Majestic Nails deserves more love. This nail salon is wonderful! They spend a decent amount of time working with you (approximately 30 minutes for a pedicure) and are very attentive to get you helped as soon as you walk in the door. There's a nice selection of polishes, and a pedicure (what I always get) is $25. My dad has lots of mobility issues, but the staff is always so friendly and will take the extra time and patience to help him get seated and worked on. It's very much appreciated. I love the massage chairs, and they will give your legs a nice scrub and include a hot towel rub and leg massage at the end. It's very relaxing! There are 8 Massage chairs for pedicures and 6 manicure stations. As far as loyalty rewards goes, every fifth visit you have, you get $5 off. And there's a promotion for buying a $100 gift card and getting a $20 one added to it. Note: you can only tip with cash, as the credit card machine doesn't print a tip line out. read more

The staff take their time to give you exactly what you are wanting in your pedicure. I have NEVER been disappointed in the service. I even cracked one nail and they fixed it at no charge. I have not been to this business but I saw a young lady at Waffle House and the first thing I noticed was her nails. I have gotten mine done for 25 years but stopped when covid hit and have been researching other nail salons because I moved from my house to another county. I asked her where she got them done and she said majestic so I have seen how good they look and I have seen many awful ones as well. I asked for a name and she said she didn't know but the men do the hands and women do the feet. Interesting. I am going to visit this establishment and I will do a review as soon as I do. I really love this place and the workers. They all are so very nice and very accommodating.

Although it's small in size and staff, everyone is so accommodating and polite. Unlike other places I've been, they offer well-done services at good prices. They also don't try to "up-sell" any other services or products while my hands are trapped in their care. While they can be busy and slower moving, I usually just call ahead to check and plan accordingly. I don't go anywhere else because they do a reliable service. read more

It said online that this place closed at 7pm. But when I get there the sign on the door says 6:30. I walk in and ask if it's too late because it's 6pm. They asked what I wanted and said no it's not to late. I sit down to get a pedicure and then they tell me they can't do a full set on my nails, just paint. So I said I will just get a pedicure and leave. I have been looking forward to a pedicure because I have been working extremely hard the past 10 days and my feet look and feel terrible. The lady rushed so fast she didn't get any dead skin, she cut my toe, hurt the bottom of my feet, it hurt so bad I almost just got up and left but I didn't want to be rude. I have never gotten a pedicure so quickly in my life. It only took her about 10 minutes, I'm not kidding. I paid $28 for absolutely nothing. I would have rather them have told me it was too late and I save my money for a better place. My feet hurt even more on the palms the morning after. That is really bad business etiquette. A friend of mine took me here for the first time a year and a half ago. The gal does a GREAT job on my cuticles and ingrown nails! Makes me feel like I can move my toes again. They've newly remodeled about a year ago and the new chairs are WONDERFUL for the massage! We had just finished moving so a few of my nails had broken off & still had some that needed removed. man that sits in the first chair proceeded to try and remove remaining nails with another acrylic nail. He clipped my nail & ended up cutting it and bled. after the 3rd one this is what my nails looked like. He never tried to soak them off nor file/ sand down. Both nails were tore down to the skin and hurt ;( I told him it should not be painful like this and saw my nail down to the skin: I paid for my pedicure & left. Would not advise anyone to go here! When I first arrived it took them forever to greet me. I noticed how everyone AFTER me was greeted in a timely manner but not me. I told them I wanted a pedicure. They got me in the chair quickly which I was grateful for since I did not have an appointment. As the woman starts to work on my feet, I notice my toe starts to burn. It burns more and more as the time goes on. I look and she somehow buffed my toe so much there is a patch of SKIN MISSING. She tries to fix it with some alcohol but that only makes it worse. She goes on to apply the Yellow gel toe polish I asked for. It literally took her an hour JUST to apply the yellow polish to ONE TOE bc she kept messing it up. At the same time, she was being SUPER AGGRESSIVE with me snatching my foot and pushing it down. I'm not an overly sensitive person but I noticed it all. I never once said anything I just kept observing her. In the end, I was highly unsatisfied with my results, and just decided to pay the $45 and go. No one apologized or said anything to me. I would only go to this salon if you are in a hurry and want a 7 minute pedicure. The only redeeming factor for this pedicure was that I had to wait on them to finish another person and got to soak my feet for about 10 minutes. Once the girl started on my actual pedicure it took her not more than 7 minutes to finish it. I'm not sure why they rushed on my treatment but i know I was in and out the door before 3 of the people that got there before me. There was no foot massage nor did they exfoliate my heels etc... The pricing at this salon was in line with other salons in the area however I would rate this as the worst pedicure I've experienced. I've been going to this salon for years, have tipped well every time but over the past year, the services go down hill another notch each time. This last time was the pits! The lady spent a total of 1 minute on each heel, cut my skin, slopped the polish beyond the nail, no foot massage, the water was cold (they did warm it up a notch when I mentioned it) and I felt like cattle being processed through an assembly line. The time before, they wanted to give me the manicure while I was getting the pedicure, cut my cuticles to the quick several times, I felt like a contortist and finally had to halt the procedure. I'll be on the hunt for a new salon that gives you that few extra minutes to enjoy the luxury of a pedicure and worries about quality over quanitity. read more

I have been going here for five years and agree the service is going downhill. I have been going to Tam and she gives me the best pedicure I have ever had. I have a lot of trouble with my feet and she really works on the. They feel great for several weeks after that. However, when she is not available the pedicures have been marginal. As long as Tam is there, I will keep going, but some of the younger women look sloppy and act as if they don't want to be there. I also dislike all the chatter to one another in Vietnamese. If they are asking and answering questions for one another that is fine, but it sound like they are discussing many things at great length. I was in Vietnam but don't remember any of the language - I would just LOVE to join in their conversation one day. read more
