Karen G is the very best massage therapist that I've had. I have lipidemia and it causes my fat to be fibrotic and she has helped break up all of the fibrosis. I've lost 2 inches off of each of my arms and I've only been going to her for two weeks she is very patient strong knowledgeable kind and I just feel so comfortable in her presence and my body is feeling amazing. Although i didnt have an appt, they offered to squeeze my sister and i for their last appointment. I got the 1 hour lymphatic massage and although it was a bit painful, it was tolerable and worth it. I really loved the black ice on my back, it was really cold but i really enjoyed my experience. Overall I really felt like I lost inches. Karen was the technician that provided the service and was super nice and explained the process to me. The location is very nice and clean and all the girls at this location are super friendly and nice. I would 100% recommend this location if you are looking for these types of services. I came here after seeing their instagram page. They had an offer for a full body pink ice and wood therapy session so I booked it being hopeful that it would help me shed some inches before my trip to Europe next month. Unfortunately, the only thing this appointment gave me was extreme bruises and a swollen belly and back. I thought I came to reduce my fat instead it made me be swollen and look pregnant because the swollen belly has not gone down. So of the reviews say this procedure is not painful but I 100% disagree. The lady who did it even shared a story since it was my first time and told her I saw it on IG. She said, "Oh, yes, the influencers don't show their screams on the video". NOW I know. First and last time I get this procedure done. I am on my 3rd day and I am hoping the swelling goes down soon. Otherwise I may have to speak to my Doctor to do internal exams to make sure nothing was affected from the hard rolling. Honestly, it feels like I had to endure the pain from liposuction without getting any of the fat out. Smh never again. Worst $100 I spent. I say $100 becAuse the pain was so much I didn't want them to do my lower body after what I experienced on my upper UPDATED EXPERIENCE: After my review was posted the business contacted me and offered 4 free sessions to help my swelling and bruising to go down in time for my trip. I was extremen hesitant because I had lost all faith in the business after my experience. However, Alexis assured me the woman who did my original procedure "wood and pink ice therapy" would not be anywhere near me, had been suspended and she would be the one who would personally do my treatments. Alexis is very kind and gentle with her technique. I went to the location two times and had a 30 min body wrap, 20 min lymphatic massage and cavitation and radio frequency. She stated this would help bring the swelling down. At home I had been using this arnica gel religiously that helped me with the bruising. My stomach is not as swollen anymore. My lower abdomen is still tender but I hope that goes away with time. My bruising is gone but I do think that was due to the arnica and healing time. In general. Alexis made me feel that they do care about their customer experience and went out of her way to improve my experience and even agreed to a refund. . If you do decide to go to this spa definitely ask for Alexis ! Idk if it was the lymphatic massages,/body wrap that helped lower my swelling or if it was time in healing and arnica but I appreciate the spa treatments offered. If I lived closer I wouldn't have gone for the other 2 free wraps and lymphatic and cavitation they offered. P.s I was told the girl who originally did my procedure is currently doing more training. I hope this experience teaches her to work on her craft for the benefits of other clients read more
