The posting submitted by Susan R. is not accurate. The pictures that were sent to her were in fact of the actual limousine. The vehicle had been professionally cleaned inside and out prior to arrival, as is typical of all the limousines, and was fully stocked with refreshments, The fiber optic lighting was in working order as well. The sun roof was a fixed glass and was meant for viewing only and not to be opened. This particular ride was a scavenger hunt, and no details were given by Susan R until the limo arrived at the pickup location. Given the nature of a scavenger hunt, the stops at each location were so short in duration that the chauffer had virtualy no opportunity to fill the drink wells, therefore cold drinks were offered by the chauffeur from the driver's compartment throughout the entire duration of the ride. There has NEVER been a complaint about the quality any of our beautiful limousines. They are impeccably maintained and serviced on a regular basis, as well as inspected by local and state regulatory agencies. Bella Tours would certainly not have been in business for over 12 years and won the 2013 #1 Best Limousine Service by the Modesto Bee Readers Choice Award program for three years in a row if we had provided the level of service as described by this person. read more

My niece had her 15 last Saturday and the limo driver was amazing! We had a total of 16 kids and they all had a blast. The limo got there early to drive them to church and we we're running a little behind schedule because one of the girl's dress wouldn't zip. The limo driver came and helped us zip up the dress (she didn't have to do that) but thank goodness she did because she got it up lol. The limo was clean and beautiful! The kids got from point A to point B as scheduled and no problems. She has to have a lot of patience being with 16 rowdy teenagers. I used this service for a night on the town. The limo shows up 10 minutes before our scheduled time which was awesome since the last company we used was 20 minutes late. Our limo was fantastic to say the least with fully stocked drinks and champagne. The inside was amazing and immaculate. The driver was very personable and willing to go the extra mile.
