My child started here as a toddler and is now graduating to Kindergarten. I know he is more than prepared and i have BPPS to thank. He loves his school. Everyone, from the front desk to each classroom, takes great care and pride in what they do. We especially love Mrs. Troccoli and Mrs. Panda. They love our kids like their own. They learn every little detail about them, like and dislikes, quirks, and they know how best to teach each child. I have peace of mind knowing my child is well cared for at school. Mrs. Eby always has a smile on her face and such a warm presence. She's always knowledgeable and eager to help, a true gem and asset at BPPS. We appreciate them so much and will miss them greatly in Kindergarten. read more

I am very disappointed with our experience at British Private Prep School (25935 Cinco Terrace Dr, Katy, TX). After reviewing a video recorded on the school's outdoor playground, I noticed that my child appeared visibly distressed. When I raised this concern, the school's director responded that it was "impossible to tell" whether my child was in distress. I respectfully disagree, and I believe parents have the right to raise such concerns without being dismissed. What alarmed me further was the director's reference to Texas Penal Code §21.17 (related to voyeurism) in the context of our communication. I found this reference entirely irrelevant and inappropriate. There is nothing about voyeurism or sexual offense for this situation.I raised serious questions about the school's handling of legitimate parental concerns. I also requested clarification regarding financial discrepancies. Specifically: I was told I received a $250 refund on December 2, 2024, when my child switched from part-time to full-time care. I never received this refund. There was a $40 deduction on October 29, 2024, and a $50 deduction on December 3, 2024, without clear explanation. I sent follow-up emails asking for proof or explanation of these transactions and received no response. I am sharing my experience in the hope that it leads to greater accountability, transparency, and responsiveness at this school. I just want to tell my experience to everyone who consider sending your kids here. It's so terrible! When registration, the employees there promise you everything, but after registration, they didn't keep their promise, and no explanation no sorry, so we don't want to go to this school. We just registered . Never meet their teacher, never go to the classroom, never use any facilities and utilities. They charged us $770, I politely asked them it's not fair to charge me so much money for my kid did not even stay a minute there. But they are so rude to me ! Not the best daycare for small children. I wouldn't recommend to parents. The director has poor people skills and young children need better treatment. The director no stop if she targets a child she will constantly try to make your life miserable as much as your child is feeling when you leave her there. "I'm not happy with you" was a non stop daily routine she would be telling children to make them feel insecure. It's amazing how leaving there made a huge difference on my child and my life. The negative environment at this daycare was a horrific experience. Once I left with my child we never once had any issues with the new daycare. We love the new daycare they are a professionally trained staff and amazing! Listen to your child if the child is treated unfairly never think it is your child realise that the issue may be the result of bad staff. This daycare some of the staff is odd in mannerisms after leaving I saw how strange it was constantly being treated like something was always wrong with my child. She was two then and I find it crazy how even at such young age my child never had a problem anywhere but at British prep. It wasn't the "strict structure" it was some of the staff that was the issue. Please check carefully if for some strange reason they instill complaints about your child. Leave! Listen to your child and if you see your child is singled out and always put away in a corner area from all the other children in her class. Leave! They even daily complained she wouldn't take a nap and singled her out. The funny part is the first day at the new daycare she slept like a baby. She never had one issue taking naps. She felt she was safe and could relax I guess since the new daycare has a loving environment she felt very secure. That fact speaks volumes. The best school in Katy for your children. Ms. Martin and Mrs. Weller are as top notch as you can get. They are professional, kind, loving, safety first, calm, and address any and all concerns with open arms. They treat my kids and the rest of the kids as they were their own. I can't say enough kind things about this school and their leadership. They are what makes this location the best and make the Goddard and Primrose schools look mediocre at best. We drive 15 miles every morning and afternoon so our kids can go to this location. It's a no brainer. read more

BPPS at Cinco Terrace is truly a good preschool. Very caring and friendly staff/ teachers. Ms. Gordon is an awesome teacher. She will make sure all kids gets adjusted well. She is very nice, loving, gentle and caring to kids. My son used to cry a lot when we initially started but she was very patient and made sure he gets adjusted well and now my son loves his teacher and the school. I am also surprised on how much they learn each day at school at this very young age. I will definitely recommend this school!!! read more

Our experience at BPPS-Cinco Terrace was exceptional. Ms. Martin and Ms. Weller were professional at all times but also truly cared about my family...even the well-being of the mother. They went above and beyond for my children. The caliber of the teachers and staff at BPPS cannot be matched to any other preschool in the area. My son has high functioning autism. However, they never made me felt that he was "too much" or his unique personality traits were becoming to difficult. They helped him with his anxiety and gave him a sense of self confidence that was missing from his other preschools. They worked with his behavior therapist and allowed her to see him during school and were open minded to her suggestions in the early months of his time at BPPS. Ms. Dos Santos and Ms. Flores were also instrumental in his success. Every morning they would greet him and have an activity personalized just for him to help with his transition of leaving me. He used to have anxiety about leaving me but at BPPS he ENJOYED being there and learning. Ms. Garrido and Ms. Vinson helped him blossom into the child he is today and I attribute it to the safe, loving and structured classroom environment they provided for him. I write this with happy tears because we miss BPPS tremendously. I hope this review can help guide you to try this phenomenal preschool in Katy. read more
