We were so happy with the service we got this past weekend with Bella Tours! Everything from the first contact with the quote to our drop off location was great! I tried to get information from another limo company in the area and their customer service was crappy such led me to get a quote from Bella. Very glad I did, not only was the customer service excellent, their price was much better. We reserved the Hummer, we sat 15 adults comfortably. We were able to connect to Bluetooth to listen to our music. We made many stops in our way and Abby our driver was very accommodating and friendly. She was prompt to pick us up and communicated with us via text which worked well for us. Bella will definitely be the first place I check when we are looking for a rental. We hired Bella tours for our wedding on 11-4-23. We got the bus limousine that's holds up to 26 people. We spoke to Gary from the start and he was so great!! He was very professional and easy going. 2 days before the wedding I added a sedan for my groom and best man and it was easy peazy. He let me know the drivers names and let me know they would contact me before our big day, which they did. Jim was our bus driver and he was sooo great! He was quick to respond to my texts and calls and was very patient with our big crazy crowd. The bus was very clean and had all the things we needed. We were also able to bring on extras (like the sandwiches the best man ordered) and play our own music. My daughter had her 15 and we rented a limo from Bella tour. The limo driver was unprofessional. He was on the phone while my under age daughter was in the limo and was talking on the phone cursing and saying racial things. I emailed Gary the owner and he said he would investigate the situation but didn't refund me my money for the racial trauma my daughter had to endure. She started recording after he made racial comments towards her and her chambelanes but since we didn't get it on camera I was told I cannot get a refund or "slander" their company for legal reasons. 11-5-22 i had my quince and my mom rented from this limo company. As I thought everything was going well. Our last stop was in n out and my chambelanes got done and I stayed bc I didn't want to walk with my big dress. I stayed in and I was on my phone. I heard my driver get on the phone and complain that he had to take us all the way to in n out and that he didn't care if we were 5 min late. then i heard him call us "f***ing Mexicans " I started to record and he was cussing violently while talking to someone on the phone. He clearly knew I was in there because he made eye contact with me. He also was making racial comments saying the n word and being very unprofessional. If your in the 209 do not book with this company. They made me feel very uncomfortable and offered a 25$ gift card to Starbucks as if that was gunna fix the trama I had to indeer on my special day. The owner is trying to say I made up this story because I didn't record when he was discriminating me. But how was I supposed to know he was going to treat us like that. I did récord most of what happened and him saying the n word. I'm very disappointed in how they are taking this so Lightly. I don't want this happening to anyone else on there special day or just in general. The comment by the owner is false. We have yet to receive any refund or apology. If anything changes I will update this review on what the outcome is. Update we got a 50$ Starbucks gift card no partial refund. read more

These guys might be a great Limo company but I just watched one driver block traffic and customers for 10 minutes to hold a spot at the gas station. Even the gas station attendant came out but he wouldn't move. Maybe there customer service is better if you actually rent the limos. Otherwise they appear to be rude and inconsiderate. read more

We will be forever grateful to Bella Tours. My daughter lost her best friend in a terrible accident last week. Last night, Bella Tours offered to take all her friends to the memorial in a beautiful and fun limousine bus- free of charge. It was a nice break from the tears and shock that has completely wrecked and absorbed these young boys and girls all week. Bella Tours was empathetic but also understanding, exciting, and fun. On top of being an incredibly generous business- Bella Tours has 5 star service. The bus was amazing! I've never seen anything like it. Lights, music, etc... simply incredible. The T9 was not the same interior or layout as based on pictures that were sent to me from Gary, the owner. I chose this larger limo instead of the smaller limo due to its spectacular interior. I should have saved my money and gone with the smaller limo since I had a smaller group. The interior of the limo that showed up was somewhat run down, the chrome plastic interior decoratives were chipped and dirty, the sun roof was welded shut, and the fiber optics that were shown in the picture were not the same whatsoever and some not functioning. Quite lackluster actually. As for service, our drinks and ice were not replenished and our guests were very thirsty. We rented the limo for seven (7) hours, and when I brought it up to Gary about my service or lack thereof, I was told that his driver didn't have enough time between stops to replenish us. I can assure you that the driver had plenty of time to be on his cell phone and that there were several opportunities to restock the limousine. He even missed one of my text messages and never pulled the limo up to get us because he was sitting in the front seat on the phone. He could have easily restocked us with water and sodas, maybe even ice. It wouldn't have taken but a couple minutes. Truth. Please don't rely on the pictures of the T9 as they are not the same vehicle that will show up. Would I use this company again? Doubtful. It really wasn't worth it. It's more expensive than the other outfits, and the quality of service and limousine was mediocre at best. read more

I Requested a quote and within 10 minutes I got a response! Spoke with Gary and got everything set up without a hassle or any issues. We talked about a couple of different prices and I got a great deal. I explained that this was for my parents 70th Wedding Anniversary Celebration to be held at Ironstone Vineyard and was going to be their very first ride in a Limo in their 90 years. We were all set to go 2 1/2 weeks prior to the event. How exciting! Well, 3 days before the event was to be held on a Saturday (probably the busiest Limo rental day) Gary called and cancelled. Gave me a story, which to me was pretty obvious that he got a late call for a higher paying fare. So, now at the last minute I am scrambling to find a limo for my parents big day. After calling many many places with no hope in sight, someone told me about Neuman Enterprises in Sacramento. I called and they saved the day! Driver was the absolute best and you could tell he was having fun and was enjoying seeing my parents when the Limo drove up. Their day wasn't ruined because of Bella, it was saved because of Neuman. I highly recommend this company AND their prices were very reasonable even being from Sacramento and I live in Modesto. When I told them what happened, they were appalled and asked me "who does that sort of thing"? I replied...Bella does. In fact, all of the different Limo companies I called asked me that very same question with disgust in their voices. I could not believe a company would actually do something like that. When I read the reviews about being able to "fit" someone in on a very busy weekend at the last minute, now I know why. They cancel on someone else, with no regard for them, and take a hirer paying job! Not professional at all, and certainly not reliable. We rent a 18 passenger limo for our wedding AC did not work and also the waters was hot in limo!it was a 106 degree very hot day and by the time I got to church which was about 30 min drive my hair and make up was messed up than after church had to call my make up and hairstylist to come back and redo my hair ! Gary txt me few days after the wedding to see how was the services and I told him AC did not work and waters was hot in the limo but he asked me if we end up 18 ppl and I said no only 8 ppl and he never get back to me ! We used Bella Tours Limousine last weekend 5/4/19 for a wedding in Modesto and a reception in Ceres at Berryhills' Vineyard. The logistics of transport were slightly complex but due to a seamless communication with the owner and the driver the event went on without a glitch. The transportation was in top notch style. We hired Bella for winery tours for some out of town guests. Gary was very helpful setting up a wine tour for us in the Lodi region before hand, and said that our driver was familar with the area and may have additional suggestions. He was right. Our driver, Doug, suggested some alternative wineries we had not been to before, and we had a great time tasting great wines at the places he suggested. Doug was very friendly and professional and the limo was perfect. We had champagne and water chilling when we got into the clean and well maintained limo and the day was delightful. I would never recommend using this limo company. The owner Gary doesn't care about his clients, specially shocking being that we were repeat customers. We had 2 family weddings within 2 months and Bella Tours was hired for both. They have a driver named Doug who isn't qualified to drive a bicycle much less a limo. At the first wedding, which was my own we had Doug scheduled to take my wife and I home. He ended up getting the limo stuck in mud driving somewhere he never should have been at the venue. One of our guests had to get in the driver seat of the limo and get the limo un-stuck, which Doug was fine with until he realized that people saw what happened. This is when he got embarrassed that he couldn't handle his job as limo driver, he then peeled out and drove off. Meanwhile we were trying to call him to get our ride home, he wouldn't answer and was nowhere to be found. Not exactly how our wedding night was planned! Totally unprofessional and unreliable. So wedding #2 was my sister's and she also hired Bella Tours. We decided to give them another chance and that maybe Doug was just having a bad day...not wanting to rush to judge the whole company after 1 bad experience. Well guess what, we got stuck with Doug to take our family home at the end of the night. We had planned for 8 of us to ride home that night, in an 8 person limo. A separate ride (not from Bella Tours) had been arranged for the bride and groom to go to their house, but they ended up last minute not being able to make it. So we told Doug we had a couple extra people. He was fine with it at first, he started the ride and we left the venue. We got about half mile away and he pulls the car over and decided that we had 2 too many people and that he wasn't willing to continue the ride unless 2 got out. Well, we're reasonable people and had he said that before he already accepted and left the venue we would've figured out other arrangements for a couple people. However at this point, it's midnight, we're out in the country with very limited cell reception and standing on the side of the road in the pitch black night with the bride and groom, and we're being told this is as far as we go. Doug totally ruined the night for the bride and groom (the bride sitting on the side of the road in her dress crying mind you)...ruined it for the rest of the family too. I got ahold of Gary while this was going on, he seemed not to care at all that his driver was wanting to leave us stranded in the middle of nowhere. We had nowhere to send the extra two and nobody felt safe getting back in the car with Doug after his erratic behavior. We ended up finally getting ahold of another limo service who very kindly came and got us, so we ended up telling Doug just to leave at that point. It was a very unfortunate situation and I will never use this shady company ever again nor would I recommend wasting your time getting a quote. Unbelievable how one guy can mess up 2 wedding nights in 1 family over such a short period of time. And Gary does not listen to what the customer has to say, he's very inconsiderate and believes only what his drivers report. He refused any compensation for our very terrible experience. He said if he gave us a better deal it wouldn't help him any because he knows we already don't want to come back. What kind of scum bag company is this? I should also mention, earlier in the day the wedding party had the party bus from Gary...100 degree day in July and the AC barely worked. We asked if the driver would turn it up and he said, sorry this bus' AC system doesn't work very well sometimes. If I could give them a fraction of 1 Star, that's how I'd rate them. I don't understand how a company can care so little about their customers and so frequently provide such a horrible service. read more

Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe my experience with Bella tours. I called in and got a quote from the owner of the business. I tripled checked the price with him, gave him the pick up and drop off location so he knew exactly the distance that would be traveled. He gave me a reasonable quote and we got everything set up and he said he would send me a confirmation later on in the day. 2 days later he has his office receptionist called me back and let me know that it's actually going to be 2x the price that he said he'd made an error. Any good, faith business would honor the quote he had originally gave me. After I asked her to check with her boss and see if they could honor the original price she said that that it "would be a waste" to call her boss because she already knew the answer, but agreed to call anyways. She called me back and hour and half later and said that they would be unwilling to honor the price they quoted me and collected my credit card info for. Don't waste your time booking with them. They are shady and run an untrustworthy business. Total scammer. read more

I would definitely not recommend this limo service for any airport transportation. We scheduled a limo to pick us up and take us to SF airport for our vacation on 1/11/16 at 5pm. This went very smooth, limo was on time and driver was very nice. Where things went horribly wrong was the pick up from the airport on 1/20/16 at 1am. I was assured numerous times that the time was not going to be an issue and guaranteed that the limo would be there to pick us up at 1am. Well guess what, NO LIMO! We retrieved our luggage and walked out and there was no driver waiting for us. I immediately called Gary to see if the driver was running late or was parked elsewhere waiting for us. Gary told me that he would contact the driver and get right back to me. Fifteen minutes later I called Gary again, only to be told that the driver was not going to make it and he is trying to secure another driving service to pick us up. After an hour of being stranded at the airport at 1am, a black suburban, NOT A LIMO, drives up to take us home. We were very grateful for this driver, from a Bay Area driving service, for staying on duty way past his quitting time to make sure we got home. I spoke with Gary the next day and expressed our dissatisfaction with his service and that we expected some sort of compensation for the hassle, the hour delay and not getting what we paid for, a limo!! He said he would send me "something". It has been 2 weeks now and I've received nothing from them. This company is very unreliable and untruthful in many areas.
