This company makes money of of you any way they can. They are really starving for money. If you miss an appointment they will charge you $20 regardless of the reason. They do not help, they hurt. They will do whatever they can to take your money and not give you what they promised which is appointments when you can make them. They schedule my appointments without sending notifications like they say they do. I paid in full for my full treatments and yet, they find ways to take more money from me when I can't and often don't even know I have an appointment. They can't schedule them when I need them even though I've paid for them... because they are either not open this hours or too full. I'm really just appalled that they treat people like they treated me and they say it's part of thier customer policy. It is horrendous. No one should be treated the way they treat busy moms. Disappointment is the understatement of the century. They have not met my expectations and then drug me around through the dirt and then kicked me around and taken my money and they refer to this treatment as help and Dr's appointments. They lack education and professionalism and common courtesy to send reminders. There are some companies worth writing a negative review for, and this is one of them.
