Save your money! The absolute worst service and atmosphere ever at a nail salon. Only two people working, so clients were turned away or asked to return in an hour. The people here were very nice. The woman who did my nails did an awesome job! She shaped my nails beautifully and was very thorough when applying 3 coats of polish, the equipment was clean and she was very professional and gentle. First of all, this is the first bad review I have ever left in my life. My daughter and I had our nails done together. We both had the SNS dip nails done. Hers looked great. Mine were awful. I had the American SNS done and the tips were twice as thick as the rest of my nail. I pointed it out to the man that was doing my nails. He filled the pink part in again. It only made it worse. They were super lumpy and had bubbles in them. I asked him if he could please sand or buff them down even. He lightly used an extremely used sanding block that did not help at all. I was hoping the clear coat would even it out but it didn't. I started to leave, but I was not okay with spending $45 and my nails look awful. I went back in and asked him to please fix them. He handed me a sanding block and told me I could try, because he had already tried to fix them. I am extremely disappointed. read more

NEW OWNERS. BAO and HAN are the worst nail techs ever. Very disappointed. I went in showed them a picture of what I wanted and did not come out how I wanted them. Went home all of my nails were ruined, I called back told them my nails were ruined they told me to come back and they will be fixed. When I drove back all HAN did was wipe my polish off and told me that's it bye. waste of my money, time, and gas. Will never come back again. read more

My initial visit seemed fine. The ladies were nice. However, I was back a week later with a nail that fell off. On top of that I had to pay $4 to get it fixed because they only guarantee their work for "3 days, because we don't know what you did to it." I was pissed!
