I visited Luxury Nail Bar on Sunday, June 8 for a lavender pedicure. The pedicure itself was relaxing and well done, but unfortunately, the polish job didn't turn out as expected. Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me. I left feeling valued and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back again. Just had the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon !!! Made an apt with Sandy and BeBe -they were recommended to me by a friend. Sandy to get my nails done:) Got the dip which I was cautious about it because I've gotten them before somewhere else and they did not look good or done right. But Sandy did amazing ! They are better than I could have ever imagined:) Then I had BeBe on my toes and oh my goodness she gave thee best leg massage I've ever had ! No joke! I wasn't sure where to go in the area for a pedicure, but I decided on this place and it was really great. I got the pineapple papaya pedicure and it was really interesting because they rubbed cold slices of pineapple on my legs and I wasn't ready for that but it was really nice feeling. Not my place. People were nice, but communication is always difficult. The guy who did my nails did it wrong in my opinion. An Ombré should be applied tip to bed. He did the nail bed first and then sprinkled the top on and I didn't like it at all. Not a good place for me. read more

Wow, what an experience here. We came in from California for my wife's father's 80th birthday and decided to get pedicures with our niece. Let me tell you, Lisa, Vickie and Lynn were over the top. No words to express the visit. The gentleman doing my nails got up no more than 10 times and also, I had to ask the pedicure tec to groom my cuticles after paying $48 dollars for the pedicure. Will never go back. Sad that we subject ourselves to this shit. Never again. read more

No stars deserved. I'm new to Granbury and in need of a new nail salon. I gave this place a try and the tech completely went against what I wanted and on top of that every nail was a different shape AND size. I don't know how someone can mess all that up. The worst thing is I needed them done before catching a flight and did not have time for them to be fixed that weekend. The owner/manager said I could go back to have them fixed the following week so I decided to give it a second try. The second tech was just as bad. Every nail was incompletely covered. I'll have to go in and fill all the ends myself. On top of all that their prices are ridiculously expensive. They are definitely not worth that money. read more

So I went in with my mom and my grandmother and we all loved it. My grandmother has been coming here for years and we decided as a family to come get some manicures and pedicures and it was perfect. I posted asking for a Referal in private group. I was recommended to a competitors salon but received terrible treatment by staff and clients so I walked out and drove until I found this place. I am so grateful this happened! The people here and the staff were the best I've seen in 8 years in Granbury. I highly recommend them. Hannah gave me a very fast pedicure than included acupressure which I badly needed. I'll come back here from now on. Johnny is the manager and is on top of everything going on. Also worth noting is that these are THE best massage chairs I've ever sat in. They are new deep tissue massage chairs, not just vibrating. And the mimosa Johnny made was perfect! This is my second visit to this nail salon. I had gel nails they peeled up after 3 days. I went back in and we agreed to have them fixed with dip nails. The dip nails have stayed on much better and looked great! We will be going back. They gave me good customer service and my nails looked good. read more

I've been on a quest to find the best nail salon in or around Granbury - without going into Ft. Worth. In the 3 months I've lived here I've visited 4 salons, each for the same service: nail dip and a pedi. Luxury has been BY FAR THE BEST when it comes to all-around services, and without question the BEST pedicure to date! The staff is warm, inviting, and fun. I did think my dip was a bit thick, but certainly better than any other salon. I have one more salon to visit before my final decision, but I have a sneaking suspicion Luxury is going to be my go-to!!! read more

I chose this salon because I'd been before, and was pleased the last time. This time, not so much . I had a mani-pedi. Massage was good on both, Manicure , fair. Nails not even lengths and polish not good - not an even application. Gaps in sides and some "moons". Some smudges at sides. I had to have polish re-done. Manicure needs to be done at table, not on an angle at the pedicure station. I brought my own products, and manicurist put thinner in polish and top coat w/out even asking me. The most annoying was that another tech sat right next to her during pedicure and they were non stop speaking w/each other in Vietnamese.. disappointed with this visit. read more

Not everyone can afford what ends up being $70 for this service. The technician did a really nice job, but I felt self conscious the whole time. Please if you love yourself and wanna look good, FEEL GOOD! Then do not use this place. You'll eventually end up hating the previous reviews as those must have been paid reviews. Bc your nails will end up looking horrible, and not at all what you paid for! I paid for gel. Within a day my nails started to peel off. And I am a stay at home mom. They were supposed to be short gel nails.. turned out the guy doing them just painted them and placed the UV hand enhancer unit as a prop.. The reasoning as to why I have no idea?? but it was not what I had paid for and it was a complete waste of money, either management needs to step in and really evaluate the quality of work being placed out or they will eventually go under due to poor quality of work! Service is rather lackluster and the employees don't always pay attention resulting in defects with the nails 50% of the time. Definitely don't recommend, wish they were as good as they used to be. Hopefully with enough constructive criticism they'll return to normalcy. I think I'll take my girlfriend to 377 or granbury nail bar next time. read more

I'm new in the area so I don't know which nail place to go to. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and this place had the best ones of all the businesses in the area....even though I'm not sure how. I asked for the shellac gel on my nails and a regular pedicure. When done with my nails at first they looked okay..a week later, they've all risen and I've peeled the rest of them off. Didn't even last a week. I don't do much with my hands as I have a desk job so I'm not hard on my nails. Pedicure- BARE MINIMUM. she filed my nails in all different shapes, she left a TON of dead skin on my feet. when I asked her to get the rest of it off she told me it wasn't in the "regular" package so she couldn't do it.........just her job....getting the dead skin off my feet........she told me next time i need to upgrade one level and she could use the metal grater on my feet to remove the rest. my friend and I went together and got the same thing but her lady used the metal grater on her foot. i'm disappointed and won't be returning. what a waste of $65. i should have spoken up to the manager while i was there. take my advice and don't chance it, go somewhere else in town! read more

This place is awful. I had asked for gel on my toes and the young kid did about 7 coats and kept going back to touch up and they are still not covering my whole toe and not even color wise. My mom wanted french dip on her nails and they were very uneven and the white was so far down it looked like she had baby nails. She asked for them to be taken off and the people kept getting up and walking away. Everyone else in there was complaining and not wanting to come back. I would not recommend. read more

A friend and I went here and got a set of dip nails. Johnny did my nails and I don't remember the name of who did my friends nails. They did a horrible job. Johnny couldn't even pay attention enough to my nails because the football game was on. that's all he was worried about. none of my nails were the same length or hardly the same shape... we asked for square which is very simple. Her nails had about the same issues. The dip powder was so poorly applied that it didn't even get the edges of my nails so it made them look all the more uneven. So we told them our concerns and they didn't fix them. they said that they would just do our next set for FREE when they grow out, since they were so busy that day. Being the person i am i just said okay no worries. we'll be back in the 3 weeks for the new set and they told me they would schedule it. well i called today to confirm our appointment and they now tell me that they can't do our set for free because they need to "pay the bills somehow" but they'll give me 15% off. So not only do they not care enough to do their work correctly. they also don't care enough to fix their mistakes to keep a regular customer around. i've always recommended this place. but never again will i do that. I do hear that Pretty Nails & Granbury Nail Bar are good salons, so perhaps i'll try them next! thanks for nothing luxury. read more

I walked in with high hopes for this location. I was encouraged to get a $75 pedicure, I understand they push that one. She had a great attitude and was very nice until I told here I wanted a classic pedicure with gel. Once I said that her entire demeanor changed. She looked like she couldn't care any less and like she wanted to do anything but be sitting in front of my chair. She had my feet done from cutting and onto the painting in less than 10 minutes. She didn't use any kind of cuticle softener and was just scraping my nails with the tools, to be frank it hurt. I asked if she was already done and she said she got all the skin off which she most definitely did not. She barley cleaned the cuticles or tried to get anything off the bottom. The gel is stuck to my cuticles because she didn't clean them off. When I told her that was an Issue she told me my nails were too small and that's why the polish is stuck to the cuticles she didn't cut. I have been getting gel on my toes for years and this has never been an issue before. Pedicures are something I don't treat myself to often and I am very appreciative of the people who do them. I am a great tipper and am kind to my nail people. The way I was treated and the service I received was absolutely unacceptable and I left the salon very upset. My advice is to take a nice drive to ft worth and find a salon with people who care about what they do and are kind to you. read more
