An Absolutely Wonderfully Amazing Experience! We had the pleasure of having our Wedding and Reception at this Remarkable Venue. From start to finish the Experience was perfect. Everything happened so smooth. The outside decorations were beautiful and tastefully done. And the set up was so well designed that it allowed the Wedding procession to flow elegantly. And as we moved inside, things were Elevated to a higher level of Excellence. The Ambiance was fit for Royalty and we and our guest were treated like Kings and Queens. The Staff were so well prepared and their training showed as they operated like a well oiled machine. They executed the plan flawlessly. And the food was succulent. Perfectly seasoned and cooked with Love. They worked well as a Team. AND Who do we have to thank? Sam... Yes Sam and his team. This place looks very nice but the staff is awful!!!!! They served the food with an attitude. Bringing everything out at once crowding the table. Then while the program was going on they were so loud talking laughing making noises that was over shadowing the "MC" the guest could barely hear because of them. They acted like we( the patrons) weren't even there. Even after being asked 3 times to please quiet down so that we could enjoy the event they continued as if we didn't matter!!!!!!!! Their attitude and actions were extremely rude and disrespectful!!!! I would never ever recommend them to anyone again!!!!!! It makes me wonder if our treatment would have been different if we were of the same ethnicity as them.... they really need to be more respectful of their guest! I only have 1 star because I had to!!!!!!! It's certainly NOT deserved!!! read more

Went to a wedding there last night, the event manager kept interrupting and being rude while we were trying to take pictures. The hall was rented till midnight but at 1130pm he demanded we turn off the music and we're rude with us that we weren't done taking photos with the family/bride/groom. We left at midnight and how he yelled at the elderly that were moving slower was so rude. I don't know how he gets by with such horrible manners that are worse than a wild dog. read more

We first met with "Z" and she was great. We then set up the contract with her sister. One week prior to the wedding, we met the manager, Nada. She was not fully aware of the contract but was friendly and even helped us decide the dinner menu. Unfortunately, they would not make the maid of honor a gluten-free and vegetarian meal that was previously agreed upon. They would only have a plate of the vegetables and hummus sat at the bridesmaid table for her. When discussing the bar, we made it VERY clear that there were heavy drinkers coming. Nada assured us it would be considered for their original liquor purchase and advised that if any looked close to running low, her floor captain would take the initiative and make sure to purchase more immediately. Because of our Family Style dinner, we were advised here for the very first time, that if we did not have the seating consolidated, we would be charged $500 per any additional table. Her chefs only know how to plate the food for tables of 10. After rearranging our entire seating chart to accommodate, we thought it would then be smooth sailing from there. We were wrong. When we arrived at the reception hall and went to walk up the stairs, the floor captain was in a full-blown shouting match with an employee. This was taking place in the office hallway but in full view and earshot of us and any guests that were close to the lobby. After coming down the stairs for our entrance, we saw the beautiful hall fully decorated. It was like something out of a movie. The flooring for the entrance and the dancefloor were perfect. When we came down for our entrance, we noticed the bar line was extremely long. It was from the bar all the way back to the dance floor. If having a wedding there, I would fully advise to have both bars open and get 4 bartenders and 1 beverage attendant (we only ordered 2). There will be a charge for the additional bartenders, but you and your guests will be very thankful you did it. From here, we had two MAJOR issues in which we continue to be disappointed that we went with them. The bar started running out of liquors one hour into the reception. It started by running out of Jack Daniels and then Jim Beam. They ran out of beer after about 3 hours as well. We had a preliminary conversation that Johnny Walker Black was one liquor we needed to make sure we did not run out of at all and of course, they ran out. The father of the bride had to yell at the floor captain to go get more as he did not take the initiative to go get it when it initially was running low. Lastly and most disappointing: They did not have a table set up for our vendors to eat OR sit and we were charged for it. We were supposed to have 2 tables for them. One for the 11 vendors to eat at and then a second one with just tablecloth and chairs so they had room to put their belongings and spread out. We noticed our vendors standing in the back, so I had to get up from my wedding dinner to address this. I told the floor captain to set up a table for them. All he ended up doing was setting up one table with a tablecloth and chairs. They did not serve them dinner at all, but we sure got charged per person for the 11 vendors. We sent photographs to the manager Nada and got nowhere with her. They do not accept responsibility and management takes the word of their "floor captain" over the word of our wedding planner, the groom and our vendors. All we have been getting is an apology for how we "feel" about it, but they say their floor captain insists they set up 31 tables for dinner and that "math doesn't lie". It was supposed to be 31 dinner tables, but only got 30. The establishment is beautiful, and the food is great. Unfortunately, our "big day" was overshadowed by their lack of attention to detail. Management refuses to do anything about it. Steer clear of this establishment if you want to look back on your wedding reception and not get upset about it. read more

I tried to check things out for my wedding, which I'm having in 2021. The hall is gorgeous but the people are disorganized and rude! It took 3 phone calls and an email to get a response. When they finally called me back I asked the person is it okay to drop by. She told me it was fine but if they are with a scheduled appointment I would have to wait, which was okay because my work hours are crazy. When I get there not much later after our conversation, the person I talked to has no recollection of the conversation. They don't have brochures or any break down of prices. Like I said it's a gorgeous but the staff is rude ass hell... Do better! read more

I would like to start off by saying that I've never left a negative review due to the fact that things happen and some things may always be out of our control to fix. But this time, it could have been fixed with ease. I am a very proud board member of Project Dignity Outreach, a nonprofit organization that helps feed the homeless and homeless veterans. Our organization counts on donations in order to keep the hungry fed on our city streets. We have 1 yearly event to raise money for the homeless in our city. This year's event was scheduled to take place in February 2020, it was booked months in advance at the Bellagio Banquet and Conference Center. Unfortunately due to uncontrollable circumstances, we needed to cancel the event. Our founder informed Ghada and Roula at the Bellagio that the event will be canceled, an explanation was given and the agreement to refund the $2000 deposit was made. That same week, one of our great supporters (Habib's Cuisine) found out that the event was being cancelled. He reached out to Project Dignity and offered to have the event at a different banquet hall at a cost NO ONE COULD REFUSE. He included the dinner and beverage service in the offer. He did it to help our organization so we wouldn't cancel the event. A decision was made last minute to keep the event, only it would be held at a different banquet hall. After a refund check for the amount of $2000 was issued by Bellagio, they decided to put a stop payment on the check without contacting anyone at Project Dignity. Our founder reached out to Ghada and was redirected to speak to a Roula. When we tried explaining what happened, Roula was extremely rude and completely out of context! There was no need or reason for such unprofessional behavior from her! Threats were made by Roula towards our founder and the wording that was used I can't even get myself to repeat. I can't help but wonder if it's prejudice or ignorance that led this person Roula to behave in such a vile manner. The money that she refused to refund isn't personal money to anyone in our organization. It's donations that were made by people in the community to feed the homeless! They could have handled this in a very different way with a more positive and better outcome. But, degrading and hurtful insults along with angry threats is how they chose to handle this situation. To belittle someone over the choices they made to help the less fortunate is pretty disgusting! Roula also refused to give our founder a copy of the contract that was originally signed in 2019, she stated that she will forward a copy to an attorney only and not to Project Dignity. Which also makes absolutely no sense to any of us, why would an attorney be involved? She told our founder that she's going to make an example out of us to her future clients if they think of canceling an event at Bellagio! How degrading!!! At this point there's nothing left for our organization to say to anyone at Bellagio since no one has tried to reach out to us regarding this issue. It's shameful and clearly prejudice. I'm sure if our nonprofit organization catered to people other than African Americans, Hispanics and the less fortunate on our city streets, this situation would have been handled much differently. This place has lost the business of our organization, our members, our families, our friends and everyone who supports our cause! read more

Everything was AMAZING they were so nice, helpful, and understanding and everything was exactly how we wanted! The food was so delicious and all we received were compliments from all family and friends! and the staff were soo professional and nice especially Rola she handled everything from A to Z and Everyone we talk too was incredible and so helpful on the day of and during the planning process of the wedding ! Wow just let me tell you this venue is one of the greatest venues in The Metro Detroit Area! Food was amazing and service was fantastic! My sister's wedding was held here for June 13th, but was rescheduled to August 1st because of the current covid situation and the owners were very accommodating to make sure the couple had their dream wedding following all government regulations in a safe environment. They have the choice to do your event either indoors or outdoors which both are absolutely breathtaking! The owners have not speared an expense in this establishment!
