After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue. She suspected my ailments stemmed from a leaky gut and an imbalance in my microbiome which ultimately was affecting my entire body. To confirm, she suggested testing of the bacteria levels in my gut. I was skeptical but willing to give it a try. The tests indicated my gut indeed had an overgrowth of "unhealthy" bacteria and deficient levels of healthy bacteria. With these results, Dr Davina was able to prescribe me a 10 day regimen which targeted eliminating the unhealthy bacteria and fungi from my body. This was followed up by a more flexible yet structured diet which focused on repairing my leaky gut and boosting my microbiome. Fast forward 4 months. I feel amazing! I sleep great now. Dr. Spears is an A-1 plastic surgeon and a female to boot. The staff members are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Customer service is exceptional, above and beyond what you typically get in a doctor's office. Reminder notifications are sent in a timely fashion. Staff will take the time to personally phone you if there are concerns or a missed appointment. But most of all, the team relates to patients on a personal level. Today, I called to change the appointment time, and Stephanie, the office manager, asked me about a health concern I shared with her during one of my visits. She then said she had thought of me and prayed for my recovery. It was so lovely of her to say that to me. All of the staff members demonstrate that level of personal care and concern. There is very little wait time. I have only waited up to 15 minutes to see the doctor. I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame of my appointment time. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

I spoke to the office manager who tried to convince me that the PA who treated me has been with the practice for 5 years so just as good as seeing the Dr. Seeing I was getting nowhere with this practice I went to another local practice who had no problem scheduling me with a real Dr. who immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue.
