When I was evaluating termite treatment for tenting vs. spot treatment they were so patient and understanding as I was figuring out what was best for our situation at the time. I decided to spot-treat our termites and happy with their service and pricing. We've continued using them for the seasonal hot weather water bugs/roaches, silverfish, and potato bugs (creepy as hell). Along with the house they have been great. After my initial call, I knew I had made the right choice. The agent who answered my call was very helpful, friendly, understanding, and professional. I scheduled an appointment, and after one treatment, all bug problems were gone. Fast forward to a week ago. I saw a single water bug run across my front lawn while watering. Fearing these pests had returned and taken over the bottom of my home, I called this company again. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and professional, just like the first time I called four years ago. I arranged an inspection at a time that fit my schedule, which I really appreciated, unlike other companies that just tell you when they're available. On the day of my appointment, Joe came out and did a full inspection. Joe told me he found moisture in two areas under my home (I will contact a plumber soon), but the good news is that he didn't see any live water bugs--only a few dead ones. Joe was very friendly and polite, taking time to explain several options his company offers to prevent bugs from coming back. I will be using this company in the upcoming weeks for prevention. Joe also said there would be no charge for his visit--thank you! From start to finish, the customer service from this company on two separate occasions has been outstanding, and I truly appreciate it. Normally, I like to be present for inspections, but because it didn't work out this time, my wife was there. After several estimates, she settled on Bug Baron for their clear explanation of the treatment, professionalism, and willingness to get their hands dirty and be thorough in locating termite activity. I had The Termite Guy come out since they did the last service over 5 years ago, and they were not as thorough. Not to mention, they focused more on selling me on the company, yet were not willing to do anything that would give me the impression they had identified the issue, so I went with Bug Baron. Simon, my point of contact, is a pro. He was always responsive, willing to answer my questions, and patient in dealing with my schedule. Given that I had received so many estimates, he price matched what i had been quoted. Further adding to the value of them vs the other guys, his warranty was for 5 years, while the others were either 1 or 3 years, and if you wanted a 3-year, you had to pay a pretty penny. Overall, great company, great communication with Simon, great value for the scope of work, and very interested in addressing my issues without pushing to sell me on something I may not need. The value is unmatched as many other exterminators charge an arm and a leg each month for minimal service and everything above minimum, is an up charge! I understand staff changes but I didn't have time or energy to micromanage that process and as a result I had to pay more to use them due to rats returning, it didn't seem to have fixed the problem since I'm having an issue again. The second time I used them, they were more diligent with the scheduling but I still had to remind them at least once to refill the bait boxes or check on them. I will not be using them again.

I contacted Jesse again and he explained the process of tenting. Jesse set me a YouTube video of how to prepare and what to expect. I know I was a bit much with all my questions, but Jesse from Ikill pest control didn't show any frustration and answered all my questions. I had forgot To bag some things and some expensive medication before we left for fumigation, and they actually did it for me. They were a lot cheaper than a lot of other company's I inquired about and I feel like as much time as they spent talking me through this issues, they are underpaid. 2/1/23 ..... I just recently purchased my home and I was refer to Bellbrook Pest and Termites by my boyfriend to have my attic, garage, etc sanitized and rodent block. I couldn't be more happier with selecting this company over other ones I had lined up that weren't reliable as Bellbrook Pest and Termites did. From day one when they came to inspect my place I received professionalism, options, authenticity on their work. The best thing was that I didn't need to wait for days to get my services done. I was having problems with crickets and spiders inside and outside my house. I was going to call a well known exterminating company but a family member recommended using Tony with Bellbrook Pest and Termites. I called and he gave me a quote and was at my house the next day to spray. He was very informative and also gave tips on how to keep the bugs away. We found termite droppings in our upstairs bathroom. Juan came out and found the source, went in the attics to ensure we didn't have an even bigger problem, and found another source. Pricing was reasonable compared to a couple other quotes I got, and they offer a 3-year warranty, which gave me some peace of mind. So far, I'm happy with the service and would use them again.
