Wow!! What a wonderful place for a pedi, mani and eyebrow wax. I went with my mom and daughter. Tran, Mai, Handsome, Jessica, and Tyler were all soooo great. I was a little picky and wanted my fingernails re-filed, and another coat of clear top coat to really make my French manicure set securely. This was not a problem, and they were happy to fulfill this wish. They offer wine, soda and water. The facility is clean, and fabulous. Went here for a basic pedicure ($27) and nail polish change ($8). The staff here is always very friendly, but sometimes I feel rushed. I had to ask several times for a nail swatch to help pick a color and still never got one. They also did. It do much exfoliating with the basic pedicure, which is usually standard at most salons. Pedicure was done in record time. Very little massaging or scrubbing. I got the $45 gel pedi. The person who worked on me was friendly however one member of the staff was very unprofessional yelling at one other. My mom had to ask for them to clean polish around her cuticle. She is elderly and when the girl had to help her to the dryer I heard her say " that's why I told you gel nails" Don't think I'll be back. read more

I was torn on what to rate Bellagio but settled on a 3/5 because having to wait an hour on a Friday at 1pm is just a no in my book. I was offered a beverage which was nice, and I saw some women drinking wine which was even nicer (if its complimentary). They have a large selection of gel colors. The place seemed clean. The staff all seemed to be chit chatting it up with the clients and I liked that a lot. HOWEVER... my nails were meh. Nothing out of the ordinary considering the price I had to pay. I told the nail tech that I was having issues with my cuticles, hoping she would actually do something about it but all she did was say, "Oh girl, me too! I walked in and the girl working there yelled at me to sign in multiple times and I obviously didn't know what she was referring to until she pointed and someone came up to help instead. I told her that I just needed the gel off my nails and nothing else. They sat me down and left me there for 10 minutes. Then a lady came up to me asking if the little paper with my name on it was me. I said yes and she started on my nails. I told her that I needed the glue off of my right index finger. She looked at it and then did nothing about it. I took a friend here today as a part of her birthday treat. We got the same pedicure. Hers was finished first and she went to dry her nails. The lady doing my pedicure got up after painting color on one foot, saying she would be right back. Several minutes later I had to ask someone where she was. The girl explained she was doing someone's eyebrows. I said she's not finished here yet! I had half a pedicure (to include now cold towels on my legs) and was left sitting there. My wife and I have gone here a few times for Pedi's. Overall we're satisfied with the job that do. There is some times a bit of a wait, which is expected. Usually the nail technicians we have had are friendly and do a good job. During our last visit there was a young girl that appeared to work there that didn't do a single work reLated task the entire time we were there. She was very loud and obnoxious, and made a point to be a distraction to those around her who were working. I wonder if she's not the owners daughter or something. Her presence made my visit slightly less enjoyable. read more

Horrible! DON'T GO HERE! The first time I came I was placed in a chair and waited 45 minutes for someone to start on me. ALL the employees walking around like they are at a party. Once the tech started there were people (workers) crowding us having a loud conversation. Then I was chared for long nails though they are medium length. Second time was yesterday when I needed a refill and a nail fixed. I was seated again and people employees were chilling and playing again! there were polishes on the counter next to me and an employee came to sit and fill them then 4 people crowded around us and started talking loudly which triggered my anxiety. I said "are one of y'all doing my nails? Because if not y'all have to stop crowding around me." The owner/ manager then moved me to the front and offered a drink. The lady who did my nails went back and forth between doing my nails and someone elses which made it take longer she finished finally but she made them thinner. The next morning ( today) I woke up , slipped on some slippers and the nail broke after almost 3 hours getting them done! I went back today informing them my nail broke it was too thin. I waited about 30 minutes and one if the young girls that work in the front took off the gel polish and let my finger soak. The nail tech Savanah started. She put the new nail on and the stuff and shaped it then said it had to dry? What? She went to start on another person's nails. she came back and put one coat of gel polish on and was about to go back to the other person! I had to ask her to just finish my 1 nail so I can go!! Then had the nerve to try and charge me for the nail she did too thin in the first place! Altogether I'm never going back( completely unprofessional, ghetto, and not worth the money they charge. read more

Nice and clean on the inside. The staff barely said a word to me during my entire service which was awkward. They have a good polish selection but services are overpriced compared to other salons. My gel polish came out pretty nice but my feet are still hard on the bottom/full of dead skin after the pedicure. A basic pedicure should remove the dead skin; there is no reason to pay extra for the minimum. I'd go back for a refill on my gel/acrylic but definitely not for anything more... And they serve wine. Came in and was sat immediately. They put my hands in acetone to soak off my sns powder. I waited 20 minutes and no one came. I took my hands out and said I would have to come back the next day because it was taking too long. The woman told me to wait and I was next. I waited another 25 minutes and finally went to the counter and told them I had to go. I offered to pay the $5 soak off fee and was told it was $10 not $5. I was charged $10 for my hands to soak in acetone while the forgot about me for 45 minutes. Very disappointed. I understand a business being busy. I am super disappointed with this place. My heels are like sandpaper--worse than when I first walked in. I feel like the pedicurist rushed the job and I don't even remember her putting the clear topcoat on. Then the cashier came to demand payment only a couple of minutes after I sat down and my toes were still wet so now my big toe looks all jacked up. The pedicures at Walmart are way better! WOW what a great experience. I felt like I could go to sleep after my deluxe pedicure. It was a fabulous experience. Kim was my technician for my pedicure. She was very thorough. She scrubbed and massaged and scrubbed and massage.... my legs and feet felt wonderful. They offer you a drink while enjoying the services. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it. I have been to this nail salon a few times before. It's a very nice place with a pretty decent selection of nail colors. They're prices are a little high but not too bad. I usually go here because it's close to my work. This past Friday though was my last time going to this business. They usually have this very sweet girl who's always dressed in PINK outfits at the door, who I love, because she so nice & remembers me when I come in. Friday though they had some new white girls at the door. Instead of using the giant iPad to sign in, one of the ladies would do it for you. I have never been on a busy day so I don't know if this is normal. I spoke to the lady behind the desk with glasses & she immediately had a very snarky attitude with me. I should have left then... I was immediately seated despite them being fairly busy & started soaking my nails. During this time I was people watching. There were two young black girls with a baby next to me. They were so sweet & so was the baby. The nail tech that was working on their nails was being very rude & snarky to the girls. When the baby start to cry a little bit a pregnant lady who I'm assuming is the manager/owner came up & told them they needed to take the baby out of the nail salon (but didn't say anything to the white lady who's baby was crying early). My nails were still soaking while the girls went to dry their nails. When they got up another white lady was sat beside me. The same pregnant lady started talking shit to the customer about the two black girls with the baby saying that they should leave their baby at home & that she should give her child up for adoption if she can't take care of him. WHAT?! Babies cry, that doesn't mean she couldn't take care of her child. I was seething. I should have left then too. But I stayed & finished getting my nails done & rushed out of there. I will never be back. I am so appalled that in 2018 people are still so blatantly racist. Disgusting. read more

She even took me in a little earlier on a Sunday because my flight was scheduled to head home on Monday. She did a great job on my nails and she was very sweet. Mai and Keith were both awesome! I went in and Mai gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! Great leg massage and she was very adamant to make me happy! Keith is also amazing! I got a pink and white full set and I could not have asked for a better result! The establishment is beautiful and clean! With each guest they use a new set of packaged sanitized pedicure tool set and offer each guest a complementary beverage! Totally hit or miss salon. I've been here several times and my nails are always acceptable but never amazing. It's a nice enough salon (and clean), but the staff seems to range from incredibly rude to really nice. I just got a gel manicure & pedicure with Anna, who is either a total jerk of a person or, to give her the benefit of the doubt, was having a really bad day (which I get, but please don't take it out on me). I tried to get her to warm up, but after I asked her to make one minor adjustment on my cuticle, she acted like I had just insulted her dead mother and our time together went downhill from there. After she tried to convince me that the color she put on my toes (from a non-marked bottle) was the same as my nails (I get that "soft white" and "beige" are similar, but there IS a difference - and these are not the same color), I left disappointed and thoroughly annoyed. If you've found a great person here, keep going - but I wouldn't risk it if you haven't. And don't see Anna, unless you want your day to be made just as awful as hers. I certainly won't be going back, especially considering that a new place is going in right across the shopping center. read more

The woman who did my nails talked on the phone the entire time I received a manicure. She had her earphones in her iPhone and talked throughout. She rarely interacted with me. I was tuning her out so I didn't even know when she was addressing me. Very unprofessional. My nails were crooked and messy. Very pricey which made the experience even worse. I went here today to get my nails done and the receptionist was so rude. When I walked in she asked what I wanted and was not polite at all. When I asked her where to sit she rolled her eyes at me after I apologized because I did not hear her clearly the first time. Then, when I did sit down I sat there for around 10 minutes before the nail tech came. Keep in mind they were not busy at all and there was probably 6 other people in there other than me. When I told my nail tech that I wanted only polish for my acrylics she tried persuading me to do gel. I told her no for multiple reasons with one of them being its extra money. I was trying to explain to my nail tech what I wanted but the whole time she was talking on the phone while doing my nails. She then says after putting gel polish on my nails AFTER I said no that she is doing is gel and that it will be another $15 dollars. Additionally, this woman was the only one there that did acrylic sets so when 2 other women came in for full sets she rushed me and shaped my nails so uneven. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, in the middle of this she gets up to wax a woman's lip. I am never one to complain and this is actually my first ever yelp review but I am doing this so everybody knows to not go to Belaggio. read more

I have finally found my nail salon! Nikki was awesome! She was very attentive and thorough. She didn't force me into anything I didn't want. Her massages were firm and relaxing. I almost fell asleep while getting my neck massaged. Lol. They use high quality products so the prices are a bit high. The salon was nice and neat. Very well ventilated, didn't have the chemical smell like other places. I want to try the paraffin wax next time I come! read more

The salon looks very clean but I paid very close attention to how they clean between clients. They use the disposable liner but watched them just rinse the bowls between customers. I asked the employee what the protocol was and she mumbled something. In my opinion the bowls should be sanitized and filled with water and let the water circulate with some sort of disinfectant / sanitizer for a few minutes. The liners are a false sense of clean. I wrote a long comment with my name and phone number with no response. I will never go back. read more

I've never had to wait, even though I am always a walk-in, it is clean beyond belief, it doesn't have that "nail place smell", and they use new supplies on each client to ensure everything is fresh and you won't get an infection. Worst experience I have ever had from any nail shop. Signed in and was told that my wait time was about 20 minutes, no big deal. 20 quickly turned into 30, then 40 minutes with no update from the hostess or any technician. Everyone who came in after me had seated and serviced fairly quickly, with about maybe 5 minute wait times. When I got up to ask the host how much longer it would be, I was told that I was next and that my technician was finishing up paint on her current client. Sadly, this was not the case. After the said technician finished her client's paint, she started a full set on another person. The technicians at this location are multi-faceted ( can do both nails and feet). So I'm wondering why I couldn't get any service??? There was a gentleman finishing up a nail service after I had signed in, that started on another customer's pedicure that had came in about 10 minutes after me. Unfortunately, I would not visit this location again, nor would I suggest it to others. read more
