We had a great experience with Royal Party Bus for transportation of 18 students to and from their HS senior ball. Responses to my inquiries were quick, polite, and professional from Paula at their office. We had several itinerary changes, which were graciously accommodated. Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. They all said their time in the party bus was more fun than the prom itself, that they would have happily driven around in it most of the night. All in all, highly recommend! read more

Our driver was great but booking not so much. The initial inquiry on yelp told me that I would be paying $855 for 4 hours. Via email I booked for 3 hours because thats all I needed the bus for. After talking to my spouse we realized that we were paying for the 4th hour so we might as well use it. When I reached out I was told the price was for 3 hours and not 4. After providing screen shots confirming the price was in fact for 4hrs, the girl decided to uphold the rate for 4hrs like she first said. Day of the party, the bus arrives almost an hour late and we are told that the driver was never updated on the new time. I expressed my disappointment and the girl didnt even apologize. She didnt even respond. Dont waste your time using this company! Super shady! read more

I used Royal Party Bus because my friend Tammy had used them twice before and we had a wonderful experience both times. They communicated very well, made the process very easy and simple and the driver was excellent. We had Adan. He messaged me hours before the event, he arrived early and he was immediately there whenever we texted for a pick up. He took us to a few stops and took everyone who needed a ride home. I was hopefully of this company but quickly was frustrated and let down. I requested a quote through Yelp which was convenient and got a few responses then silence. I decided to call the owner and he seemed short and like he was unable to talk and provide full details. This happened a handful of times, one of which he said he was going into his office later in the morning and would call me back. It was around 3 p.m. and I hadnt heard back from him, so I called again and he said he was out of town and wouldnt be available until 8 pm. This is when I decided not to go through this company for my needs. I understand it's a small company and there have been added pressures but I would suggest having a designated hours to answer questions from customers and clearer directions. read more

Royal Party Bus is a good company for party buses. They respond pretty quickly and I had a good experience with them. The only thing that could be frustrating is the limit for how many hours you have to have but that is also understandable and at most party bus rentals. They don't start the bus until you pay in person. read more

Over the weekend I had hired Royal party bus as my wedding party transport. Overall it was a good experience just a few hiccups. First it takes forever to get a reply but Jesus does get back to you eventually. The day of the wedding the driver was early so that was perfect. Can't remember my driver's name but it was his first time driving that bus and it took a while for him to figure out how to get the air on and it was HOT! The ride was a little bumpy and our bus didn't have a pole. I was also asked to pay when I had paid in full the day before and even confirmed receipt of payment with Jesus. He arrived early and was very friendly ! My only complaint was the AC on our particular bus did not seem to be working that well. Granted it was 96 degrees outside. We were a party of (15) traveling from Stockton to SFO (AND BACK) for a European vacation...from the beginning reaching out for a price quote, the owner and the team were helpful and their customer service/communication was amazing (quick responses). I recently booked Royal Party Bus for my holiday party and had a great time! They responded to my price inquiry quickly and we're by far the best price in the Bay Area. Very easy booking process and they answered all of my random questions through email politely and quickly. Our driver Lucas was super sweet and attentive! He arrived early and had no issues with us leaving a little later than we had planned. He was always accommodating to make stops for us. The bus was very spacious! Plenty of room for 16 guests and had super fun lights. Unfortunately, our bus wasn't stocked with cups but luckily we had brought our own so I would keep that in mind if booking. The only other cons were it was a bit toasty, we couldn't quite figure out the AC and the volume in the bus didn't go up very high. So far, so good. This will more than likely turn out to be a three-part review.... The booking, the customer service, the trip, arrival/departure. Really up until now things have been pretty smooth. I live in Tracy but I work in Stockton so the transaction of receiving the contract was not a problem. The initial conversations happened via text, which at first threw me off, but he/she was very responsive so I proceeded. I had to make an appointment to go to their location in Stockton to receive the contract - the office is very nice and in a good area of Stockton-- the staff there was courteous and very nice. I've used this service before in the past and enjoyed it. So for a popular upcoming event, I reached out to use royal party bus. I contacted them about a date and our details, and spoke to Marissa who confirmed availability. She texted over preliminary contact details, and I confirmed right away. A follow up final contract to be sent "right away". No response that day. No response next day. I follow up third day, Marissa apologized for delay, confirmed all is okay, and contract would be sent shortly. Never followed up, following day, no response. Once again was forced to call in, this time though, another person answered, and the response changed, "we may no longer be available, I'm not sure". Finally received a response from Marissa: "thanks for considering Royal Party bus.....we no longer have availability....apologize for the inconvenience". Overall very unhappy with the customer service. Understand event planning can be difficult but they are very unprepared and unorganized. Would not count on them to be reliable and accommodating. Would look elsewhere if you have other options. read more
