We originally approached Bella Vista with the idea that we would get a couple of quotes for shutters from different firms, But after our initial visit from Bella Vista, when they measured up, we were so taken that we decided we need look no further. There was no sales pitch, just information and ideas, accompanied with samples etc. The price was emailed to us a couple of days later.(And personally I thought the price highly competitive) Our shutters have just been installed and look absolutely fabulous. Exceptional service and quality We have recently had plantation-style shutters fitted to a property with a large Victorian bay (sash)window and also to a very large bedroom sash window in the same property. Bellavista gave exceptional service throughout, starting with the good advice for correct choice of style and colour. What was most notable was that they fitted the windows to our convenience, not theirs, due to an unfortunate delay on our part due to an overrun on the refurbishment schedule of the bedroom. Bellavista was recommended by a family member and having seen their work, we asked them to quote. We have been very pleased with the resulting shutters. Our home is traditional Edwardian double fronted, and the shutters really enhance the elegant look of houses of this period. We have opted for cafe style shutters on the ground floor, and full height in the bedrooms. The windows were all of slightly different design (bays and top lights) but Bellavista fitted the shutters perfectly and bang on schedule. Just had cafe-style wooden shutters fitted in my wonky bay windows. Rob spent over two hours getting it all to look perfect, fitting an extra piece of wood to fill the gap, taking down my old curtain rails, tolerating my stroppy dog, offering to put the plants and stuff back before he left, and generally being lovely.
