I was a little reluctant to order the chicken dish because I wanted the sauce on the side, but it came with the dish. However, I'm so glad that I went with the chicken dish because it was absolutely delicious! Our server ( Anahi) was so gracious and helpful and made sure that everything came out just perfect. The only drawback was that it was a little loud and obviously the restaurant can't control the noise level. 04-04-2026 We came back for brunch on Easter Sunday, and it was even better than we thought! They had a Chilaquiles station, all kinds of delicious salads. My favorite was the beet salad with feta. They also had prime rib and all kinds of brunch favorites. My favorite dish out of all of them was the posole bar, with all the fixings. I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was so eager to eat that I forgot.

We had a nice shady table close to the bar and wood fired pizza oven. While we didn't partake of pizza, their bread came out of the same oven. It was great with the roasted olives appetizer. Entrees were very original, as I don't remember when or if I've enjoyed a smoked pork lasagne. The chef is known for his creativity. Service was excellent and the owner stopped by to chat. It's a lovely setting and offered fun people watching.

I'm all for safety but this gave Covid mask vibes all over again. Can't go down the kids slide any way but on your butt. No head first. It's a 2ft kids slide that ends in rubber are you kidding me? He got in trouble for skipping on the rubber. SKIPPING!! 3 lifeguards didn't say a word but in come the little power trippers. Can't stand on the structure to watch your kid. Have to wear a life vest in a lazy river you can touch the bottom in. He's on the swim team. Too bad. Life vest. We went 3 times around passed multiple lifeguards (assuming with some common sense and no power trip) didn't say a word because my kid is literally swimming laps, but the power trippers are gonna get ya. 48 inches to ride the slides. We've been to the biggest water parks in the country and they don't have these ridiculous rules. We only came here because wet n wild was closed but we promptly got our money back when the fun police on their high horses ruined any chance of having fun. What a joke. Do. Not. Bring. Your. Kids. When we began looking around for venues, the minute we spoke with John and Ruben, we knew we had found our location. To begin with, John and Ruben are kind, lovely men, who genuinely want to make your event perfect. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy. John and Ruben made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning, tastefully designed intimate and warm hall, as we only had around 50 people. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love that The Copper Fountain's packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees - we did not have to stress about a thing! For our ceremony, we were married on the patio. During the reception, the staff was amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Even my 10- and 5-year-old nephews raved about the food, and that is saying a lot for picky eaters! I cannot recommend this venue, and all the staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to John and Ruben for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Mind blowing place to experience!…read more Ok, so right off the base, you are hit with this extravagant looking manor with transcendent looking lights and tall gated entrances and tall stands with fire in them. Beautifully decorated hostess stand area with flower bouquets and all kinds of floral accents. Getting to this entrance was a bit of a hassle with either finding parking that's not too far on the streets or waiting in a bit of a line for valet. At least valet is included with your ticket that you purchase in order to attend any of their events. This night also had one complimentary glass of wine, red or white. I went on their Italian night themed events, which included an endless serving of pasta that you mix and match on these cards they give you. Each time you finish a plate, you can get another card and pick your next combo. It does take a while to finally get your next plate though, so you may want to anticipate that. I highly recommend their alfredo or bolognese sauces! I wasn't a fan of their pesto nor their vegetable pasta, which proved to be a veggie based pasta. We ended up being on the 2nd floor which served to be a bit of a hassle for either waiting on food or retrieving your self serve salad or dessert, which were downstairs. We made our way down for some antipasta and decided to hold off on bringing up desserts because we didn't want to crowd the table. Well, we soon found out that we should have grabbed it while the taking was good... meaning, all those lovely looking desserts that we saw at the beginning were absolutely GONE. We got lucky that they happen to bring out these other random finger desserts like a blondie or lemon tart or small cuts of cheesecake. So that was a bit of a bummer. You will definitely get a kick out of touring the manor as they had multiple different themed rooms. I absolutely ADORED their bridal themed one and they had this killer Chinese New Year one. Best part was their apparent "secret tour" which led you upstairs to a third floor where they had a billiard and bar lounge. Supposedly it's a bit haunted too so the employee who brought us up there said he never goes up there by himself. Neat right?! lol Highly highly recommend this experience! Just make sure you take head all my advice for parking, nabbing desserts ahead of time, and anticipating your next round of pasta! so get a table downstairs basically lol.
