I had a post-it from my former hair stylist with the color formula that we had been using for the past 4 years. I completely understand that the color gel that my forner stylist used and the color gel that this place uses are two different brands but I was aasured when I made the appointment they could match the color. Long story short, I left the salon with nearly jet black hair and ashy highlights. All my beautiful multilayered red was gone. I am now suck looking like Morticia Adamms with grey streaks until it grows out. I anticipate the nightmare of this being over in 5 to 6 years as I wear hair long! Then I asked to have my eyebrows waxed and although she did a nice job shaping them she tore a layer of skin off my eyelids in the process. In all the years I've been getting waxed I've never had a stylist rip the skin off my lids. It hurts like HELL! I wouldn't recimmend this place to my worse enemy!

She gave me a TRIM. AMAZING. idk how many times my friends have asked for a trim then the person cuts 2 inches off :/ She saved my long hair that's taken so long to grow. I, however, did wind up going back in a few days later to get another inch taken off since my ends were still kinda dry. My layers an bangs turned out good thou. And now I have long AND healthy hair.
