My team had a staffing issue and arrived 75 minutes late. They did call and let me know they'd be late. Once they arrived, we did a walk through before house cleaning began. The housekeepers worked together as a team in each area. They worked efficiently and did not damage anything. They completed the house cleaning in 2 hours. After the team left, I placed items that were moved back to their original places. This was expected and normal. The next day as I looked closer at the completeness and quality of the cleaning, I noticed that my blinds were not dusted, there were many "dust bunnies" left on some parts of the floors and some pieces of furniture. There were streaks on some of the stainless steel appliances. I'd rate the quality as average and compared to my housekeeping slightly below average. From the moment of contact, Matt was professional and reliable. I'm an out-of-state owner of a…read morerental house and cannot be onsite so it's easy for contractors to cut corners but still charge top dollar for their work. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night. Same story, no show, no communication. Three times. We have been living in a giant mess for a month. TNT Cleaning is very unprofessional with terrible customer service.
