Buyer beware. We found a truck on Car Guru for 19k (using rough numbers here). Drove 2 hours, test drove it and liked the truck. The first price presented was 27k less 2k trade in credit (or something along those lines). Showed them the add where the truck is listed at 19k and they said it was a mistake. The manager pulled up the truck on their site and it showed 23k. Still 2k more than the price they presented to me. I wouldn't trust this dealership. Terrible experience. We were going to buy too. Probably would have paid something between the 19 advertised and 23k on their site, but something was off with these guys. read more

Worst Experience I've ever had trying to buy a car! We found a vehicle online and negotiated over the phone and was given a final/out-the-door price because we lived over 3 hours away. After agreeing on price and driving all the way there, we were put through the usual car dealership hassle and they did not honor the price given. Also, the dealership is really run down and is in horrible condition from carpeting, chairs, bathrooms, etc. Place was flat out disgusting and dirty. The saleswoman we had, did not know what she was doing, and the manager she called in was extremely arrogant, smug and rude. Also, they gave a us ridiculous low offer on our trade-in. My problem was very similar to what all have said. They wanted to charge me more for not having a trade in and not going with their financing. I complained to the manager, who had another fee that i was not told of, and the price went down marginally. They are not reputable! Even when I wanted to pay cash they found extra fees! Well this dealer utilizes very unethical marketing practices. I reached put to inquire about a 2019 escalade that was marketed at 59k(still on their website) and when I spoke to the sales Manager Jeff, he informed me that because of how the owners decide to market that they double dipped on incentives and that the car is really 78k. The conversation didn't last too long but then I went online and tried to make a deal online and the vehicle shows up as 65k while using the on click drive system. At the end of the deal, the sales price showed up as 72k. As a consumer, i prefer price transparency and not this bait and switch tactics employed by shady dealers. They have lost my business. Terrible experience with this dealership. Called the day before to confirm the vehicle I wanted was available and the price. I then drove 2 1/2 hours to see that vehicle the following day. After a test drive we sat down to discuss the price and they gave me the number which was no where close to what the vehicle was listed for. And when I say no where close like 15k more than listing price. I figured that maybe with tax/tag/title the price would be more than listing but boy was I wrong. This is such a scam luring in customers with great prices and then up selling when the customer is in person. What a waste of a day. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle from them. They may seem like they offer the best price, but what they don't tell you is they also tack on a $3000 "Vehicle Protection Plan" to your agreed upon sales price then try to pass it off as taxes and fees. Look very closely at your itemized list of charges before signing and don't get screwed like we did. We realized this too late and when we called to complain, our sales associate, Dalton admitted he failed to disclose this and then transferred us to the GM Don who very rudely said "too bad you should have read over your documents more carefully." DANGER! DANGER!! Read what people are saying here! This 3 thousand dollar price bump is real and they hide it. I had to demand to see the sales sheet before I would agree to sign. I was paying $15,000.00 for a truck that was on Autotrader for $9484.00. They have a bunch of fees to hide stuff. Dealer Disclosure: Sales Tax, Title, License Fee, Registration Fee, Finance Charges, Dealer Fee, Protection Package and Recondition Fees are additional to the advertised price. Mine was the Protection Fee that turned out to be $2950.00 WTF! Plus the other fees they picked from their list came to another 2 thousand bucks for a 2012 chevy work truck that was 10K in autotrader. RUN RUN! This place is the worst I've seen in my life because they don't care, I asked directly if your doing this to me, and he said Yup. They know they are sticking it to you and just bold face don't care. I think they survive on people that don't notice. I bought a new Suburban there in May 2019 and I was in and out in barely over an hour. Gigi did a spectacular job. Then this month (March 2020) I realized that the finance department failed to register my new tag from the vehicle I traded to my new vehicle. When I contacted the finance department to have them solve their mistake I was told they didn't want to get involved in my legal mess. I don't understand how them failing to do their job is my problem when they are the ones that created my legal mess. Their attitude was ridiculous. Online pricing doesn't exist here, When you make contact with a reasonable offer, the manager comes up with some "BULL" that the owner reconsidered and raises the price over 7% ($3000 IN THIS CASE). Bought a 2014 Cruze. Drove it home and didn't want to start up again. Eventually it did fire up and had 4 new engine codes and runs like complete dog shit and alternator stopped working. Just Incase you didn't know the alternators are $400 alone without the labor to install. Asked the dealership what we can do to make it right and said they would get back to me. Poor Poor managament........first off the vehicles on their website do not match the actually inventory second there is no way to get the low prices they offer on the Internet they just put them up there to get you in the door which is just plain annoying when you don't live close. Next when you arrive at the dealership cars on the lot are dirty and the pin-striping on all the vehicles we looked at were pealing off, and to match the shotty presentation of cars is there run down sales center that kind of gave you the creeps when walking into. But we dove in further, I walked in already being finance but that wasn't good enough they said they could beat what i was being already offered, little did I know my curiosity would hurt me because i said sure you can try to beat the numbers i already got approved for sure enough the sleaze balls would shop my credit until they couldn't find anything to beat what i already have leaving my credit being pulled way more then i agreed to and now hurting my credit in the long run. We traded-in a vehicle with this dealer on February 24 for a new Cadillac, and as of March 23rd, the payoff has not been received by the bank for our old loan! We have never had a late payment, until now - THANKS, BELLE GLADE GM! We discovered the problem when trying to get reimbursement for the remaining extended warranty on the trade-in, as the company needed proof that the lien had been paid off. We told both the salesman and finance manager when our payment was due, because we did not want any late on our credit report. When we called Belle Glade's "Finance Manager" he said that they collected for a 30 day payoff! We had specifically asked when the payoff would be sent when we sat in his office on 2/24 and he said it should be received by that Friday 2/27. Never happened and now he says he never said such a thing, so now he's calling us liars. Why do that? He said that he would try to expedite the payoff - guess he didn't try too hard, because we just received a late notice from the bank. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER'S FINANCE DEPT. read more

"THE DEALER IS DISHONEST PRICE WISE. This dealer prices are FALSE advertisement. You should add at least $1100.00 in fees. These fees don't include taxes or registration fees. I called the dealer for a 2011 Kia Sportage. Although the car has been in an accident, it was priced competitively; $10700 on cargurus . The salesperson (Shawn) I talked to was helpful and he told me that the final price was $11400.00. I called my bank to have a certified check made. Then I called back the dealership to let them know that I was flying in the next day to pick up the car and to make sure that there is no hidden fees once I reached. I wanted the final price put in writing. They sent me a final offer which was 11900.00 (1200.00 in fees!!!). They broke it down this way: $500.00 for predelivery fees (Mind you this is a used car on their lot that I was going to pick up myself), $ 600 for a "Protection package" (I didn't request this and they refused to waive it), then there was a $180.00 (tag fee even though I was not registering the car in FL!!).
