AC died in my '17 Tahoe. I checked out Air Man's ratings on yelp. Competent, reliable service was the experience of several prior customers. When I called, I was invited to bring the car in for assessment. 15 minutes after checking in, Chris told me my condenser was leaking and the compressor needed replacement. He explained what needed to be done and showed me what the cost would be. The following afternoon, the Tahoe had new compressor and condenser and very cool air was pouring out of the car vents. They responded quickly, set up an appointment, was very accomodating about it. The location is a little confusing (kind of hard to find), but the staff was helpful, they provided a phone number to call in case of difficulty, and the office manager came outside to direct us to the entrance. :) The work was done well within the promised time, and they were in constant communication with us all through the process - from setting up the appointment, to sending the final invoice via email as soon as the car was picked up. Airman Auto was recommended to me for a Carshield warranty claim for my non-working A/C on my Lincoln Continental. I made an appt. and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and handled the entire claim with Carshield which involves a lot of paperwork and approvals -- all to my complete satisfaction. They suggested an oil change which I happily paid for as it was due. My car is running great and A/C is back to ice cold after their work.
