Their Ivy cuvee is worse than a cheap prosecco so I switched to Veuve Cliquot. My husband ordered what he thought was a beer as it was under the beer and cider section but none of them were labelled as either beer or cider. He got cider, which he doesn't like, and returned it. Nevertheless, it was not taken off the bill, as any decently run restaurant would do. I don't know who eats at The Ivy as the food is mediocre to bad, the service is spotty, the management seems incompetent. My husband and I are both in the restaurant business so know how a good restaurant should be run. I assume they rely on tourists and people who dislike flavour.
