I've gotten subs, many of the appetizers, and pizza from here and they are all so good! The people who work there aren't usually the friendliest but every once in a while, you get an awesome person or two. The place isn't really big inside so if it's busy you kind of feel like you are sitting on top of each other. Drinks are self-serve so that's nice so you don't have to bother the person at register for that. The pizza is probably one of the best pizzas in the area! read more

I dont ever leave reviews. However, i would never eat here again. The cobb salad was odd. The chicken mushed in my mouth could not finish it. It was almost warm the lettuce and the eggs seemed room temp too. The chicken was so gross it was almost mushy/slimy. The wings.... They tasted fine but i could have gotten Tyson boneless wigs and they would have been better. Hopefully it was a bad day for them. But 18.00 of food and i had to wait 25 mins without for warning for a to go order becauss no chicken wings were made. They didnt tell me when i ordered them. Once again, Bellacino's horrible phone service gets on my last nerve. My employer has an open account with Ballacino's, allowing us to order meals without paying out of pocket. However, the person taking my order demanded a purchase order number. Having never needed one before, I didn't know what ours was. So I had to put the order on my credit card. Then he told me the pizza special was for a two-topping pizza when the flier I had in my hand clearly said it was a three-topping pizza. He also couldn't keep track of the items I was listing for him. And he needed three tries to get my name right. I spelled it for him each time. After all that, delivery took an hour. Granted, I was warned it would take time because of bad weather, but our office is less than a mile away on the same street. In short, don't expect an easy, quick transaction unless you guy in person and in cash. And Bellacino's, do some phone service training. read more

Got hungry while on shift and wasn't drawn to hospital cafeteria food.. came upon Bellacino's on Yelp & decided to give it a shot. They don't have an option to online order, so after looking at their online menu, I was able to call in for delivery. I initially wanted pizza but was interested in their chicken alfredo and boneless wings. So far, the food is amazing. The food was still nicely heated upon delivery (which took about 45 minutes, shorter than what was relayed to me on the phone). I skipped meals earlier today so I was beyond starving. Boneless wings: hot flavored with blue cheese dipping sauce! There was a good amount of zing in there.. I had my bottle water within close proximity lol The garlic bread that comes with chicken alfredo was yummy! Creamy alfredo sauce and juicy chicken pieces. Definitely satisfied with my order and will be returning to them in the future! read more

I went there today after leave next door neighbor, Penn Station, and was delighted to see the ALL employees wearing masks after leaving the establishment above disappointed over the lack of necessary hygiene and compassion for the their fellow citizens. Anyway, store was actually very hot inside but the workers there were all wearing face mask due to the coronavirus pandemic. Anyone working with the public in these times gets my respect. I've eaten here at least eight times over the past couple years and every time has been great. I've had several of their grinders and, just recently, their pizza. It's all great. I don't even know where to start with this bomb a** restaurant. Im not originally from the state, and most pizza places around here are worse than what they served us at my high school cafeteria. Not here. My favorite thing to order is a cheese calzone with meatballs and it is a DELICACY. The food is constantly good, always served hot, and I've never had to wait an insane amount of time for my order. But what made me write this review was the closing staff on Feb 6th. I didn't know they close at 9 so I ordered at 8:50 and without hesitation they said my order would be ready at 9. They gave me literally no indication (no attitude, which I rightfully deserved some) they were closing in 10 minutes. I showed up at 9:06 for my curbside pickup only to realize they were closed after the worker had to unlock the doors to bring me my food. I felt SO BAD. I apologized profusely to the lady giving me my order because I hate being that guy, but she was so nice about it. That whole closing crew is awesome. From the person that took my order, to the person making it, and the person bringing it to me, they dealt with a grade-A pain in the ass but never let me know it. This is a decent restaurant when dining in. The food here is delicious at reasonable price. The portions are extremely large from 18 inch subs to calzones big enough to feed a family of 5. The one bad thing about this restaurant is the wait time. After ordering it takes a really long time. On most occasions it takes about 30 minutes. I went to Bellacino's and had a small 3 item barbecue sauce pizza. The pizza only costs $6 but I was expecting a little bigger pizza than what I got. It was about the size of the pizza hut personal pan pizzas I've had in the past.The pizza itself was ok but the barbecue sauce was very light and not that great. There was a hotness/heat that I wasn't expecting(maybe from the sausage) in the pizza. Overall not bad, but i've had better elsewhere.They do have specials on Monday and Tuesday.Not sure if i'll be going back though. read more
