I've been going here the past three months for two areas and the staff is great! They are very friendly and do a fine job. However, trying to schedule or reschedule is just insane. They have way too many patients than they do available appointments so if you ever need to reschedule, you have to push it like 2-4 weeks later which is just too long. read more

They do not help. They hurt. Zoe asked to help me, and when I told her my dilemma she would not. Severe disappointment does not do this review justice. This company makes money of of you any way they can. They are really starving for money. If you miss an appointment they will charge you $20 regardless of the reason. They do not help, they hurt. They will do whatever they can to take your money and not give you what they promised which is appointments when you can make them. They schedule my appointments without sending notifications like they say they do. I paid in full for my full treatments and yet, they find ways to take more money from me when I can't and often don't even know I have an appointment. They can't schedule them when I need them even though I've paid for them... because they are either not open this hours or too full. I'm really just appalled that they treat people like they treated me and they say it's part of thier customer policy. It is horrendous. No one should be treated the way they treat busy moms. Disappointment is the understatement of the century. They have not met my expectations and then drug me around through the dirt and then kicked me around and taken my money and they refer to this treatment as help and Dr's appointments. They lack education and professionalism and common courtesy to send reminders. There are some companies worth writing a negative review for, and this is one of them. read more

Let me say that before getting laser hair removal from Simplicity I had it at another company and know how it is supposed to work. I bought a Groupon for 6 treatments of two areas at Simplicity. I bought their sunblock and desensitizing lotion. They are probably fine. The people working there were friendly, the place was clean. But their lasers DID NOT get rid of any hair. When I went through laser hair removal at the first company (also using a Groupon) I could tell that the hair was sizzled and I could brush it off after a day or two. At Simplicity this never happened. The hair never looked any different. I continued to grow hair at the exact same amount at the end of all the treatments. Exactly the same amount of hair, not even a slight decrease. I had read a review that they start their lasers at low power and work their way up. After a couple sessions I asked the technician if this was true and she said it was. I asked if she could just go to full power and she said she couldn't. When I was done with all the treatments they wanted me to sign up for their monthly package to continue treatments and get ALL the hair gone. I assume this is how they get you back in, you see your hair is not killed off and you figure it just takes more treatments so you buy a package. But since I had done this before I knew that all my hair was gone after only 5 treatments at the other company. I did not sign up for more sessions. Don't waste all you time getting laser hair removal here. You will still end up with the same amount of hair and you've wasted months and months of your time when you could have gone somewhere else and actually ended up with no hair. read more

Do NOT get laser hair removal from simplicity. There's a reason they are cheaper than other places. I did my underarms, brazilian, and lower legs. I went to treatments religiously for 18 months. My hair didn't start falling out until 9 months in. I would tell the technician at every treatment that I wasn't noticing a difference and they would just "Oh yeah, it's your hair growth cycle. We'll increase the laser." I tried looking at going to other places where you actually see results after the first treatment and they provide a lifetime hair-free guarantee (simplicity doesn't) and then found out I would have to pay to get out of a contract at simplicity. They didn't make me aware of that when I signed up. Once my hair did finally start falling out after 9 months of treatment, it was great! But because I didn't actually get enough treatments with strong lasers, it's all growing back now. Such a waste of time and money. Trust me, go somewhere else! read more

Atrocious customer service. They are a victim of their own success at this point and completely overloaded beyond capacity. Expect super long wait times on the phone and an almost complete inability to reschedule an appointment. AVOID. The services are mostly fine, however all the reviews that the Groupon package gets you in for a membership upsale are 100% accurate. Joining means you're in a herd of farm animals trying to get in and you will be treated that way. read more

The staff here is very professional, but I don't believe in what they're buying. I bought their sale packages on their website and started some treatments on my upper lip and eyebrows. They claim that 8-12 sessions will get rid of most of the brown hair. I had all 8 treatments through their package and I can't really tell that I had any treatments at all. There was probably some amount of reduction, but I still have a unibrow and a locale 'stache. Every time I went into the office, they would hard sell me on buying their monthly-packages and assure me of how much money I'd be saving and how it would be so beneficial. I'm pretty convinced that their "package deals" are just to get you in the door to buy something else. Considering I didn't see much improvement, I opted out. I'm so glad I did because I've found another Spa to do Laser for me and it's going extremely well and I actually see results through them. read more

They don't tell you that even though you've bought an extra large area, you lose your visit even if you touch up three hairs under your arm. If anyone booking the appointment, or the laser techs that did the work, or the girls at the desk that book the next appointment would have EVER MENTIONED that it's a total loss to break up your expensive package into smaller pieces, then I never would have been screwed out of half my money. read more

The staff is friendly and they make you feel comfortable! And that's the only thing I like about this place. I have two major complaints: 1. My sister and I both bought a couple 18-month packages over a year ago, and within 7-8 months we finally started to make complaints about still not seeing results. It wasn't until we complained that they had us come in without shaving for 2 weeks so they themselves could see the lack of progress. I was pretty upset when she saw the color of my underarm hair, which is pretty dark brown, and she said, "Ohhh, your hair has red undertones! This treatment may not be super effective for that reason!" I'm still frustrated that that wasn't part of the initial consultation process, to tell me something like that at the beginning rather than halfway through. My hair is not by any means red, blonde or gray, and my skin is extremely pale, but who would've thought to so heavily consider subtle undertones? 2. If you want to put your membership account on a financial hold, they have a tricky policy that when your hold is up, you're not sent any kind of notification. You are expected to remember, and call them to reschedule your next appointment. Otherwise your account continues to be charged monthly as usual, and they refuse to make any refunds on the months you forgot to call back and schedule treatment. I've been charged for 4-month's worth of treatments that I never received, one of which the financial hold specified I would not be charged for. Tried to work something out over the phone with billing, but they prioritized keeping my money over giving customer service. Completely unforgiving policy. Just an honest review. read more

The staff here is very friendly and professional, but honestly, it's more important to me that the product works, which it didn't for me. I was supposed to be an "ideal" candidate--very fair skin, dark ash brown all over my body. After a year of treatments I noticed only some reduction in some areas (primarily my arms, which I kind of cared the least about), but then within another year it was back to where it was before. Perhaps this is just the risk of laser hair removal, but I wouldn't recommend anyone take the risk when I got basically zero return. Perhaps try an older, more proven technology like electrolysis instead. read more

This business is absolutely the most dishonest business I have ever worked with. I went in and they told me after I had paid and the lasers were not working that they would not refund the rest of my treatments I had left. The regional manager was absolutely terribly rude. She made me feel like a horrible person and that it was my fault that the lasers were not working. I cannot believe I am out all of this money. I bought six treatments and it was only able to use two of them. Do not go to this facility they are dishonest there lasers do not work and are not updated. I bought a year unlimited package and was told all the areas I wanted worked on would be finished within the 12 month time frame except my legs. It's now been 15 months and I still don't have a single area complete. I have not missed or delayed a single appointment, and I have asked them to turn up the laser to speed up the process. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. However, I sincerely regret starting laser hair removal here. I really wish I did more research. This place is one big fat rip off. Do not fall for their cheap packages! I saw a great deal on a bikini treatment. It was 6 sessions for a great deal. I've read all over the internet and from people who have had laser that it takes about 6-10 treatments. Simplicity Lazer is telling me it will take 16 TREATMENTS. What!?! The technicians put the laser on a low mode so that you don't see results. They basically force you to pay for an 18 month plan. They do that by purposefully putting the laser on a crappy mode so that you are forced to pay an arm and a leg for their 18 month plan. First of all, that is unheard of. A good, honest, and sincere laser business would not do this to you. Terrible business practice. I am so disappointed. Ive only had four treatments, but I've literally seen no results. I should at least see SOMETHING by now. I'm also very upset at the fact I keep telling the tech that I'm not seeing any results and to turn up the laser. They just laugh at me and say I shouldn't be seeing results yet. It takes time. WHAT?!? This is my hard earned money I'm spending for this! All I want is to feel beautiful and confident in a swim suit again. I haven't for years and years because of the amount of hair I grow on my bikini line. It's a super personal thing. It kills me to even give this place a one star review.. DO NOT sign up for a membership at this place. First of all, I had 14+ treatments, 14+!!!! And did I see ANY results? No!! My hair started to grow back faster and thicker for that matter!!! And they fail to tell you that it's an 18 month contract and a $200 membership cancelation fee. When you're signing the contract they told me "all the contract states is that you give us permission, will work with us before sueing if there's an issue, la deda deda" so you assume they are honest and up front with you. I got pregnant and asked to cancel my account. Which I was told they would do. Let along 11 months later I come to realize they have been charging my card again. It was only on hold and they don't send notifications for when they take your account off hold as it's your responsibility to know, when I was never even told that in the first place. Humm... weird. And they are not willing to work with you AT ALL on canceling. Nope, still had to pay the $200 cancelation fee even though I was only 2 months shy of being done with the contract and had negetive results. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPNAY!! read more

They are not warm or welcoming when you walk in. It is extremely uncomfortable they don't ask you to sit down they just ignore you until you figure it out yourself. Be careful when you sign up for a package because when I signed for one, I called them back immediately and asked them not to charge my card till my next appointment which was two months away. Next thing I knew they had charged my account. When I called to have that reversed they were unwilling to work with me and very uncooperative. They tried to tell me I could not refund it because I had signed some paper. There were no managers available to talk to me on the phone. When they said they would refund it I told them I didn't want that appointment anymore because of that experience they said they would still charge me a 50$ cancellation fee and when I asked if that was on the paper I signed she replied with, "....oh....I don't know..." SUPER UN PROFESSIONAL. They promised me they would put the amount back on my card and have a manager call me either today or tomorrow. They NEVER reached out to me I called in 2 or 3 times after that and I never once talked to a manager, only the billing lady. I can't believe how much they neglected me as a customer. read more
