Let me start by saying what a great nail salon this is. I had an issue and the owner personally reached out to me and offered to fix it. That there shows what kind of business this lady runs! I went back and Selena fixed my nails and did amazing! She takes her time and is thorough with her work. Very talkative and very sweet. The owner also came and talked to me, very sweet as well. This salon exceeded my expectations and did a tremendous job! Don't listen to the older reviews! This place has changed around since their new owner took over. The people were very nice, but my nails were not good. She accidentally cut my cuticle twice with the nail drill BAD and blamed it on my daughter moving the table... My daughter got her nails painted for her birthday and they had all chipped/came off completely the next day... For a 5 year old polish and (a not good) full set they charged me $85... I'm new in town and have been trying to find a good spot. The salon is beautiful but definitely would not recommend. I really wanted to go back in and let them know I was unhappy and either wanted my nails redone or a refund but we left out of state the day after. read more

I never do reviews so here we go. The first time I ever came was good I only waited maybe 30 mins, though they weren't very busy. I got Selina (selina did the black and teal nails) she was great! I loved what she did! The next time I went I didn't get a choice of who I wanted so I was sent to this random lady that was learning. I could tell becuase I believe the owner mimi was helping her. The lady learning, she was older, acted like she had no prior experience to nails whatsoever. She didn't know what supplies to use, what size tips I needed on my nails and forgot how to turn the drill on and off every time she used it. I was letting it slide at first becuase I know everyone starts somewhere! Until cut the crap out of my finger with the drill... it was bleeding and she just kept continuing to file right there like nothing happened. Then finally ,the lady I believe that was mimi, took over once again and finished the nails for her. It was very irritating because no one told me she was learning or anything in that sense. I got 10$ off my nails and 10% off voucher for next time but still. The nails turned out pretty good in the end just not happy with the experience I had. read more

went in for an acrylic set with a design, was rushed and she messed up multiple times and we had to find ways to fix her mistakes. she did not put clear coat on multiple nails,leaving them to fade in only a few days. there was polish on a nail that wasn't supposed to be there. the designs were very messy and some were nothing like what I showed in a picture. when I wanted them fixed she said it wasn't her fault that they're faded (even though she didn't clear coat) and said that it wasn't my fault I didn't like them even though half of the nails looked nothing like the inspo because of her mistakes. I payed $115 for a set of nails I hated the next day and that faded within 2 days. read more

went in because previous set of nails had not even been on two weeks and had four or five nails coming apart. The original person that did my nails made me wait two hours and then pushed me off to somebody else who did such a hurry job that two of my nails are crooked and I have so much gel buildup underneath. It looks like I have a super thick nail. Update - second visit wasn't so great which stinks since it was a nice spot the first time. Stopped in today for mani/pedi and the guy running it was a jerk to me towards the end of my stay and I still have no idea why. He finished my nail polish, asked me to pay and then his attitude towards me changed completely which was weird because I tipped 20%. It was such a dramatic shift I checked my receipt later just to be sure I didn't accidentally choose no tip when checking out (although I knew I picked 20%). He was scolding me in front of everyone for not sitting long enough at the drying lights and was so loud there were other customers laughing. Zero percent funny to me and really uncalled for. There are too many places to go to bother going somewhere where I'm treated rude. Amazing job! We stopped in with 5 folks for a Fathers Day family outing (his pick baand were quickly seated and treated so well. They have more polish options than I have ever seen. Within minutes we all had pedis going with two of us girls also getting manis. The massage chairs are high end and comfortable. Awesome staff and I love love love the manicure and pedicure quality. Second time there is over an hour wait because they don't have staff there. Went in at opening- third person there....ONE lady working!! They said the rest of the staff doesn't come in till 1pm! Please do not go here! I went in to get a simple gel manicure and the lady I got was very rough with my nails. I came in with gel polish on my nails and the lady that started my nails was nice and gentle then she got up and another lady started on my nails and it was painful! She scraped the old gel polish with her own nails! This is not hygienic at all and the she proceeded to cut me a couple of times with the cuticle tool, and the whole time she was rushed and I could tell she did not want to be doing my nails. I went to this place because it had such great reviews. Objectively, my manicure looked great leaving the shop, but the experience wasn't the best. Everyone was polite, but when you're paying $40+ for a "relaxing" experience, you want a little more than niceness. The nail file's edge was so sharp that the lady sliced my pinky pretty deep and she immediately put her finger over my cut, getting my blood on her. Not safe or sanitary. We had to awkwardly wait for it to stop bleeding after I washed it. She apologized so many times I almost felt bad for her. At the end she was about the scrape the blood out from under my nail until I stopped her because...ew. Secondly, I had to correct how she filed my nails so many times that I just gave up. Big reason after the pinky slice it wasn't relaxing. Thirdly, the equipment didn't function well. The little rotary tool didn't work and two of the three UV light machines didn't work either. Didn't seem very professional. I understand everyone has their bad days, but I don't plan to return. read more

I went for a basic manicure and ended up having to finally ask someone to please redo it. When he was using the little spoon tool to push my cuticles back, he was barely touching my nail. I thought, maybe my cuticles aren't that long, we'll keep going. Then he went to cut my cuticles and homeboy was cutting the air!!! At this point I feel like I'm on a hidden camera show. This had to be a joke. Then he picked up a file and proceeded to destroy my nail even more by filing and buffing the top of my nail, not even the edge!!! I finally asked him to stop, and after the 3rd or 4th time I just pulled my hand away. I was met with an eye roll, a wine, and him making a very dramatic pouty face. I then told him he could just polish my nails. I was over it. I thought, surely he knows how to polish?! Boy was I wrong!! He proceeded to paint half my nail along with half of the skin around it. Now when I say half, I don't just mean missing a swipe down the side. I literally mean half! Like if you were going to do a French manicure, but more white than you should and in a very sloppy globby manner and, it only continued to get worse. Needless to say, I finally got someone's attention and asked if I could have someone else redo his job. Cue the multiple eye rolls, whiny sounds, and shuffling of the flip-flops back and forth in a very dramatic fashion. Not only was this the worst nail experience of my life, but they also charged me an additional $3 for the repolish! Lol ( Okay Ashton Kutcher, you can come out at any time now..) I was so upset I didn't even have it in me to argue with anyone. I just wanted it out of there! Oh and one more thing, HE'S NOT EVEN A LICENSED TECHNICIAN!!! I went in today to get a pedicure with my mother and the man I had was more worried about messing up his own manicure then to actually offer decent service. I asked for the citrus pedicure (which comes with sugar rub, hot towels, paraffin wax, Calais removal, oil candle, citrus rub, a lotion massage, and a cuticle removal) and needless to say I only received the hot towels and polish with a big whole side of attitude and rolling eyes. He made my water freezing cold then got upset I asked him to warm it up. Then he "put" the sugar rub on my leg just to wipe it off 3 seconds later. I never received my lotion massage, oil candle, cuticle removal, Calais removal and with my paraffin wax he left it on my just on my heels and never rubbed it in like it was supposed to be. And then he never wiped off the wax from my heels. After him huffing and rolling his eyes the whole time he only painted HALF of my toe with the polish so someone finally came to relieve him... it was a $40 Pedicure and I received a something I could've done at home for free. He was the worst nail tech I've ever dealt with in the past 13 yrs getting serviced. It truly amazes me how someone this poor mannered can work as a nail tech. I will never return here again. The only reason they get a one star is because my mother loved her nail tech and she actually did what she was supposed to. I'VE JUST BEEN INFORMED THAT THE MAN WAS UNLICENSED!!!
