We used Edible Crush for our granddaughter's Sunday morning Farewell Bat Mitzvah Brunch. Being that we live out of town, Erin made it very easy to communicate and got everything right on. Along with the usual bagels, coffee, fruit salad, etc. the additional pastries they baked were delicious and the extra sides like sesame noodle salad, tuna and egg salad were wows. Presentation was gorgeous!! Her servers were easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We received lots of compliments from our family and friends. Erin and Rob are fantastic. My siblings and I asked them to cater a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life at the Hollywood Theater in Gowanda. None of us live anywhere near Gowanda and we had not been in the theater in over 30 years. How was this going to work? Erin drove from Springville to Gowanda, met with the theater staff, and came up with a great layout for the reception. The food was fantastic and the guests loved it! The food display was spectacular. Communication with Erin went very smoothly despite my being in Seattle with a 3 hour time difference. I am typically not a review writer, but I wanted to take the time to share about our experiences with Edible Crush. I regularly plan and execute work events multiple times/month ranging from 15-150+ participants. We have contracted with Erin & Rob twice for two separate, off-site events and I cannot express how AMAZING the entire experience was and how IMPRESSED every single attendee was with the presentation and, even more importantly, the taste of the food. Usually the day of an event I have enough things to worry about--speakers, content, room set-up, etc., but not only does the Edible Crush team arrive early (!) they bring everything (main course, sides, desert, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.). They label everything--we often need to accommodate many food restrictions--vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, dairy free. There is always a substantial and absolutely delicious option for everyone. Our attendees go out of their way to remark that they have "never had such incredible food" and ask who the caterer is. People were so impressed, they've run out of business cards both times and I've responded to several emails afterwards with information about Edible Crush. As our events came to a close, Erin & Rob packaged up leftovers for us/attendees to take home (no food wasted!), and left no trace that they were ever there. Erin worked with me to create a special menu from start to finish for my husband's surprise birthday party. The food was delicious, and the setup of the stations worked perfectly for our guests. I appreciated her attention to detail, and loved the variety of desserts -- candied bacon and s'mores, mmmm! Erin worked closely with me to create delicious, interesting vegan salads for our anniversary picnic that "WOW" 'ed all of our guests. She was able to deliver everything in reusable dishes so we had no waste. Presentation was lovely, and plenty for us to enjoy leftovers. Homemade salad dressings were a big hit. My favorite was the Thai flavored coleslaw. I am craving it and would love to enjoy it again.
