Seriously, I cannot help but to say that the professionalism and friendliness of these - sorry but I refer to them as artists not just a photographer - are amazing! I always wondered how every picture I saw was so unique and different and how they were able to capture the hidden beauty anywhere - even in a junkyard. My photo shoot was actually for a Henkel (where I work) related article and we went to a fantastic location. My dogs were free to run and play and fetch as pictures were being captured even in the light shower that started to take place. The back drop, the pond, the trees - what a wonderful way to show the beauty of our area along with some shots that make me look like I'm enjoying a healthy game of fetch with the dogs - oh wait - it was enjoyable! These folks take there time - I never felt rushed or that I had done anything wrong - their positive reinforcement kept me motivated to actually have fun with my two dogs. I almost wish I could get married again so that they could take the pictures. If you've ever wanted amazing pictures of yourself, your family or your pets - I'd give them a call. They are extremely busy, but they can work something out I'm sure. As for the price - trust me - you get what you pay for and with Paul Douglas Studios - it's worth every penny and you chose what you want - so the price is really all up to you. She arrived an hour early to help set everything up which was SO helpful. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I had wanted. She had tulips, hydrangeas, daisies, and a few other spring time flowers, along with a few succulents and even a few pussy willows! The arrangements were the appropriate size and style for the shower and tables. I had requested a "flower buffet" type of thing, so that the attendants of the shower could make a bouquet to take home with them. She brought the flowers in these huge rustic tins, all cut and read to go. She had shears also so people could cut them even smaller if they wanted, and was ready to assist anyone. She had helpful tips for how to keep the flowers fresh. I absolutely love Christy's.. what I would describe as a raw and rustic aesthetic! She has a true passion not only for flowers, but for gardening and growing those flowers naturally. I am truly excited to be working with her for my wedding coming up in May as well, as I know everything will be beautiful! The bounce houses that Bounce About Inflatables carry are all of the larger size - this helps with preventing incidents from too small a bounce house. They also provide a cover - this helps with rain and shine. With a cover it prevents your children from being sunburned. They also set up the bounce house and take it down themselves - this ensures that every thing is set up correctly and there will be no worries of any problems during the party. The safety doesn't end there - their stock of bounce houses are also made right here in the USA - eliminating inferior and cheaper bounce houses you may be looking at elsewhere - again SAFETY MATTERS!. I know I may sound like a salesperson for this small business, but I'm not. I had to add this business to Yelp as I was not able to locate it. I have yet to actually have the party to know how things will actually work out for us, but wanted to get this review started. I will add too it after the party. However, the two drawbacks I have found with this business is that they are swamped with business and if you want the biggest and the best - call early and reserve your choice. Also - it would be nice if they would get into renting tables and chairs as well. I'd like more of a one stop shopping. So we shall see how this one does as far as ratings after the event is over with - for now they are doing a super job! OK - the party was a super success and the bounce house - TIGER - was super amazing and offered hours and hours of endless memorable fun. Though there were a few very minor incidents - there was no blood shed or broken bones encountered in the Tiger! The construction of this bounce house was amazing and what we put it through was just as amazing. There was not one single thing that would have made this bounce house better. We had over ten children of various sizes and some grandparents, parents, aunts and moms and dads that were easily accommodated by this bounce house as well. It was delivered and set up well in advance of the start of the party - giving my grandson some extra time to get use to it with just mom and dad. It turned out to be one of the coolest places to be on a blue sky and sunny day - almost like there was a small air conditioner in the bounce house itself - amazing! This business really knows how to do business and their new additions really make this Bounce About Inflatables THE place to check out for your next party! Due to the price, the safety features, the fantastic customer service - great friendly professional people, and the memories with pictures that this business was able to provide earns it my five star review!

While planning my grandson's birthday party - we decided in addition to the bounce house - we'd need some tables and chairs as well. After looking through the phone book and realizing that we knew someone in the business - we called G & E Tents, Tables and Chairs. Bob (owner) was very friendly and took the time to explain every thing to me. The prices seemed VERY reasonable and it sure beat me trying to come up with enough tables and chairs for everyone. In fact - I was surprised that the cost of renting enough tables and chairs for 50 people was in deed a rental price and not some absurd price where I could have actually purchased the stuff. They also no longer allow people to pick the items up - which I was NOT looking forward to doing. I have enough to do without worrying about picking the things up myself - and getting a truck and all that crap! So knowing they are delivering the items to us ahead of party time makes things much easier for me. As well as picking them up afterwards - saves me a ton of time and maybe a back injury! I will update this review after the party, but for now - I wanted to get this one started. FYI - After looking at the review for this business, I noticed a filtered review. Though it was positive for the company, it appeared to have come from the owner of the company. For anyone who knows the owners - it appears that the owner was trying to give some free advertising and stated, "Great Tents, Excellent Service!". I contacted the owner and was surprised at what I learned and realize that though the comment was positive - it was not from the owner. In the Yelp community and for some people who look at reviews, seeing an owner comment doesn't normally sit well. So though it appears to be something good - for some - it is not good nor is it a proper way to conduct business and therefore may opt not to do business with them. Today 8-9-13 the chairs and tables were delivered to the party location. They were delivered ahead of schedule and I was not there to pay as promised, but they simply said they'd collect when they picked the items back up instead. So far - my review reflects excellent service, friendliness and professionalism. 8-10-13 - ok - so the chairs and tables are still there - not quite sure when they will be picked up, but I can go ahead and finish up this review. The tables were decent - some had cracks in them, but they were black, which is an awesome color that went well with the super hero theme! The tables were good - no construction issues. However, they were not the cleanest of tables and table clothes were needed to cover them up. Even a wipe down with bleach didn't get them clean enough - SO - make sure you have a roll of something to place on each table. We used red, which again was perfect for the super hero them. Overall - I will give this one a 4 star review. In order to get 5 stars those tables really need to be cleaned up and all the chairs should be in good condition.

They are polite and easy to work with. They showed up on time at the park and made sure the tent was where we wanted it. We set up the tables and chairs after they had left. Everything was in good condition. A few of the chairs were dirty so we just wiped them off. We used the white wedding chairs so I'm sure they're hard to keep clean. I looked at quite a few options for tents tables and chairs, and they had the best deal. If you have a few people to help set up the tables and chairs and have a plan where you want them to go, you'll be all set!

Jan was always very friendly and often went out of her way telling about various activities that were happening at the time in Lilydale. It is very peaceful there and the lake and dock are available to guests. Be aware there are stairs to rooms and stairs down to the guest kitchen, common living room and showers. If you are looking for a quiet quaint guest house to stay l would recommend Jan and Jay's.

My mom insists that I write that she was "so creeped out she refused to shower" -- I've traveled a lot in developing countries and was ok showering and also took a bath once that wasn't so bad... my mom also points out that I am comparing their bathroom ($80/night for two people) to hostels in SE Asia (which was "luxury" $10/night per person). (3) The smell, especially in our rooms (we moved rooms once because the AC room was booked for half our stay), was generally off-putting. (4) There are no keys to the bedrooms. All this being said - we didn't go to Lily Dale for the accommodations. Jan was friendly and her daughter next door who teaches yoga and runs the other B&B was super nice too. We still had an amazing (!!!) time during our stay at Lily Dale and just wished we had planned with the above knowledge in mind.
