This place still has never called me back to follow up as a courtesy to Call to see what they could do for me ,one day service department told me that my engine was no good at 86,000 miles and and told me I need to buy a new engine when they know there's a manufacturer defect of these engines I had the turbo diesel 2016 model TD6 an always service it there and payed for for all my top quality oil changes and then my engine brakes because there's a faulty part called the DPF that doesn't put engine oil onto the top of the engine and then the engine goes bad This dealership did not take care of me like family , this place is and knows what they did is wrong and not take care of very good customer I would like an apology and I would like them to repay me for my loss of my hard work money that I spent on the Range Rover that Landrover, Of America and the dealer did not want to take care of. This is false advertising on these vehicles they could make this better by giving me another vehicle from there used car lot and give me a warranty or they could've just replaced my engine and I could've been a happy customer and I would come back and buy from them again in the future or trade it in for something better so that they and we can be fine but they never called back so that's why they're going to get another bad review. It took a while to get my new RR Sport in stock but they kept me informed throughout the process. Once I got to the dealership, the experience was even better. I recently test drove the discovery model of Land Rover. I really liked the size because it was not to big for a SUV, the trunk was still a really good size etc. Overall the way it drove didn't impress me, maybe it was the engine or I was just not used to driving this brand of vehicle. I did want to drive the Range Rover Evoque but the trunk seemed very small so decided not to. Range Rover sport models are amazing and maybe I should just decide to go for a bigger SUV like that instead of the Discovery model. The sales associate was great though, and gave us his card for when we wanted to decide to test drive a different model. It was so freaking hot in Florida that afternoon that after driving one thing we needed to go home. Plan to make another visit to this dealership. I have to make this quick as I have two children under the age of 3.... Took our car in that has a leak after recent tornados in pbg. They gave my bf a rental car to come home with. We have been calling for DAYS in an attempt to talk to Connor whom is overseeing our situation w our car repair. Can't get him on the phone, can't get a call back. We are being charged DAILY for this rental that is SITTING in my driveway. We have heard nothing about our car sitting in their auto shop (today makes 2 weeks). After the several attempts my bf made to get this car picked up, I finally called yesterday, spoke to receptionist who ensured me she'd get my message to the manager overseeing our car repair, and that he would get back in touch with us to schedule a pick up for our rental. Never happened. Today my bf shows me our account, and we were charged $160 for the stupid rental. So unprofessional. I think we are about $500-600 out of pocket for this rental that we literally only needed for him to get home on that one day. UPDATE: Mike the service manager called us & was very kind.... The person who was helping us had some personal issues to tend to, & so that explains why we hadn't heard back. They are helping us through this process and also coming to get our rental today. Highly disappointed. I got in a terrible accident on 1/01/2025 and my range rover got totaled. I found a car that met every need as I been searching on this site every day since... I put an inquiry at 11pm last night and Caroline had got back to me early this morning. We had a good talk, let her know my husband is military and we're stationed here in Jacksonville, but our family is there in Palm beach. Ended the conversation with letting her know send me numbers I am ready to drive this car off the lot tomorrow and put my deposit down to hold this car. She said she was speaking with the manager now and will get back to me. Two hours later - she texted someone is in the lobby to test drive the car... I let her know my numbers were never sent and I want to put my deposit down. She asked for my email again (never received anything) texted her again as I work for the Attorneys office and can't speak on the phone so - Two hours later she calls me and lets me know the person is heading into finance for the car and stated she emailed me, but it "bounced"... How does an email bounce that sent the inquiry in the first place? Highly upset, not convenient for military members needing to shop outside of their duty station and/or any customers looking from a far radius. I have dealt with Range rover dealerships for over 6 years and never dealt with something like this! I will be taking this dealership off my search. read more

You would think after purchasing expensive cars with them over the years a little more service and responsiveness would be shown to its customers. On top of that a snarky receptionist who had no desire to help when every call to their service agents went to voicemail when trying to figure out when my vehicle would be ready from a service. Should you like to test this for yourself, call and request any std maintenance and wait for the lead-time they quote to do the service relative to what any other dealership (including Kia ???) would quote. I was once told that the quality of a brand is dependent upon its quality of after-sales service and this dealership lets down the fine Land Rover brand. Let me start by saying that the buying experience with Debbie, our sales consultant, was outstanding! Debbie made my husband and I feel like family when purchasing from Land Rover and I would give her a 10. However, after the buying experience was over, all the paperwork was signed and the money had gone through that is when everything went down hill!! I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased. Since May my car has been in their shop multiple times with numerous electrical issues, computer screen, tail gate, lighting, etc. Meanwhile, after finding out that Land Rover only offers low grade vehicles (Kia's, Honda's,etc) to loan out, that was a huge issue for me as well!! You would think they would loan out some sort of Land Rover or another vehicle suitable for someone that purchases a $200,000 vehicle. Not to leave out the fact that when I go to pick up my vehicle, there is no one to greet you or tell you a thing that has been worked on, someone just hands me the keys and sends me on my way. They give you no paperwork at all to show what was fixed on your vehicle, which I have NEVER experienced in my entire life. So after waiting for parts to arrive (MORE ISSUES) for the faulty lighting on the passenger side of the vehicle, I find out that the parts that came in finally were installed on the drivers side instead of the passenger !! After paying for a suitable rental vehicle for 5 days and this mistake was made is quite upsetting. The service man I deal with, Connor, tried to tell me and my personal assistant that the driver's side lighting needed to be replaced after we discussed that in fact it was the passenger side!! So I went in and addressed this issue personally for him to finally admit he was wrong, the passenger side lighting was what needed to be replaced; trying to make it seem like I was wrong when in fact he knows he made this mistake!! He was also told to fix the windshield wipers and that was never touched. My car sat in that shop for 5 days while the only thing that happened that was worth the shop stay was a tire rotation and oil change, BUT I cannot even confirm that because there is no paperwork given to prove that. After demanding to speak to the GM about this situation, some guy impersonating the actual GM approached me to try and resolve the situation, but calling out the he was clearly not the GM he gave me the business card of the actual GM and sent me on my way with absolutely no satisfaction. I tried to contact the GM after leaving this dealership and I have still not received a phone call back. Mike, the service manager has not returned calls from my assistant as well about this issue. This is totally unacceptable! This entire experience with the Land Rover service has been an absolute disaster!! The service all the way around is a huge disappointment and I would NEVER recommend to anyone to purchase from this dealership. read more

In a world we are all dealing with COVID-19, this dealership does not get it. Brought my 2016 Range Rover in for 60k service using this dealer for the first time. When I went to pick up, not one person working there was wearing a mask or using gloves. One worker literally walk behind me within 1' twice--no social distancing being exercised here. When I was done paying $1400 for the service, the car arrived dirty (this is the first high end car dealership that did not wash the cars I have ever experienced) and the guy driving the car up had no gloves on either--how many car did he touch today and cross pollute with possible COVID-19 germs? Land Rover makes beautiful cars, but they are not reliable. Their reputations are well deserved, electronically they are terrible. Their service stations, are not ethical. They protect their brand, cover up issues trying to drag it out past either the lemon law period or the warranty period. I have had 5 Range Rovers. 2 were lemoned and now I am being taken advantage on the only one that finally made it past the warranty period. There are many new beautiful SUV's out there, I will not be a Range Rover customer again. Beware and avoid!!! read more

My Sales Guide, Eric Griffiths went above & beyond to make sure he got me the payments I needed. By the time I arrived at my appointment on Saturday, most of the paperwork was ready, expediting the turnaround time to finish the process. Afterwards, Eric spent about 35 minutes explaining the advanced technological features of the vehicle and customized the controls screens, seating, etc to my particular drivers preference.
