The boys did an amazing job, took pictures before and after their work, and cleaned up perfectly after their job. This summer, they were out to clean our windows inside and out and replace screens. Yet again, they did a superb job! They removed hard water stains, the sprinklers left behind, cleaned the window tracks, and replaced any screens that were damaged or missing. Very kind and courteous! What I liked best was if we noticed anything not cleaned or rub marks on the glass, they encouraged them to call them, and they would be out to fix it. They offer very completive pricing, and we will definitely have them back again.

We originally booked someone else to do it and he did some of it then never came back and wouldn't answer us so Giancarlo from AG Window Washing was a saving grace when they said they could come that day! It was cold outside and snowing but they still came and worked very hard and got every little detail making our windows look amazing! The person who had painted the windows got it all over the rubber edges of the window and Giancarlo was so diligent in getting all the difficult paint off the rubber. The windows, window tracks, screens, and blinds in our home were VERY dirty. We moved into the home the year before and I don't think they'd been cleaned for several years. They were filthy and without question in need of some serious cleaning. Ashley was great to work with and was able to schedule us an appointment on a Saturday. That worked great for our schedules because both my wife and I work during the week. I'm always thankful when I can get a contractor to work on weekends because I don't like taking time off work. Dustin arrived that Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He started with the outside windows and screens and then did the inside window tracks and windows. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and looked like new when he was finished. Shortly after Dustin arrived and started working, Corey, who cleans the blinds arrived, and started taking down our blinds for cleaning. To clean the blinds he uses an ultrasonic bath (housed in a trailer he brought with his truck) and then wipes each slat down by hand. This helps get the blinds as clean as possible. Cleaning the blinds was a little expensive, $12 per blind or something like that, but the blinds looked great afterwards and were much cleaner. Cory told me that the ultrasonic bath helps remove more of the dirt and dust. After the cleaning by Spotless Window Washing our windows and blinds both looked great! Having clean windows made our home feel so much brighter inside because we were no longer looking out through dirty window panes and dirty window screens. I'm planning to have Spotless Window Washing come out again soon and would definitely recommend them for your home.

The team of Giancarlo and Mauricio did an absolutely incredible job on cleaning some very difficult windows. We live in a development that has been undergoing new home construction all around us. And with it, all of the dust, grime, etc.; that having homes built all around us has accumulated on our windows, screens and window tracks. When they finished; and they were professional, efficient and expedient in getting all of our windows (including one 16+ feet up) cleaned like the day they were installed. We are absolutely going to be having them come back over the next years as needed; and are already recommending them to our new neighbors that have the same issue with their windows being covered with construction dirt. They emailed me to Remind me of the appointment a day ahead of time. They also called 10 minutes before they arrived to let me know that they were on their way. They arrive with masks on and when they enter the house their shoes were removed.
