The floor was absolutely filthy with old nail clippings and I was sliding around . The nail tech Hannah did an ok job until it came to painting my toes. She missed the sides. Well...the excitement was short lived. I gave this place 5 more visits and each time Max rushed through my fill and complained that my nails were too long. Came in for a deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage ($55). It was an incredibly relaxing service. They didn't skimp on any of the amenities and were clean, thorough, and kind. My only complaint is that they do not accept tips on credit card transactions- it has to be cash. Gel dip manicure- disappointing, they are so impatient and rude attitude when asked to redo. Although my finger and toe nails look amazing, and they were done exactly the way I wanted them (thin, straight, glittery acrylics!); I was sad when I got in the car and I had a scab on my eyelid from the wax job. I don't blame the service provider completely as I have really sensitive skin... But I had never had blood drawn from a service before. Max and Zoe did a great job with my feet. Language barrier made it difficult to get pricing over the phone. Made an appointment for six people. They sat five of us together and separated my sister from the group. I asked multiple times for them to move my sister with the group and they wouldn't... even though there was an open chair. They were not friendly or welcoming. The lady that did my nails, nicked my cuticles several times. Came out with a few cut cuticles. Checkout took 3 people to figure things out. So as I sat her contemplating whether or not I should post a bad review I started reading other reviewers comments and see the exact same thing that happened to Amy happened to me! I went in for a pedicure where the technician took chunks of skin out of the side of my right foot/toe. The cheese grader should not even be used there. The skin isn't even the same as the skin on your heel. After I started bleeding all over she was very unconcerned and put something on it that stung like hell! Then as I'm sitting getting my nails done she notices it is bleeding all over and covers with super glue. No apologies. Nothing. I'm not even sure why i still paid for the service. I won't be going back. It's been almost 2 weeks and it still hurts and has not healed. I thought this was maybe just a fluke and had chalked it up to a bad day but seeing tHe exact thing happened to someone else made me realize they have some very careless and inexperienced staff working there. I found myself trimming my own before the appointment. Finally, I realized that is the point of going to a nail salon. I went to Bella V Nails for a full set and it was probably one of the worst sets I've ever gotten. First of all, the lady I had was rushing and not taking her time, I was in and out of there in under 40 minutes for a full set. She was rushing and going so fast that the skin around my nails is completely raw and some parts were bleeding after I left. When I went to pay she told me that they don't do credit card tips but I could do venmo. I had venmoed her but she hadn't yet received the tip so I walked out of the door and said "have a nice day" and her response was "I haven't gotten my tip yet" and two seconds later the notification came through....I would not recommend this place at all! They are just trying to get people in and out of the door as soon as possible if they don't have an appointment. read more

I have naturally hard nails, but SNS works wonders for them since moving to CO. I'm from FL & polish would last up to 3 wks. When I moved here it would only last 3 days! My call to make my appointment should have been my first clue to this poor experience. The person answering the phone sounded angry and annoyed. When I showed up, people weren't friendly. I was asked to pick a nail color. All the colors were randomly placed in a carousel, seemed like the same colors with not a huge variety (again, who could really tell with the way all the colors were mixed). I had a spa pedicure which lasted 30 minutes. My usual experience at other spas, when ordering a spa pedicure is at least 45-60 minutes. Chairs were worn. Polish job was average. Massage of legs was average. Had to go home to clean up the polish on the skin around my toes. There was also no drying station. Will not return. read more

WOW! I just fell in love. I moved to Aurora about a year ago from Seattle and since stopped going to a salon to get my nails done because I was afraid to try out a new place. I've heard wonderful things about Bella V and honestly they delivered! I went in for a full set this evening an hour before they closed and sat with Karen who took a look at my nails and suggested I get a dip because of how healthy my nails were. I used to really enjoy this salon but the quality has really gone down. Getting a pedicure anymore is no more than a polish change. They don't let you soak long enough to soften your cuticles and the worst thing is they are reusing foot files between people. This is not the first time I have been disappointed, but this was my last visit for any service. read more

My friend and I visited Bella V for the first time today. I typically only share positive reviews, because if you don't have anything nice to say, why say anything at all right? However, I would be doing a disservice to people looking for a nail salon if I didn't share my experience. Sophie did my nails, and while she was so kind, my nails were very jagged -- all I requested was a short, round shape. Disappointing, but not worth writing a review over. My friend's experience was much worse. We made appointments and she sat in the salon for 20 minutes past our scheduled time. A woman named Nina then started working on my friend's nails, and it was nothing short of horrifying. Nina yanked on my friend's hands, told her to "stop moving" (she had not moved her hands -- we've been getting French manicures since the seventh grade and know it's important to be relaxed and still), cut her cuticles to the point they were bleeding, and spoke to her in a very condescending, demeaning manner. I've honestly never seen anything quite like it...she was cruel and unprofessional at best. My friend was in tears when we left. There are plenty of other salons to choose from in Parker, so save yourself the experience at Bella V. read more

We all have bad days, and what is important is that it was an anomaly and that Zoe was absolutely fantastic and fixed my previously not-awesome manicure at no charge. My sister and I have tried other salons in the Parker area and were not impressed, but we now think that we've found our "home" at Bella V.
