Great nail salon! I have been coming to this salon for several years and the staff are very professional and friendly. The salon is located in the shopping center with Rouses Grocery Store so convenient to do your nails and then getting your essentials at the grocery. Tonya, the manager/owner, does my nails, however, all the staff are wonderful. I usually make an appointment but they take walk ins as well. read more

Nails were done very poor for sns (dip powder). Top layer had cracked within less then 5 hours. Went to get fixed and didn't even bother to take it off and put in a new nail. Just layered it and made it twice as thick. Very disappointed for the price I spent. Also my sisters nails chipped within less than a week. Will not be returning!! read more

I am a fan. While everyone else is out shopping on Black Friday I will be soaking my tootsies in a killer pedicure ritual. The staff is so much fun and have learned to "grab" my feet since they are so ticklish. Good location, quick service. read more

Friendly staff, but I have to say I got the fastest and the worse pedi/ mani in my life. I was in and out in 25 minutes for both. Nails uneven, cuticles ragged. SMH. The charge for a mani/pedi is $40.00. I don't think I will return. read more

I love De Paris nail salon! I have been a customer for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Why? Because of owner Tonya's high standards - her customers always come first. She and her staff are professionals - they are efficient, friendly and caring individuals that always do their best. I feel like I'm being "cared for" when I walk in their door. I worked years in a "customer service" oriented business and have always admired they way they strive to correct any problem that may arise. I usually get my nails done elsewhere but was in Spanish Fort so decided to give this salon a try. The ladies were very nice, but their selection of SNS colors was very limited. Usually SNS lasts me for at least 3 weeks but the next day after getting them done they started chipping and cracking. I've already had to cut off two of my nails and file down 3 others that have bad chips in them. Very disappointing. I will have to have them redone as soon as I get home. read more

I have given this place 3 tries and every time I leave there disappointed and annoyed. The staff is friendly but the pedicure is possibly the worst I have ever had. I keep thinking it was the technician but I have had a different one every time and they all lack proper pedicure skills. The pedicure lasted a total of 20 minutes if that long and that included my drying time. They didn't let my feet soak, little to on cuticle removal. My feet were hardly scrubbed and there are still hard spots on my heels. The polish is all on my cuticles and not cleaned up. I am so furious! The staff needs to be trained better. I will never set foot back into this place. I went when they now opened and had no customers in there so there was no need to rush. The only reason that they even got 2 stars was because they didn't have electricity but still open for business and they were kind enough to give me a battery operated fan to keep cool. Power did come on during my pedicure process. read more

I don't usually write reviews, especially if they're negative, but I chose this salon based on its high review, and I was very disappointed. This was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The nail technician was rude, the paint was sloppily done, and the "spa" part of the pedicure took less than 10 minutes. I hate to write such a negative review from just one experience, but I will definitely not be back. read more

So I called in before I went in to check on the price of a pedicure and a gel manicure and the lady told me $50. I go in and the lady did my pedicure really well but when she started my manicure we had a miscommunication and she had to sort of redo my nails. She visibly got kinda angry when I clarified what I wanted and started to get really rough with my nails. Once she was done she charged me $60. I liked the paint job, so I didn't argue. However the next day my right index finger started bleeding and my cuticles are TORE UP. WTF. I mean, I was just visiting the area so I won't be going there again, but oh my gosh it hurts to pick stuff up. read more
