I have updated my review based upon my final results. I found this place on Groupon, and I searched their social media posts and explored their website plenty of times before deciding to give them a try. I was interested in getting my lips touched up, in order to achieve symmetric fullness but in an attempt to avoid the fake, deflated tire look. Previously, I had damaged nerve on the lower corner of my lips, and I mainly seek to have the side with the damaged nerve look symmetric to the normal side. Their base prices are probably some of the better prices I've seen in the area. The doctor does the fillers himself, although he does apparently have one PA that does some of the fillers too. I was fortunate that they were able to get me an appointment on the day I called. When I was brought into the room, my lips were numbed before I even spoke to the doctor. When the doctor came in with the syringe, he briefly asked what kind of look I was going for and started right away. I understand that it wasn't my first time getting this done, but it was my second, and I'm new to this place and by no means a pro. He was already injecting by the time I had the chance to ask, "What's in the syringe?" since the deal said "Juvederm ultra or ultra plus." I thought the "or" implied I'd get a choice. There was some bruising, which is normal. I think it's nice, however, that he saved a little bit in the syringe so that when the swelling goes down, if there's anything that needs to be fixed, I don't have to buy a whole new syringe just to touch up a small area. While I wasn't blown away by my experience here, I am thrilled with the results that I received. I would definitely trust my lips again with Dr. Pinto. read more

LOVED my experience here! Danielle was my aesthetician and she was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I just moved here from NYC and finding a new aesthetic office is always hard, well Danielle made the experience really easy! I was decided to upgrade my chemical peel to much much deeper peel + dermaplaning and.... 10/10. When I called the office I asked them about the Groupon trying to gather information, they were happy to service me. With other** groupons I've purchased whenever I call the practice and tell them I bought the Groupon their demeanor changes entirely.... If you're a Grouponer you know what I mean. This practice didn't change their demeanor!! That's so huge. I didn't get the front desk gal's name but over the phone she was really knowledgeable and helpful too. I went there for weight loss! Renee gave me different outlooks on how to make it easier for me! She cared and told me from the get go, this is for life and not just for an event or vacation etc! Told me what I needed to do and I listened as I wanted this to work, and it did! I lost a lot and continue to do so! So I made an appointment here and they were very quick to take the hundred dollar deposit for my service. When I got there they didn't even have a reservation. They tried to make an excuse and then told me that it would be a 15 minute wait. After 38 minutes I decided that I wanted a refund. Then they weren't able to even give me the refund because their credit card machine was broken. After about another 10 minutes they were finally able to figure it out. I drove a half hour here and it was a terrible experience. Won't ever go again read more

Dr. Pinto was professional and knowledgeable. I had botox for my forehead. I felt he would know exactly where and how much to administer. However was not happy with results at all. I waited the full week and a half before calling them. They asked me to come back in. However, because I had a weird headache for almost the entire duration, I didn't really want to return to have the same reaction for another 1 1/2 weeks. I've had Botox before pretty good results and some just ok, as many know who've done this before. I used to live in northern NJ and had great results there the first time. I was so hopeful I would've here with the reviews and his knowledge. I probably wouldn't even post such a lengthy review had the cost of the Botox been so high, having me regret my credit card payment for receiving mediocre results. In fact with such poor results, I'd almost feel like a refund would be appropriate. Considering that is very unlikely, I'm not happy. It's been 2 months and the results are not barely visible. I'll prob just drive 2 hours knowing I'll get the results I want without having to return for a headache, both figuratively and literally. read more

**DO NOT USE** **STAY AWAY** I first went to Dr Pinto through a Groupon. The Groupon was a decent deal but after you get there they try to up sell you to many different very expensive products. I relented and bought a product that did not work at all on the first treatment so I requested a refund. After going back-and-forth with the office manager/enforcer/profit enhancer they refused to refund the money for the failed procedure. They did refund me for the unused portion. They are very cocky and condescending after they have your money. Beware because they say that it is not their policy to refund any procedure whether it works or not which I don't recall reading anywhere. They make rules to their benefit and don't really care about the customer and their satisfaction. read more

I bought a Groupon for 50 units of Botox. And let me start off by saying I have had Botox in the past around 6-9 in between 3 different sessions. I have NEVER gotten more the 40 units (and 40 units being I was FROZEN FROZEN LOL) the doctor I see is 1.5 hours away so I really wanted to try someone else and with spending about a week reading reviews / social media pages I felt okay seeing dr.pinto. The plus is his office is 15minutes from my front door , he was very nice , quick and very sweet to my son (he is 4) :) such a gentlemen . He assessed my face and crows feet injected me .... I knew after the 3rd day I wasn't happy so I called and was told to wait the 7 days (though if you know you know lol) the 7th day on the day I went in and he agreed after looking at pictures one brow was supper lifted / other was dropped. I also had good movement and my 11's were apparent without squinting :( he said just a few more units would do it. He added a few more units (5units ) I assumed I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED because obv the results weren't there with 50 units! When I walked out the front desk not only charged me but charged my the top price (not the new client price which is cheaper) I paid it quietly and walked out so annoyed and irritated just disappointed because I was so excited to return for "filler" days. And I get it it's only $60 something dollars but I mean when your already spending for the initial 50 units and don't have "good" results and have to come back , that's not okay to pay .... even half price or a deal something . I didn't leave a review because I was just done with it BUT I WENT TO MY DOCTOR 1.5 hour away and we did 29 units and one syringe of filler in my lips . Within 2 days my husband said "now I understand why you were upset " I had the glowing plump no lines at all look I usually get from Botox. I wish things would I turned out different because I am starting laser treatments for my acne scars. I went there looking for some guidance for weight loss. Office staff was really friendly on the phone and in person. When I was taken back after being given my health profile, I saw Ivy the nurse practitioner. I will admit I am not much of a talker, doctors make me nervous for some reason, but there was no enthusiasm or personality to her. She read my paperwork without pausing or asking any in depth questions. I have a very hard time losing, and although I admit I overeat, I also have PCOS which makes it more difficult to lose and most who have it are overweight or obese. My medical information was looked over and not mentioned. By the end of the appointment I felt deflated and left the appointment crying in my car, she told me I was 54% overweight (what the paperwork said) and that I basically needed to lose 90lbs (I am 5/7, 215lbs).. she told me a 'healthy' weight would be 120-125. Yes, I am overweight by about 50-60 pounds, but that is not realistic to me and was not what I told her my goals were. I would never want to be that thin, not sure I've weighed that since I've been in 10th grade. At the end they tell you the details of their program which are shakes, soy chips, and protein bars and the different levels to lose this and that amount of weight. Couldn't afford it even if I wanted to, but I was really turned off by her lack of emotion and attitude. As I was leaving, literally out of my seat heading to the door she mentioned the lipo they offer for 'problem areas' when I reach my goal weight. What lipo would I need at 120lbs? To me, it twisted the knife just a bit deeper. Too sensitive? Maybe, but it took guts for me to make the apt and thought I would talking about how to get healthy and tools to do that.. not to be basically fat shamed. read more

To start, I had Botox injections before with a different doctor (2-3 times) and I have never used more than 30-35 units. I couldn't use the same doctor due to his unavailability and decided to try a new place. I looked offers on Groupon and did not see any offers for 30-40 units, so, I purchased an offer for 50 units. The place had good reviews and I decided to try. Well, the first appointment left a lot of touch-ups that needed to be corrected. Since I purchased 10 units more than I would ever need I was under the impression that they didn't use all the units I had purchased. As I said previously I have never used more than 35 units and was completely happy with the results I had after 35 units. Therefore, I believed I had plenty units left for the follow up appointment and most doctors do not charge for follow-up appointments. Well, this one did and the staff did not let me know about possible charges when I called to schedule an appointment. I was unpleasantly surprised with the additional bill on my way out. I honestly did not expect this, and the fact that they don't inform people ahead of time is really unprofessional. Moreover, after charging me for a couple touch-ups they haven't fixed the areas that I pointed out to. Needless to say, I am not going back there again. They place cares only about getting each possible dollar from customers and do not seem to care about providing satisfactory results and retaining new customers.
