This place is ridiculous. Came here under the premise that it had nearly all 5-star reviews only to…read morebe completely thwarted on quality and customer care. First off, the place was dark and messy, no music, and only one person working, so my mom and I had to take separate turns to get manicures. Next, we both got BASIC SHELLAC manicures. And when I say basic, I mean, he barely clipped all my cuticles, and gave me about an 8 second arm massage. Then, he painted our nails with shellac polish. Which truthfully, I probably could've done a better job myself with 10 broken fingers. After he a finished, I was UVing my hands in a machine that was intermittently shorting out during each :60 interval and will probably lead to a structure fire at some point. So now that the polish is dry, you can see all the imperfections, such as having more polish on my skin than I did on my actual nail. And THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, he charged us $25.00 each. When we walked into the place initially There's a sign on the door advertising a FULL SET of acrylic or solar nails with polish for $20.00. So, you're telling me that a basic manicure that a 6 year old could've have executed is more expensive than a full set of fake nails. Give me a break dude.

They often overbook, and my last visit had me waiting 30+ minutes past my appointment time to the point where I had to leave as I had other commitments. I went in to have a fill. I am new to the area and heard they were a good place. I told Ryan that…read moreI wanted a fill and that I felt that my nails were a little thicker than my previous nail tech normally does and could he make them thinner. Ryan told me that I had to have them removed and I needed a new set for him to fix them. Spent $80.00 + tip on too long super thick nails 1/4' thick nails. I went back in and asked him to make them shorter and make them thinner, he did but still WAY too thick, tipped for time because I felt guilty. I thought I would just suck it up and wait for fill time and try someone else, but then they started to lift bad on the right hand, I got one caught and it broke. Went back in and showed the manager my nails. Ryan soaked them off and "TWO" replaced my nails with new thin narrow nails, they looked great. No charge but I tipped her for her time. 4 days the right hand started to lift bad again, I sucked up the lifting and waited for fill time. Went in to pay for fill, TWO was busy I got Ryan again. I asked for a manicure because if they don't clean up my nails and cuticles they tend to lift. I got soaked in lukewarm warm water and my cuticles cut, literally he actually hurt me. Paid 60.00 for fill, nail art and 10.00 for him to hurt me and cut my cuticles, no manicure! I asked for red French tips. He had me check the first nail and he said "this ok don't come back and complain!" He only put one coat on, I asked for another and he said no it will mess up! It looks pink it's so light! I spent $170.00 total between work and tips and my nails have looked awful. See pictures!
