They cleaned absolutely nook and cranny in my apartment - it was spotless. But after two weeks of sympathizing with excuses and being put off, I have no choice. I engaged Allison to clean my home and she sent Shannon, a very sullen young woman, to clean instead. I was in the process of moving and had hoped to have the home vacant, but there were still a few things upstairs and the downstairs was not ready to clean. I asked her to focus upstairs on the kitchen and bathroom. In the meantime I was dealing with a garage sale. When Shannon asked for her check of $300. for 3 hours of cleaning I was surprised, but so stressed out and busy that I paid her. Upon entering the home I found that the first floor where I asked her to focus looked untouched. Friends and my real estate agent who were there just before and just after were also confused as to what had been done. I called Allison, and she was lovely. Allison admitted that she had hired Shannon to clean the day after Shannon had worked for me, and had had the same experience--she couldn't tell that much had been done. Allison assured me that she would come over to check things out and then we'd discuss how to make it right. An hour before Allison was to come she cancelled. She put me off several more times, and I was patient. Almost two weeks later now, and Allison just texted me that there were dead rats in my home and that is why Shannon didn't clean! Shannon took photos of the downstairs where I was still packing and she was not asked to clean to show her boss, presumably to protect herself from complaints. Surprisingly, though, she did not snap a shot of the dead rats, which certainly would have warranted a photo. Kind of creepy to think that your cleaner is photographing your home--especially when she was asked to clean upstairs. So instead of checking out the situation, phoning me and discussing it with me, Crazy Clean (which has a whole new meaning for me now!) has decided to try to shame me by lying and then walk away with $300.00. I am so disappointed that my effort to work this out and come to an agreement ended like this. I wish Allison had spoken with me on the phone instead of texting me, and that she had indeed come to see my home when she said she would, because then she could have seen that there were no dead rats, but a lot of dusty floor boards and dirty floors and cabinets that had not been touched. Hire them at your peril!

They cut my pay with no warning and fabricated complaints against me when the building was cleaner than it ever had been due to my hard work. I received very grateful thanks from the employees for how clean I was getting the building. Do NOT expect to be valued as an employee by them. They will tell you to shut up and don't complain or lose your job to someone for lower pay. I personally believe this is one of those companies that are happy to steal the wages of their employees for record profits. I advise finding anybody else to work for.

Brittani is a very rude person, has a nasty attitude and is very hard to work with, there have been so many people who have not had anything good to say about her, they have also said how she is unprofessional, she will threaten you with everything and anything she can possibly think of. she involves other employees in things that should be confidential. I'm not even sure what she is there, one minute she's saying that she's the VP and the next she's acting like she owns the company But if you call the office it says she's the office manager. Todd doesn't know how to run this company. He himself is a joke, and doesn't know how to treat people with respect and when you try to talk to him about anything that he doesn't agree with about how they could better improve the company and the communication. His go to is "maybe this isn't a good fit for you". They lie, attack you and try to belittle you. They don't pay their employees enough and will overwork them. They don't offer any benefits but want you to pay an expensive doctors bill just to have a doctors note. Instead of trying to help their employees improve, they just end up making you seem like you're the issue instead of taking accountability for their actions and their wrong doing. They pay you 15 dollars for 4 hours just so they don't have to offer benefits. This company is garbage. They deserve 0 stars in all honesty. Terrible people and terrible company to work for.
