My 2 years old twins started attending BMS from Last october and as this was their first time, I was very worried and stressed! But the school staff made it super easy for us to adjust to new change. If you are looking for clear communication, daily updates about your child, pictures of your child, ability to get in contact with the director or owner, this is not your place. After 2.5 weeks of my 19 month old son being at BellaVision, we pulled him out and moved him to another daycare. Within those 2.5 weeks, we experienced a lack of communication with only receiving 5 pictures (of only him eating) and 1 daily report. The daily report was very generic as it said "He smiled today", "He played well with others", but nothing actually personal or important information. I spoke with the new daycare that we moved him to and they mentioned that it is a law that the diaper information, meals, and other items are mandatory to provide. Unfortunately, I received nothing. I have also reached out via chat in the app asking for a schedule of the day so that I can know what is going on and I never received a response. Something else that concerned me was that there was not anyone at the front desk when I would drop my son off in the morning around 7am. To me, that is very discouraging because it shows a lack of security and availability for me to contact anyone when I have questions and just the security of someone watching who is coming and out of the building. I understand that there is a code to get into the school rooms, but it still concerns me. Another instance that is concerning, when my son first started, I provided a full box of size 5 pampers diapers along with the other necessary items. I had him come home two days in a row with a smaller size diaper on and in a different brand. I talked with Mona,the director, and we discovered that they were not using the diapers I provided and found the full box of diapers that I provided in the bottom of the closet. I understand that there is not a teacher in that room because they were abruptly either fired or the person left the company, but I am trusting that my son is being taken care of while he is there and unfortunately I don't believe he received the best care. Another instance, one afternoon I tried calling BellaVision and received a voicemail to describe what I was calling about. It then forwarded my call to Mona's, the director, personal cell phone and her response was understanding to my concern but told me that I should try calling the school. When I told her that this is the school number I called, she was confused as to how I got her personal number. All that to say, I don't like that I am unable to get in contact with someone physically at the daycare when I have a concern. When I went to the director to tell her my concerns and wanted to know if I could speak to her manager or someone above her, she told me that the owner is out of the country and you can try and email them at the same school provided email that all communication goes out of. I emailed the director all of my concerns and have yet to hear back. That was over a week ago. It is concerning that there is no one else that I can talk with other than the school director. If they keep this behavior up, I don't see how they will stay in business. At the end of the day, I have a 19 month old son who cannot communicate what is going on in the classroom and I have to do what is best with what I am seeing. When I let Mona know that this will be my son's last week at BellaVision, she was understanding to listen to my concerns and asked me to hang in there as she will move my son to a new classroom. I wish that this would have been brought to my attention sooner and more proactive behavior, but it is too late and we are not pleased with the care and lack of communication we are receiving. I would love to talk to the owner if they would ever return any of my 3 emails. Update, I took my son to a new daycare and within the first day received multiple pictures of him being active, smiling, having fun, and daily reports as to diaper changes, activities, eating snacks, breaks, lunch, etc. The communication at the new daycare has been amazing!!! read more

The most unprofessional school you will ever encounter. There is a clear lack of understanding of child development or care for the students. The administration pick & choose what policies to enforce & when, with complete disregard to the handbook. They will not take accountability for errors, so much that when asked to document the issue in writing they refused & ran off to call the owner. They could not provide copies of incident reports & failed to document a severe physical issue. Beware...they are very loose lipped & don't respect the privacy of the students or families there. The owner is the biggest red flag of all. Sure, he answered my call but was completely unprofessional, uninformed about the schools documented policies, & aggressive. He interrupted me saying "are you done talking because I'm done listening". You're not getting an education at this place, you're just weekly revenue to them. I urge any parent who is considering bringing their child to this facility to look elsewhere. We trusted this place with our two children, and they failed us. A recent incident, in which our children were not involved in, really brought to light the MISMANAGEMENT of this facility. Most important, it brought to light the LACK OF SAFETY at this facility. What we've come to find out through this situation is that the dollar bill carries more weight than a child at BellaVision Montessori and they will go to great lengths to ensure the money comes in and the issues and concerns are tucked away. I hate to say that one bad apple spoils the bunch because our children's teachers were so great, but we feel even our children's teachers' voices have been silenced by the director and owner. This Montessori school has been a true blessing to our family. We just relocated from California and tried multiple schools here in Texas. This is the first school that our 4 year old told us she enjoys and gets excited to go to school each morning. We also noticed their great attitudes and good communication as well as positive energy. This is an Answer to the reply from the poor management: Again another lie , I have yet to see this management telling something that is the actually truth. Trying to blame others instead of owning up. When I got hired the management knew I'd need to take some days off due to family reasons which isn't what this lady said almost out every week in her comment , I gave them months ahead thinking they would do what most good managers do , plan ahead . But instead as always they didn't do nothing and just hoped for the best . They are always understaffed even tho on the tours this director lies about having 3/2 teachers in the class. As result of always being understaffed it's impossible for any teacher to take days off to personal reasons . I have only called off a day when I had the flu , other than that the other days it was already planned in months ahead . If you notice not only the teachers turn out ratio is high but also people who works in the front too which tells you a lot how is the management of this place . The only thing they care is about money and enrolling more kids and telling lies to the parents . They really don't care about staff or kids or parents . They do whatsoever have a beautiful speech which is way I decided to leave a bad review , so parents can become aware of this place . I am a mother too and I think there are so many better schools out there that really care about the children and their wellbeing. They are also ok in leaving teachers over ratio with sometimes the double of numbers of students they are allowed by the state when suits them . Most schools would have someone from the management to help in if there's no one available, but at this school instead of stepping in the classroom and helping with the kids they rather sit in the front saying hi and portraying a beautiful school leaving the teachers out of ratio, that again tells you a lot how much this management cares about the kids . Just look around and if you see a red flags it's because there's one . I am not bitter because I left the school there are plenty of jobs out there if you're a good worker ., I just think it's important to make other parents aware of how bad this school runs and how toxic the management it is in this place so parents can make good choices choosing a right place for their kids. kids deserve better than this place , and for me personally it's a blessing to find employment in a school where they really care about the children and the staff and have a supportive environment. I highly caution any parents that are considering Bella Vision.... TURN AND RUN!!! It pains me to not go into detail as to why I'm typing this review, but i stress to any parent looking at BVM to reconsider. My wife and I pulled our son out permanently today after attending the school for 3 years. At first, my wife was giddy about the love everyone showed our child. We felt extremely comfortable as well as secure. We trusted everyone especially his teachers. About a year ago, an incident involving a teacher and students caused the comfort and security to quickly fade. The director fed us promise after promise of change. Nothing! The director for a few days after the incident would ask how my child was doing, and I actually felt she cared. After those few days... the "woe is me" bs began flowing from the directors mouth like Niagara Falls. Which went on for weeks. "I can't believe this happened to us" (the school). "They're going to take or suspend our license"... Wait, so what about the kids that were affected, what about their long term mental health? One day I finally had enough and asked the director not to speak to me about the situation anymore. I realized that the director plays a good game, but she can only play for so long before she exposes herself. I began picking up my child, trying to have as little contact with her as I could. I no longer trusted her. Now fast forward to the most recent. Won't detail, but it was the last straw for my wife. Needless to say, I had been counting down the days until our child "graduates" and is off to elementary. Also, to have multiple occasions where your wife calls you and cries because she's so distraught thinking of what our child and other children have had to deal with will destroy you. We made excuses as to why our child should remain at BVM and now, speaking for myself, I feel that I have failed my child for not making this decision sooner. I am the protector, the guardian, the freaking super hero. Last point, the school will take and has taken zero responsibility. They say they are not culpable. They have done nothing to make the school safer. All they do is put the blame on someone or something else! YOU RUN THE DAMN SCHOOL! YOU HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED WITH OUR CHILDREN! YOU ARE CULPABLE!... The rotation of teachers is ridiculous. There are great people that work there for sure. Some that have been a part of the endless rotation were great people. There are people that I hate to not let my child say hello to and give a big hug to. Besides that, BVM is terrible. I wish I had made the decision a year ago. I wish I had been a super hero. My kiddos have been attending BellaVision since September 2017, and they love it. My youngest started in the nursery and it's incredible how attached he is to his teachers and the staff. For example, Mrs. Yacki in the infant room is phenomenal and takes her role so personally. These babies are like her babies, and every day she makes sure to check in with Cy even though he is not in her class anymore. Many daycares have lots of turnover, but BellaVision seems to have less than normal. Although we have said goodbye to some teachers, the majority of the teachers have been there for the entire time since they opened. The cirriculum is better than most also. My 5 year old hasn't started Kinder yet and she is already writing, doing sightwords, doing multiplication, and is communicating well. My 26 month old is talking in complete sentences, and is potty training well. The location is also perfect for us. BV is right here in our neighborhood and is convenient for both logistics (regular pickup and dropoff) and to get our 5 year old next door to Gymnastics on Wednesday nights. I have recommended them to many neighbors, and I will continue to do so. When my 5 year old starts Kinder this fall, she will continue to stay at BV since they have school transport in the afternoons. read more

I enrolled my daughter in Primary class she was initially in Ms.Samra's class back in August. My first concern was a photo that I received from the school showing my daughter sitting in front of three tasting bowls (sour, salty, sweet) with a metal spoon and a glass of water. In this picture there were kids sitting behind her waiting for their turn. I asked my daughter if everyone shared the spoon and bowls and she said "yes". I talked to Ms.Samra and again it was confirmed that all children used the same bowls dipping the spoon in the water alone between each taste and each child. I was extremely uncomfortable and she apologized for making me uncomfortable but not for putting my daughter's health at risk, so then we switched her class to Ms. Milli. I no longer trusted Ms. Samra's judgement. A few weeks go by and my kid tells me that if she tattle tales her teacher told the class their tongues would turn purple with yellow blisters. A few more weeks go by and I pick her up at 3:30PM and she had a scratch from her temple to her jawline with blood crusted over and some raw spots. immediately I started asking questions the teacher assistant said "it didn't bleed at first and it must've just started" on the report she wrote it happened around 10AM. Then the assistant also told me-- the boy who scratched my daughter has been in trouble and reported for similar incidents and nothing had been done. She tried to get me to sign the report without filling it out first.... I waited instead. she wrote "(my child) had been scratched while playing with friends" making it appear accidental on another report she wrote "(boy child) was scratching friends in their face drawing blood". I asked why are the reports different and she responded "that's how I was told to write it"... I go to the director and she takes my daughter to get an apology from the boy and as we are walking out another boy stood and said "he scratched me too!" the director turned around and looked at him and said "we don't tell on our friends" I corrected her and told her "that boy isn't being a friend he is hurting these children" then she takes my kid to the front to clean up her face and tells her "mommy is going to have to teach you how to defend yourself if he keeps behaving this way" I was so upset I left and called and they offered to move my kid AGAIN. Punishing her. They have a culture for bullying and I would check in with your children if they are attending this school because they're being trained to be silenced. She only went to school two days themonth of October and they won't return tuition or the EXTRA money they charged my card twice. Once with no heads up or anything. I am working with my lawyer and also trying to have their license revoked. Negligence to health and safety. BEWARE. read more

BellaVision Montessori has been home to my daughter since she was just under 18 months old. I looked everywhere in Katy before choosing this daycare. It checked all the boxes - large open space with alot of natural light, structured program, diverse group of teachers, good mix of play & learning ,great menu and hygiene. Emma has barely been sick while going to this daycare and she loves her teachers there. The directors are the most approachable ones I've seen in my experience ( this is our third daycare) and have worked with us to make transitioning easy for Emma. I enrolled my little one end of last year and he is quite attached to me especially since he has never been in daycare before. He just turned 1yr old not to long ago and he has adjusted well in his class. You can tell his teachers love him and he enjoys his time there. He laughs, plays and learns something new everyday. School is great, except for the owner. Who will not call you back when there is an issue. Due to Covid we pulled our daughter out of school mid March, do to the lack of jobs. Yet we paid for the whole month of March. No refund and won't give our deposit back. Now the owner is avoiding us and won't call us back. They keep calling us to ask when we're bringing her back. Why would I bring her back if the owner can't communicate with the parents. There is no trust that the owner would do what's right if something happened to her while we left her in their care. read more

We moved into the area recently after visiting numerous daycares from all the Primroses and Montosorri schools, Bella Vision Montosorri was the only one that made me feel comfortable enough to leave my son in. They are extremely caring towards all of their kids. All the teachers are Montosorri certified (you will be surprised how many Montosorri schools have teachers that are NOT certified). The school offers healthy meals, my son is a vegetarian all his meals have protein. Most daycares I visited they substituted his protein with cheese which I was not happy with. The classes are small which I love! Every morning when I drop my son off to school I know that he is in good hands, as a parent that makes me happy. read more

My son has been in the Montessori school education since he was two years olf, and I have no regrets. His current teacher is Ms. Virginia and he can count to 100, write his name, knows all his planets, the calendar months and days and he's not even 4 1/2 yet. Bella Vision does a great job nurturing each child and tailoring their education to their needs. They understand that children will be enriched when they are loved and supported. The lessons plans do follow the core principles of Montessori program - but what I most love about BellaVision is the love they provide. My experience with this day care strated very well but got detoriated over time and mainly after pandemic when they had moved toward cost cutting and let so many of their exeperienced staff leave. This is when I felt more on having not my kids in right place. Looking at their ads in media to hire any teacher or teacher assitant with minimum they could pay was another indication to know that my kids will not receive the best service. I kept going with them even though I was receving kids with wet clothes or dirty pants or pink eyes etc etc till both of them were COVID positive and I noticed they are not informing other parents on these cases and then, I realised that this have been the same case for me too and I have never been informed on other cases in school. Even though I called them and informed them about my COVID positive cases on spot ,it took them 4 days before they sent an email to other parents and still not having the right information. My daughter has been at BVM for about 7 months and I have no regrets about bringing her here from another daycare in the area. After we decided we wanted her to go to a Montessori, BellaVision is the first one we checked out and even though they weren't open for operation then, we instantly knew this is where we wanted our daughter to be and we cancelled all other appointments. We've seen the school develop over the past few months and it's very obvious the staff cares about what they do and the kids they have in their care! Just this morning, our daughter asked if she was going to school and when I said yes, she got excited and went to grab her clothes. She looks forward to going to school most mornings. The teachers and assistants love on the kids and it's obvious to me because my daughter is usually excited to see them (can't say that was the case at her other day care). The classes are also clean and well maintained and filled with a lot of learning/play materials for the kids. Aside from the staff in the classroom, the front desk staff is fantastic!
