We asked a lot of questions on the call with Kathy I believe her name is not sure anymore, tried to get as much info on the type of massage it was and what they provided. Long story short we get there and finish our massage and it was a very short basic and simple "Brazilian massage". Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy. Point is I had very high expectations for this place and really wanted to comeback but I was very very dissatisfied with the service we received and felt bad for having my bf pay $300 dollar for something so stupid we had to go book another massage elsewhere that same day!! She does tell you warns you before it may work or not it's not her fault just like when you go Dr. they tell effects it may work may not! THATS THE POINT OF A CONSULTATION!
