I can't speak for how they handle other items but I had my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned here and my jacket is completely ruined. Most Canada Goose jackets are meant to be water-repellent and I've never had an issue with my jacket in the rain (even after having it dry cleaned at another place 2 years ago). However, after I picked up my jacket and wore it in the rain, my jacket got completely soaked and was wet even in the inside soaking my shirt! They also damaged my sleeve cuffs on the jacket, the threading became loose and there are long threads hanging from the cuffs now. I am SO upset, it looks like based on other bad experiences, they don't care to resolve the damage that they made to your personal items. Clearly, they have no idea how to dry clean jackets, save your time and money please and do not give these low class people your valuables or any of your personal items. It's not worth the risk or stress, there are SO many other places that will be honest about jacket care and will take accountability for their actions - this place and the people that run it clearly only care about their money and don't care about customer satisfaction.

I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. Anyway the price was fine and I left them to their own devices. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.

I am pleased to say, after my initial interaction with this business, Leonia Laundromat (or maybe…read morethey're Wash & Go) is a clean well maintained space. Unlike my previous communication, via phone, the attendant was personable and helpful. Answering questions with no hesitation and stepping in to provide aid when he saw I could use it. I arrived around eleven to find many people already well into their wash. Makes sense, as doors open at seven. However, there are enough machines that I still had my choice of 2, 4 and 6 load commercial washers. Machines are coin-operated, using quarters like an old school laundromat. Change can be made with the attendant, or at the machine towards the back. Prices range from $3.25 to $7 for washers. Dryers are .25¢ for seven minutes. I had my washer set for a hot wash, but the attendant switched it to warm and manually added water when he saw my machine wasn't filling up. When my clothes were done, they were lint free and clean, but freezing cold. So, no hot water? My hoodies needed quite a few spins to dry, but otherwise the dryers were warm and even. Pro tip, get your clothes in right after someone else vacates the dryer. Other than the hot water thing, the facility itself seems well kept. The restroom is neat and clean. There's an abundance of carts and folding tables. So many, I can only imagine needing to wait for one on the busiest of days. It's a fairly comfortable space with seating areas and large screen tvs throughout. You can buy soap, soft drinks and water. There is also a pot of coffee in one of the sitting areas. Not sure if it's for sale or complimentary. In addition to self-service, full drop-off service is also available.

Extremely disappointing experience with Rinse, both in terms of the damage to my clothing and the…read morecustomer service afterward. I chose Rinse because it positions itself as a premium laundry service and I was willing to pay more for careful, professional handling. I even selected the hang-dry option specifically because it was supposed to provide additional protection for my clothes. Despite that, multiple garments were returned damaged, including pulled and missing threads, snagging, permanent bubbling and distortion of the fabric, excessive creasing, and even what appeared to be pet/dog hairs on some items. Several of the affected garments cost over $100 each and now have permanent damage. This was well beyond the minor wear and tear that can occasionally happen during cleaning. Virtually every item also came back heavily creased and needed additional ironing before it could be worn. What made the experience considerably worse was the customer service afterward. I contacted Rinse directly first because I wanted to give them the opportunity to investigate what happened before posting anything publicly. Unfortunately, despite explaining the extent of the damage and raising the issue with them, I did not receive a meaningful response or resolution. Mistakes can happen with any laundry service, but I would expect a premium company to take concerns about damaged clothing seriously and respond appropriately when a customer raises them. The pickup and delivery team were excellent, so my criticism is specifically about the cleaning process and the way the issue was handled afterward. I had expected a much higher standard given Rinse's pricing and reputation, particularly after paying for hang drying to help protect the garments. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone sending valuable or delicate clothing to Rinse and would recommend considering other options if careful garment handling is important to you.
