Despite ordering this during happy hour, the pour was generous and the glass was massive. *Fried Pickles: the batter was incredibly thick and it wasn't cooked through. I literally had to peel off the doughy exterior to enjoy the classic pickle. This item needed more time in the fryer and the batter recipe should be revised. *Potstickers: the only decent food item. This was most likely frozen given the perfectly identical creases but it was steamed properly. The dipping sauce was flavorful and vinegary. *Fish and Chips: suffered from the same thick and flavorless batter. The fries were alright, salty and crispy. The cod was tough and rubbery. There was no reason to speak to people the way they did or make paying customers feel embarrassed for asking questions. This kind of treatment is unfair, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. If VIP guests are going to be given special access, at least be honest about it instead of telling everyone else you're at capacity Management should seriously address both their customer service and the way security interacts with guests.
