He was very respectful. I ordered a special urn for her and picked her up on the 9th. Such a hard decision and emotional day, but they made it a tad easier.

After an emotional morning, and lots of tears with the vet and her tech, I took my baby's remains for cremation. They were very kind and told me that it may be a couple of days before I could come pick up her cremains, but 24 hours later I received an email to come pick her up. I chose to have her cremains kept in a beautiful blue bag rather than an urn. I chose not to get a paw print or hair clipping, though both were offered. She will be placed in my pet cemetery in my backyard. The professionalism and kindness of the employees by Fond Memories staff was so helpful in a difficult time.
