I wish I could give no stars. I had an appointment at 1pm today. I got there at 1250pm. Not one single person came out to acknowledge me or that I was there. I sat there until 107pm. No one ever came. I have to say that my first impression was less than impressed. the house it chopped up and I wasn't even sure which entrance to go in. The only way I knew was because of the other door being locked. There was no bell on the door, no receptionist or reception desk either. There was a car in the parking lot but no idea where anyone was. I left and have made an appointment at another place. This was beyond poor. Maybe the worst. read more

I feel businesses use the term spa too liberally. This has about as much of a feel of a spa as a cat box, old, dated and cramped. I went in for a pedicure the room was upstairs in a small multipurpose room. The stairs are very steep and narrow. The pedicure itself was just ok, the polishes were old and my toenails look bumpy from lumpy polish. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and have used almost all of the services they offer. Reflections offers many specials for first-time clients for all of their different services. I have used many of them and the service was great, so I kept coming back. The shop is small but cozy. I really started going here because pedicures were the same price as going down the road to Walmart, and I prefer to not get my nails done there if I can avoid it. I have had many pedicures here that were all fantastic (including for my wedding, where the shop actually purchased a specific color I had requested). The only exception was the last pedicure I got in the beginning of December with someone who told me she was new to doing pedicures, and it was painfully obvious. Oh well, I will still go back for pedicures, just will request someone else. I have also had many waxing services done here with Dawn. She is awesome and really good at what she does. She is very pleasant and the atmosphere of the room upstairs is comfortable. I have had one massage here. The atmosphere in the massage room was also very cozy. Currently, I am going on a weekly basis for electrolysis. The experience has been great so far and I will continue going even after my 3 sessions for $70 deal runs out. Joanne really knows what she is doing and I feel very comfortable in her office. I have never gotten my hair done here because I have another stylist I have been going to for a while, so I cannot comment on that. I have also never had a manicure because when I get my nails done I often do gels at another salon, as reflections does not do artificial nails. I found Reflections through a deal they had available on Living Social. I'm glad I got a deal because this wasn't a great facial. I got an hour classic facial. No specific brand of products were used. No recommendations were given. Old equipment. Awkward conversation with the esthetician. My face felt itchy after my treatment, which has never happened anywhere else. They are on the side of the highway so it was hard to relax when you can hear cars flying by. There was no online scheduling option but they do now offer this. I had to play phone tag with them a few times before I was able to finally schedule an appointment. One night, after dying my hair with my home treatment of going blonder, I ended up looking like I got dipped in yellow paint. Mortified, I ran to my computer to look up a salon, as I was desperate for help. I was new to the area so I contacted Reflections and spoke with Samantha Alberts who could hear the desperation in my voice. She was wonderful to take me THAT DAY and stayed late at the salon. I was relieved to be in the hands of a capable professional. Not only was Samantha accommodating and professional, but she is also easy to talk too and I enjoyed my time there feeling pampered. She fixed my color to a beautiful natural looking blonde. I've been back to her since then and I'm happy to leave my now healthy, soft and shiny hair in her hands from now on for all my hair needs!! read more

Reflections is a friendly, cozy salon with great pricing! I received a spa gift card for my birthday, and while I had problems at other salons, Samantha was able to squeeze me in for a hair cut. Wanted to try this spa out, so I made an appointment online weeks before, received confirmation and reminder emails. Show up for my appointment and was acknowledged. After 20 more minutes of waiting, I was told they "messed up" and double booked another client. Was given the option to wait another 15 minutes or reschedule, but I decided on neither and will forever stick with Polished Spa - certainly the best in the area! If you use Reflections I highly recommend calling them for an appointment as they seem to have challenges with managing online booking. read more

Reflections is amazing. The owner has created such a fun and warm environment and the stylists and aesthicicians are top notch. Liz does my hair and she consistently makes me sends me home feeling like a model. Plus she spends the time to make sure you can style it by yourself too. She has great color sense for dye jobs and does beautiful make up. I just had my first facial there by Jessy and she was great as well. Best place for Electrology in the area! Joanne is great, highly skilled and State Licensed in NH which is very important to me. Joanne is very friendly and welcoming, flexible with scheduling, and the price is reasonable and fair. I am very happy with my results and I have never had any issues with redness, swelling or scarring. I started out with a 15 minute treatment every two weeks for electrology on my eyebrows, upper lip and chin and progressed to a 15 minute maintenance visit once a month. read more
