Do Not Come Here For Face Laser Hair Removal!!!!! Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for…read moreseveral months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.
