The owners are so friendly & do phenomenal work! I am very particular about my nails which wasn't a problem because they are perfectionists. Cuticles were cared for as well as nails. Salon smelled amazing & was so clean. Free champagne was provided. They love what they do & that made all the difference. Price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, I did not have a good service. My cuticles were bleeding and the technician continued to buff them raw. I also did not feel that they practiced proper hygiene. I'm home now soaking my nails because I'm in a significant amount of pain. Really disappointed. read more

I come here every couple of months with my friend and daughter for pedicures. We love it here. It's clean and the staff are always so friendly. They always make my 7 year old feel like she's a grown up and she loves that. We love chatting with them all. The pedicures here are awesome and the leg and foot massages are always excellent. I also love the array of polish choices they have. I've been coming here for years and will continue to keep visiting! Due to Covid restrictions, I do recommend calling to make a reservation, but we've never had an issue getting in. read more

Very unfriendly service. Not rude, just kinda indifferent like we weren't even there. I just got a basic manicure, and it was $16. Most places only charge $10 for that. I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't the worst manicure I've ever had! The soak was only about a minute long. My cuticles didn't get pushed back. They didn't even scrape under my nails. Basically charged $16 to unevenly cut and file my natural nails. read more

Most horrible place ever! Went to have a new " soft gel" nails remover having allergic reaction. Tech barely spoke English. In stead of wrapping mails she dipped my fingers in a bowl of hot acetone. Kept if telling her it was hot. She just shoved fingers down further - added water to outside of bag. Burned my hands s d had cuts on them that she saw. Sat there with tears running didn my face. Fingers and skin burned. Technician refused to give me her name and the all refused to tell me the owner. Said they had license but refused to show or give validation share. Manger started yelling at me - Will report them the the cosmetology board. Rude snd don't know what thru are doing Poor rating. I would give them a negative 20. Called before I came and made an appointment and asked if they would honor an old expired gift certificate. They said yes and scheduled my appointment. Showed up and no one acted like I had an appointment. After receiving services I presented my gift certificate she said she would only give me 30% of value. I explained that I asked before I came in amd she said I didn't talk to her and she was owner. She asked the man who spoke to me on phone and he said yes he told me they would honor. She only honored 30% after services were complete. Terrible customer service to not honor expired gift certificate even after I called first to confirm it would be honored. Will not be back!! I've been here a few times and they act like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails! Not friendly at all. I could have done a better pedicure at home. Was in chair for 25 minutes and I had to ask three times to scrub the bottom of my feet better. Never again. read more

Worst service ever! Came in for pedicures and manicures. The nail tech got glue all over my daughter's hands, misshaped her nails, didn't put the color she wanted, made her cuticles bleed, and didn't give her what she asked for. Completely unprofessional. read more

The place is better than the actual manicures. It's clean, bright, and loud (homecoming week for the local high school), and the manicurist was funny and engaging. However, the work was sub par. I asked for him to leave a little length and he filed them ALL the way down. Edges are rough and not exactly straight. I would say that I could have done the same work with my non-writing hand and a file. The paint job was ok. The base coat he used left some bumps so the color and top coats produced a shiny but almost bubbly appearance. I've had better. read more

I am new to the area so I figured I would try a place close. I should have drove the extra mile. My nails were ruined after 3 days ... and I paid $40 for the dip... very annoyed... they never even cut my cuticles never mind a full manicure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been to my fair share of nail salons and know how the business works well. I really expected I'Land Pedispa to be at least a 4 star establishment. This review is based on 2 visits to the spa. The first time was mediocre and I thought I would give them a second try. They seem do be over zealous with cuticle clipping. I got 2 cuts and the other ladies their seemed to be getting nicked as well. I could tell because they kept passing the antiseptic for cuts back and forth between nail techs. I have also had a pedicure here and really don't enjoy the "wooden bench" style chairs they have. It gives the salon a nice appearance but I totally miss a good massage chair. My manicure was lopsided on a few nails and the gel came up to my skin on 2 as well. They get 2 stars for a nice selection of gel colors and a good location. In all I hope they see this and up their game, I like the crew and want them to do better. read more

My experience here has always been wonderful, but beware getting acrylic done here... i had my acrylics and toes done for an upcoming dance. the pedicure was PHENOMENAL but the manicure was another story.. i had a gentlemen do my acrylics where i was cut on my pinky (happened before with the same guy) my nails were crooked, which i don't blame him for because he tried everything in his power to make them straight but there's only so much you can do. the gel polish was a bit lumpy for glitter. overall the experience for acrylics wasn't the best, usually the line can get long so plan on spending atleast 2 hours here if you plan on visiting. read more

Love this place! The atmosphere is incomparable to any other salon on the Northshore... Little pricey but I think if you are going to pay to get your nails done you should spend the money. They are well managed and super clean. Some of the employees can be short but if you can, ask for Christina! She is so sweet!!! read more

Visiting from Chicago and needed a "no-chip" manicure and pedicure. Although almost all nail salons offer no-chip I have found very few that actually apply it properly so that it lasts and looks nice. Christina did an amazing job. The application was impeccable and she was helpful and patient in choosing the right color. The pedicure was also great including an excellent massage. The salon is very clean and I noticed an employee thoroughly washing the implements. Christina was so friendly and professional. It was particularly refreshing to see great camaraderie among the staff. They seemed to really have a good time and enjoy what they do. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Came in the morning and I was the only customer. Took them almost 2 hours to do manicure and pedicure. And they had several manicurist just waiting and talking. The girl doing my nails took frequent breaks to chat. Never going here again. do not recommend. read more

My friend and I went in on a whim for pedicures and were the only two customers there, so we got full attention. They have a menu for all the different options which you can peruse while your feet are soaking. We also had complimentary wine, which always makes things better! We both ended up choosing an orange scented bath/scrub. Next time we go, hopefully we have more time so we can get the "BFF special" which was one of the options from the menu which included a mani and pedi and a glass of wine all for a good price. The folks here are super nice and let you come in up until closing time. It's a little pricey, but easy to get in/out.
