I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.

She left not only glue on my eyelids so they felt sticky, the dye was on my eyelids and she missed a few of my lashes so they were left straight. and when i went to sleep that night i woke up and my brows were completely messed up and looked terrible. the only thing i cared about tho was my lashes. so i called and asked her about coming back in to fix her mistake on my lashes. not only did i have to pay full price AGAIN for her mistake but they made me pay the same amount even tho i didn't get the bundle this time. i just wanted my brows tinted which was supposed to be 130 altogether. they made me pay the 170 AGAIN!! they are SCAMMERS!! went to dispute both transactions and won't be going back. don't waste your time.

I made an appointment, confirmed via text, and drove to the office. During the pandemic, you're required to call when you arrive and they'll let you into their space. I called, they said they had tried to reach me to see if I wanted an online appointment instead and if I'd rather do that. Was very confused because I was literally asking them to open the door for me, standing AT THEIR OFFICE. They let me in, but it felt like they didn't want me there. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called. Their prices seem fair and they also had the best reviews, so I'd still recommend giving this place a try.

The ear had been split for several years, and I wore clipped earrings until I decided to get the ear repaired. Today, the stubs came out, and I finally saw the results. Amazing! My earlobe is healed, and I am ready to wear pierced earrings again. Believe it or not, it's been about 30 years since I wore pierced earrings! The care was phenomenal. Dr. Spears is an A-1 plastic surgeon and a female to boot. The staff members are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Customer service is exceptional, above and beyond what you typically get in a doctor's office. Reminder notifications are sent in a timely fashion. Staff will take the time to personally phone you if there are concerns or a missed appointment. But most of all, the team relates to patients on a personal level. Today, I called to change the appointment time, and Stephanie, the office manager, asked me about a health concern I shared with her during one of my visits. She then said she had thought of me and prayed for my recovery. It was so lovely of her to say that to me. All of the staff members demonstrate that level of personal care and concern. There is very little wait time. I have only waited up to 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame of my appointment time. I can't say that for most practices. The office is clean, and the decor is warm and inviting. I don't know if I will have reason to use a plastic surgeon again, but if I do, and the concern fits her expertise, I'm there! I'll find some reason to go back! I had a less than pleasant experience at my last place, so much so that it has been months since my last wax and I almost stopped going altogether. Sometimes women break one another down rather than lift each other up. Ms. Helena is not one of those women. She is warm, welcoming, kind, sweet and lovely in every way. She will treat you like a human being and there is no judgement here. If you are a plus size woman and are worried about being uncomfortable, don't be. You will be treated with grace and dignity from the moment you step foot in her ultra clean studio. Fast, neat, clean, virtually painless. Feel like a million bucks when you walk out. I live in Marlton, her studio is in Cinnaminson, roughly 35 minutes from my home.
