out more than she already was. The maid of honor on the other hand had a completely different experience. Her pedicure was supposed to include a 5 min message but instead got around 20 minutes until a woman came over and scolded him and insisted on finishing herself. Not horrible, but a really strange and uncomfortable experience. Bride to be and Maid of Honor both finished their services (2 mani pedis) before mine was even halfway done, so they got their eyebrows done, which we also had to remind them about. Like I said earlier the eyebrow services were actually really good so props to them for that, but overall I would not recommend this salon if you like good service or just being treated decently. read more

I got a full set and got exactly what i wanted. My nail tech was Kevin and he did a wonderful job. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend! The only downside was that it was pretty expensive. $75 dollars for a full set read more

This place was just no bueno, they said 10 to 15 minutes, we got there 10 minutes later and then waited 45 mins to get a seat. Then waiting another gosh darn 30 minutes in the seat with our damn feet in the water. We needed to be somewhere at 5. We got there at 2:30 didn't leave till 4:15 with nothing done. Piece of crap. Fr. I told the lady I need to leave and not get anything done because of the timing and she said ok but my friend was like forced into getting lotion on her legs. They said coke back tomorrow we said yeah sure but of course we ain't. They made her pay 35 god damn $$s to like get her to come back tomorrow. No nails painted nothing but lotion on her leg. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Just left and will never be returning. Waited for two hours, was treated so rudely by the manager when I politely expressed my dislike for the service I received and then she proceeded to tell me it was MY fault? I sat there for forever until I had to stand up after they soaked my nails off and I had to ask if I would be receiving service or if they had forgotten about me. I stood there and argued with her for ten minutes asking for a discount when I shouldn't have had to pay at all. She didn't offer to have them fixed or any other solution. Every nail is crooked, the design requested was not what I received, she only filed back one hands worth of my natural nails (???) and lastly they are shaped so poorly I'm pretty sure a blind man could have done better. I'll be going elsewhere tomorrow morning to have this corrected. What a waste of money and time. If I could leave less than one star I would. read more

I was in Stephenville for a family event, so my sister and I got mani/Pedis before the event. Bella was recommended by my niece, and decided to gave them a try. The space is very clean and comfortable with the staff being pleasant and personable. Onah, did a great job on both the mani and Pedi. I only went in for a pedi; but she did such a great job, I got a mani as well. I would recommend her anytime. I will have to visit family more often so I have an excuse to drive up from Austin just to go back to see Onah. read more

There are few times that I write a review, but this calls for it, as I'm very upset. I got my nails done today at Bella spa. The woman was rude, argued about my nails and then clearly was frustrated when she nicked me and I squealed when she yanked my hand back saying, "I'll take care of the style when I'm done!" ... after she was done, my nails look like marshmallows. I asked if they were going to clean my cuticles and the mess up to which they responded "that's not included and it's $5" (even though I requested a manicure up front". Peace. That's fine. I was upset and they could tell so they offered to do it for free, but after the whole thing I politely declined and left. This is a picture of my nails ... they are HORRIBLE. We joke that somebody might try to take a night of what looks like glued on marshmallows. Further, take a look at the mess they left all over my hands. This cost me $60. When I tried to clean up one nail, the corner broke off. I'm mortified and now I have to go to another salon to get them removed. read more

I got a gift card for a massage during Christmas Break. I made the appointment for a therapeutic massage. When I got there the massage therapist asked if I wanted a deep tissue massage and I told her no I wanted a therapeutic massage. I told her again when she started. A day after the massage I was bruised on my arms and legs that lasted 2 weeks and it was the worst massage I've ever had. read more

The nicest place in Stephenville! The customer service is great and it is so clean in the spa. I always have Vivian do my nails and she is so sweet and does and EXCEPTIONAL GREAT JOB! I just moved to Stephenville (from the Metroplex) and have found this place to be the nicest in the area. It is very clean inside, the staff is accommodating, and they offer spa services like microdermabrasion. I got a gel manicure for $35, and a regular pedicure for $25. It's a little more expensive than some other places but I guess you get what you pay for. Also, they offer complimentary drinks and you can choose what kind of pedicure you want to have. 35$ for a color change with fill. Got nails done by sandy, looked extremely horrible. Called and complained about it, and they told mo to come back so they could fix them. Justin fixed my nails at no charge. I recommend making an appointment with Justin simply because he seems to care about his customers more than others. He does a really good job. read more

This place has always been ok. Sometimes it is hit or miss on whether you will have a great experience. I will say my biggest complaint is that Justin is so unbelievably rude! If anything is wrong with your nails he acts like it is your fault somehow and is just very unprofessional. I have been coming here for years and I always breathe a sigh of relief when I walk in and he is not there. Like I said it's about 50/50 on whether you will have a great experience but there really aren't a lot of other options around this area so unfortunately it's all we have. read more

Awful service! My first time there & I requested the basic pedi & the nail tech rolled her eyes & blew through it in about 10 minutes total. Everything was careless & rushed. I asked for a certain design & got something waaaay different. I did not feel important nor pampered. The next day, my big toe was infected & the polish only lasted about a week (usually lasts a month +). The only positive I got from there was the decor. Will not be returning. read more

My gel polish started chipping the next day and looked "stained" and discolored. When I called, the receptionist said she could get it fixed no problem... When I got there I wanted to wait for Evelyn but saw that she was busy so agreed to use someone else... He then told me that he would charge me FULL price to change the color... Why would I want the same color? It's discolored and obviously a bad bottle. He was SO rude and adamant that he would not change the color. I almost cried he was so rude and I left and walked into the parking lot where he followed and harassed me saying that Now he would change the color for free... After I've already left practically in tears. I spend SO much money at Bella on massages, facials, pedicures, and manicures. I'm appalled that I was treated this way- no fix, no refund. They will not be getting any more of my money and I hope after this review they won't get any of yours either... read more
